Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memotret gerakan dakwah yang diusung sebuah kelompok yang dilabeli gerakan salafi, sebuah gerakan atau manhaj dakwah yang saat ini sedang banyak diganrdrungi oleh banyak kalangan terutama kalangan menengah ke atas yang berbasis di perkotaan bahkan masuk menerobos dinding kampus perguruan tinggi baik negeri maupun swasta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kata salafi dinisbahkan kepada kelompok yang mengusung tema dakwah yang ingin mengajak umat Islam kembali kepada ajaran Islam yang murni sebagaimana pemahaman salaf al-shalih dari Nabi saw dan kalangan sahabat dan generasi tab’in dan  dipengaruhi oleh pemikiran Muhamamd bin Abdul Wahhab. Gerakan dakwah salafi ditenggarai masuk ke Indonesia di awal tahun 80-an, umumnya dibawa dan dikembangkan oleh alumni perguruan tinggi lulusan Timur Tengah terutama dari Saudi Arabia, Pakistan dan Yaman. Untuk melebarkan sayap dan mengembangkan  dakwah mereka,  kelompok salafi disamping melalui jalur dakwah bi lisan dan bi al-kitabah, mereka juga membentuk lembaga yang bergerak dibidang pendidikan dan sosial bahkan masuk ke ranah politik melalui parlemen. Metode dakwah yang dibawa oleh kelompok ini yang cenderung menyalahkan amalan-amalan umat Islam yang berbeda dengan pemahamannya  yang akhirnya menuai pro-kontra di tengah masyarakat Islam

Abstract

Gerakan radikalisme adalah sikap atau semangat yang membawa kepada tindakan yang bertujuan melemahkan dan mengubah tatanan yang mapan dengan menggantinya dengan gagasan atau pemahaman baru dan gerakan perubahan itu kadang disertai dengan tindak kekerasan (violence). Bila dilihat dari pemahaman agama, maka gerakan radikalisme agama dapat dimaknai sebagai gerakan yang berpandangan kolot dan jumud serta kaku (tekstualis) dan sering menggunakan kekerasan atau memaksakan pendapat dan pandangan keagamaan serta menganggap hanya pemahaman agamanya saja yang benar dan paling sesuai al-Qur’an dan hadis. Kemunculan radikalisme atau gerakan "al-tatharruf" disebabkan oleh banyak faktor antara lain:Pengetahuan agama yang setengah-setengah melalui proses belajar yang doktriner. Literal dalam memahami teks-teks agama (tekstualis).Berlebihan dalam mengharamkan banyak hal yang justru memberatkan umat.Lemah dalam wawasan sejarah dan sosiologi sehingga fatwa-fatwa mereka sering  bertentangan dengan kemaslahatan umat, akal sehat, dan semangat zaman. Radikalisme tidak jarang muncul sebagai reaksi terhadap bentuk bentuk radikalisme yang lain seperti sikap radikal kaum sekular yang menolak agama. Perlawanan terhadap ketidakadilan sosial, ekonomi, dan politik di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Radikalisme tidak jarang muncul sebagai ekspresi rasa frustasi dan pemberontakan terhadap ketidakadilan sosial yang disebabkan oleh mandulnya kinerja lembaga hukum. Radikalisme merupakan gejala umum yang bisa terjadi dalam suatu masyarakat dengan motif beragam, baik sosial, politik, budaya maupun agama, yang ditandai oleh tindakan-tindakan keras, ekstrim, dan anarkis sebagai wujud penolakan terhadap gejala yang dihadapi.

Abstract

Online learning is an inevitable choice for any educational institution during the outbreak of Covid-19 so that the teaching and learning process can continue where teachers and students can still fulfill their obligations. However, in reality, online learning that utilizes internet technology leaves many problems for lecturers and students and greatly affects learning outcomes. This study aims to describe the problems faced by lecturers and students during online learning in Arabic courses at the Arabic Language Education (PBA) Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Religion, UMI Makassar.Methodologically, this research is a descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe the phenomena that occur in the field as they are by using research instruments in the form of; observation, structured interviews and documentation with a population of 9 lecturers and 213 students of PBA UMI Makassar using Simple Random Sampling from the population. The research data was processed using the Miles and Huberman method in the form of data collecting, data reduction, data display, and verification and then drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that lecturers and students of PBA UMI Makassar experience various obstacles and learning barriers during online lectures. The problems and obstacles are divided into two, namely: (1) technical obstacles in the form of the complexity of frequently used applications, inadequate availability of networks and electronic devices and the ability of students to prepare data quotas and family economic factors. (2) non-technical obstacles or learning problems. itself which includes; difficulty understanding lecture material, unavailability of online teaching materials, non-variative teaching methods, barriers to communication and interaction between lecturers and students as well as issues of discipline, class attendance and mastery. Although it is recognized that online learning also provides several advantages and advantages, especially in terms of time and cost efficiency for both lecturers and students.This study recommends several things, namely; improvement of the network system that is evenly distributed in all regions of Indonesia to facilitate internet access, provision of learning tools in the form of more actual learning facilities and materials, assistance and provision of cheaper internet quotas for students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the various problems arising in teaching Arabic vocabulary to Grade 8 students at MTsN 2 Makassar. It focuses on three main aspects: the forms of difficulty students experience in mastering vocabulary, the teaching methods used in vocabulary instruction, and the factors that support or hinder teaching effectiveness. This research employs a descriptive qualitative design involving 32 students, with 6 selected as interview participants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed inductively to obtain a factual description of classroom learning conditions. The findings reveal several major problems, including students’ limited understanding of word meanings, inaccurate pronunciation, and difficulty using vocabulary in grammatically correct sentences. Although the teacher implements communicative activities, audiovisual media, language games, and repetitive drills, their effectiveness remains limited due to differences in students’ basic language competence, low concentration, and large class sizes that limit individual attention. The study concludes that improving Arabic vocabulary instruction requires diversified strategies, expanded opportunities for practical application, and improved classroom management to promote active vocabulary use in appropriate communicative contexts.
