Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan Tata Letak dengan subjek penelitian adalah Lahan kosong atau area perluasan pada Perusahaan. Tujuan peneltian ini yaitu untuk memberikan usulan atau memberi masukan layout. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode CRAFT (Computerized Relative Allocation Of Fasilitas Techniques) guna meminimumkan biaya perpindahan barang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan luas lahan 500 x 500 meter, lebar kontener 2,4 m dan panjang 6 m. Peneliti dapat menentukan berapa baris kontener dalam satu blok yaitu 6 (enam) sampai 9 (Sembilan) dengan masing-masing blok berkuran 15 m melebar dan 54 m memanjang. Luas Penumpukan Kontener yang dibutuhkan adalah 324 meter melebar dan 252 meter memanjang, Area jalur transportasi atau kendaraan yaitu 20 sampai 40 m.

Abstract

Tingkat kualitas pelayanan tidak dapat dinilai berdasarkan sudut pandang perusahaan tetapi harus dipandang dari sudut pandang penilaian pelanggan. Untuk mengukur kepuasan pelanggan, dalam hal ini (penumpang) sangat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan dalam rangka mengevaluasi posisi perusahaan saat ini dibandingkan dengan pesaing dan pengguna akhir. Pada tahun 2015 tercatat sebanyak 6.599 unit pesawat melakukan pendaratan (landing) dan sebanyak 6.645 unit pesawat melakukan take off di Bandara YI. Jumlah ini mengalami kenaikan untuk pesawat yang mendarat di bandara YI jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2014, yaitu naik sebesar 18,92 persen. Semakin tingginya tuntutan dan harapan masyarakat terhadap kepuasan pelayanan khususnya pada maskapai penerbangan Sriwijaya Air. Tentu secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan perlu terus dilakukan agar pihak manajemen maskapai dapat mengetahui kondisi pencapaian kinerjanya mengevaluasi dan selanjutnya berpeluang mengambil keputusan strategis maupun operasional. Dari variabel dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari lima variabel tangible, reliaibility, responseveness, assurance ,dan empathy yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Dari analisis regresi linier berganda terlihat bahwa nilai beta standardized dari variabel assurance (X5) pengaruhnya lebih kecil. Sehingga menjadi perhatian khusus untuk pihak maskapai penerbangan Sriwijaya Air di bandar udara Kota Sorong Propinsi Papua Barat untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap variabel Empathy agar variabel tersebut meningkat.

Abstract

The Caterpillar 3516 series generator engine is an acronym for a generator set, which is a machine or device consisting of a power generator (generator) with a propulsion engine arranged into a single unit to produce electricity with a certain unit. 3516 series generator engine components located or attached to the top of the cylinder block and fastened by special bolts. Leakage or damage to the cylinder head (cylinder head) will result in compression leaks and the engine cannot operate. Fault Tree Analysis is a technique used to identify risks that contribute to failure. Damage that occurs in the cylinder head components of the generator engine series 3516 s/n.25z04978. Processing Results There are 4 causes of damage that often occurs in the 3516 series generator engine, namely Human Factors, Machine Factors and Component Factors. Injector Damage, Valve Damage and Insert Damage and human factors.

Abstract

CV. Tunggal is located in the Aimas district. This research discusses risk analysis in laying hen farming businesses using the Likelihood and Consequence Risk Matrix method. This method combines the criteria for the likelihood of a risk occurring (likelihood) and the resulting impact (consequence) to quantify and prioritize risks. Data was obtained through surveys and direct interviews with respondents as well as literature studies from various sources. Data analysis was carried out using Descriptive Analysis. The identification results show that there are twenty main risks divided into operational, financial, strategic and fraud categories. These risks are then analyzed and scored based on their level of likelihood and impact. The findings show that A4 related to uncertain sales, A7 limited medicines for chickens, A12 unstable supply and demand, and A16 Difficulty in getting capital and business partners are the highest risks and require immediate mitigation measures. Recommended mitigations are A4 sales data analysis, marketing stock management, A7 inventory of medicines and vitamins for chickens, A12 analyzing the market for eggs coming in from outside the region, and A16 increasing relations with shops and distribution agents. By implementing this mitigation strategy, it is hoped that yam farming businesses can reduce the negative impacts of identified risks and increase operational efficiency and business sustainability. This research provides significant insight for chicken farming business owners and researchers in the field of small and medium enterprise risk management.

Abstract

Home laundry business has become a popular entrepreneurial option in Indonesia due to its ease of start-up and the increasing need for laundry services. However, this business also faces various risks that need to be managed properly to ensure its sustainability and success. This study aims to evaluate risk management in home-based laundry businesses in Sorong City using the Likelihood and Consequence Risk Matrix method. This method combines the criteria of risk likelihood and consequence to quantify and prioritize risks. Data was obtained through surveys and direct interviews with respondents and literature studies from various sources. Data analysis was conducted using Descriptive Analysis. The identification results show that there are nine main risks divided into operational, financial, strategic, and fraud categories. These risks were then analyzed and scored based on their likelihood and impact. The findings show that exposure to hazardous chemicals (R1) and timeliness of pick-up and delivery (R4) are the highest risks and require immediate mitigation actions. Suggested mitigations include the use of safe chemicals, employee training, provision of personal protective equipment, and improved transportation management. By implementing these mitigation strategies, it is expected that home-based laundry businesses can reduce the negative impact of the identified risks and improve operational efficiency and business sustainability. This research provides significant insights for home laundry business owners and researchers in the field of small and medium enterprise risk management.
