Abstract

Kacang merah (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) adalah salah satu jenis kacang-kacangan yang banyak ditemukan dan dimanfaatkan di Indonesia. Kacang merah kering merupakan sumber protein nabati, karbohidrat kompleks, serat, vitamin B, folasin, tiamin, kalsium, fosfor, dan zat besi. Rumput laut (Euchema cottonii) merupakan salah satu komoditi kelautan Indonesia yang cukup potensial sebagai penghasil devisa negara. Kadar karagenan dalam setiap Eucheuma berkisar antara 54-73% tergantung pada jenis dan tempat tumbuhnya. Rumput laut ini digunakan dalam pengolahan permen jelly bertujuan untuk membantu tekstur dari permen jelly kacang merah, karena rumput laut mengandung karagenan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsentrasi perbandingan antara kacang merah (Phaseolus Vulgaris L.) dan rumput laut (Euchema cottonii) yang tepat terhadap karakteristik permen jelly. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terbaik terdapat pada C (kacang merah 50% dan rumput laut 50%) dengan kadar air total 22,95 %, kadar gula reduksi 19,10 %, kadar abu 1,012 %, dan hasil uji organoleftik rasa 4,15%, warna 3,9%, aroma 4,2% dan tekstur 4,15%. Pada pembuatan permen jelly kacang merah dan rumput laut belum menghasilkan permen dengan kadar air yang sesuai standar SNI.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the concepts, policies, implementation and learning evaluation system of Ta'lim Muta'alim in shaping the character of students in MA Ketrampilan Al-Irsyad Gajah Demak. This research uses field research research and qualitative approach. Data that has been collected will be analyzed with qualitative descriptive approach to know kitab Ta’lim Muta’alim learning management in shaping the character of students in MA Skill Al-Irsyad Gajah Demak. The results of the study and discussion show that the concept of learning Kitab Ta'lim Muta'alim in shaping the character of students in MA Al-Irsyad Gajah Demak is a book study which contains about the ethics that must be possessed by the students. The learning policy is based on the importance of character building on students and also keeping the tradition of science in madrasah. Implementation of Kitab Ta'lim Muta'alim learning in shaping the character of students in MA Al-Irsyad Gajah Demak implemented through the stages of planning, organizing, actuating and assessment. And the evaluation system of learning Kitab Ta'lim Muta'alim in shaping the character of students in MA Al-Irsyad Gajah Demak consists of planning process, implementation and follow-up of learning evaluation result.Keywords: Learning Management, Kitab Ta’lim Muta’alim, Student Character

Abstract

A teacher of the Qur'an Education is required to determine the right method of learning the Qur'an. In addition, it takes skill and skill that is standard in implementing Qur'anic learning. Therefore, it is necessary to mentoring the standardization of Qur'anic learning through training, among other trainings in Tilawati method. This mentoring is done by the asset approach in the framework of Asset-based-Community Development (ABCD). Performance Achievement in this mentoring is the empowerment of religious leaders and society in providing accommodation and consumption. Community assets were successfully empowered to support the program's success.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil observasi dan tes tentang kemampuan menemukan unsur intrinsik cerpen tanggal 1 Nopember 2016 diperoleh simpulan bahwa hasil tes dan proses pembelajaran belum menunjukkan hasil yang optimal. Rata-rata tes 56,25, siswa tuntas belajar 3 siswa dan belum tuntas 29 siswa. Oleh karena itu, perlu dicarikan solusinya. Salah satu solusi adalah dalam pembelajaran menggunakan Model Discovery Learning Teknik Cooperative Jigsaw. Penggunaan model ini diduga dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa dalam menemukan unsur intrinsik cerpen. Berkaitan dengan masalah tersebut, PTK ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan menemukan unsur intrinsik cerpen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis PTK ini, diperoleh hasil tes individu siswa yaitu adanya peningkatan keterampilan siswa dalam menemukan unsur intrinsik cerpen dari 68,91 pada siklus 1 menjadi 80 pada siklus 2, atau terjadi kenaikan sebesar 11,09 poin atau sebesar 11,09 % setelah diadakan penelitian tindakan dan adanya perubahan tingkah laku siswa dalam pembelajaran menemukan unsur intrinsik cerpen. Perubahan tingkah laku ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil pengamatan, dan wawancara. Sikap dan tingkah laku siswa mengalami perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik, demokratis, terjadi saling memberi dan menerima informasi.

Abstract

Dalam siklus hidrologi, hujan yang turun di permukaan tanah pada suatu Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) kemudian mengalami proses penguapan, infiltrasi, dan limpasan permukaan. Pengalihragaman hujan menjadi aliran permukaan ini dapat dijadikan dasar untuk menghitung debit banjir rancangan. Analisis banjir rancangan merupakan salah satu perhitungan dalam perencanaan sumber daya air. Debit aliran sungai adalah indikator keluaran dari suatu sistem DAS, khususnya dalam pada proses pengalihragaman hujan menjadi aliran permukaan. Debit aliran sungai umumnya dinyatakan sebagai hidrograf. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk analisis pengalihragaman hujan menjadi aliran adalah software HEC-HMS. Pada artikel ini komponen model HEC-HMS yang digunakan untuk menganalisis hidrograf adalah SCS CN untuk model volume limpasan dan SCS UH untuk model limpasan langsung. Dari hasil pemodelan menggunakan HEC-HMS diperoleh debit puncak aliran DAS Tojo Sulawesi Tengah masing-masing adalah 133,8 m3/dtk untuk banjir rancangan 2 tahunan, 239,8 m3/dtk untuk banjir rancangan 5 tahunan, 329,5 m3/dtk untuk banjir rancangan 10 tahunan, 442,5 m3/dtk untuk banjir rancangan 20 tahunan, 589,8 m3/dtk untuk banjir rancangan 50 tahunan dan 727,1 m3/dtk untuk banjir rancangan 100 tahunan.

Abstract

The technology used to reduce air pollution is using a Catalytic Converter which is installed on the exhaust gas channel (muffler) of gasoline motorized vehicles. This Catalytic Converter serves to accelerate the oxidation of Hydrocarbon (HC) and Carbon Monoxide (CO) emissions, as well as to reduce Nitrogen Oxide (NOx). In this study it was designed in such a way on a laboratory scale by studying the manganese transition metal material as a supporting copper catalyst, to see the ability of the catalyst to reduce carbon monoxide exhaust emissions. This study aims first to examine the ability of the manganese transition metal catalyst as a support for copper (CuMn) and secondly to examine the effect of increasing the number of catalyst cells on exhaust emission output. The first research results obtained were that the Manganese Transition metal catalyst as a supporting Copper (CuMn) was able to reduce the output of Carbon Monoxide exhaust emissions. Second, the addition of the number of catalyst cells on the Copper (Cu) catalyst did not have a significant effect, while the addition of the number of catalyst cells on the Manganese Transition metal catalyst as a support for Copper, from 5 catalysts to 10 catalysts, was able to reduce the output of Carbon Monoxide exhaust gas more significantly. However, in the number of 15 catalyst cells, the reduction in exhaust emissions was not significant.

Abstract

THE  DUALISM  OF UNREGISTERED  MARRIAGE  LAW IN INDONESIA IN INDONESIAN FIQH PERSPECTIVE (THE REFLECTION ON 41 YEAR OF LAW NO 1 OF 1974 ON MARRIAGE):  This paper examines  about  the legal dualism of unregistered  marriages  in  this  country  which  doesn’t  over 41 years after the enactment  of Law No 1 year 1974 about marriage by emphasizing on Indonesia Fiqh approach as the method of the analysis. The result  of the  study  found that  the  perspective  of Indonesian  Fiqh is the fulfillment  of the first  obligation  which is the responsibility  the obligation to fulfill the obligation of the first pillar and marriage according to the religious requirements as defined in article 2 verse (1) is the fulfillment of the normative- theological  aspects.  The  fulfillment  of the obligations  of both the obligation  is registering  the marriages  as noted in article  2 verse2 for the compliance of the normative aspects-sociological- juridical. The fulfillment of the obligations of both aspects is the main purpose of Article 2 verse (1) and verse (2) of Law No. 1 of 1974 about Marriage.  Thus, the dualism of unregistered marriage in Indonesia basically  is resolved. A marriage  is a legal action if it  fulfills  the elements  of religion  and marriage  registration procedures  based  on the  rules  that  have  been  specified  in the legislation.  The first element  has the function  as the legitimate sign and the second element serves the sign of a legal action which has any legal consequences. Marriage which is not recorded and has no legitimation  has not yet obtained legal consequences. The meaning  is the  unregistered  marriage or the  marriage  which is not recorded will automatically not considered as illegal action in Islamic law, besides the unregistered marriage is also not legal in the applicable law in Indonesia.

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure in a region are crucial aspects of human life. With the presence of facilities and infrastructure in an area, individuals can smoothly carry out their daily activities. Mantikulore district is one of the districts that emerged from East Palu the main district, and one of its sub-districts is Lasoani sub-district. Therefore, an analysis is necessary regarding the projected space needs in Lasoani sub-district utilizing an information system encompasses data and maps of facilities and infrastructure designed for the process of collecting and storing object data. Based on the description, the researchers are keen on analyzing the analysis of space requirements in the Lasoani sub-district of Mantikulore district. The method employed during the analysis stage involves interpreting field-collected data into a map illustrating the distribution of infrastructure, utilizing satellite data and drones. Additionally, an analysis of space requirements will be conducted, encompassing population projections and facility projections for the next 20 years, from 2022 to 2042, in Lasoani sub-district. The calculation of projected space requirements adheres to SNI standards 03-1733-2004: Procedures for Planning Housing Environments in Urban Areas, planning needs for Environmental Infrastructure and Facilities.
