Abstract

There are four media that are the strategy of the Indonesian government in promoting its tourism within the framework of the 'Wonderful Indonesia' branding, namely online media, electronic media, print media and space media. This research looks at how the influence of the location of the Pertamina Mandalika Internasional street circuit has on the decision to visit Lombok via Lombok International Airport, NTB. As well as how much influence the location of the Pertamina International Street Circuit has on the decision to visit Lombok via Lombok International Airport, NTB. This research is a quantitative research, data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The population of this study were passengers using a sample of 100 respondents, with data collection techniques: surveys, literature studies, and instrument tests. The data analysis technique used: simple linear regression, T test, and the coefficient of determination, which was processed using SPSS version 22. The value (a) or a constant of 8.562 this value indicates that at the Pertamina Mandalika Internasional Street Circuit (X) Location it was worth 0 or not increases, then the Visit Decision (Y) will still be worth 8.562. the regression coefficient value (b) is 0.611 (positive) which shows a unidirectional effect, which means that if the Pertamina Mandalika International Street Circuit Location is increased by one unit, it will increase the Visit Decision by 0.611 units. With a sig value (0.000) ≤ (0.05), which means the location of the Pertamina Mandalika International Sreet Circuit has an influence on the interest in visiting Lombok through Lombok International Airport. The location of Pertamina Mandalika International Street Circuit contributes 62.6% to the interest in visiting Lombok through Lombok International Airport and the remaining 37.4% is influenced by other factors which are not summarized in this study. The results showed that the Pertamina Mandalika International Street Circuit location variable had a significant influence on the interest in visiting Lombok through Lombok International Airport, NTB.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a geological location where three plates meet and two oceans meet. Because of its geological location, Indonesia is a country that is vulnerable to disasters such as the tsunami disaster. Therefore, preparedness is needed to deal with these potential hazards. Preparedness is a series of activities carried out to anticipate disasters through appropriate and efficient steps. Preparedness is emphasized on the ability to take preparatory actions to face disaster emergencies quickly and precisely. At airports that are located in disaster-prone areas, of course, the preparedness of airport officers is of utmost concern. This preparedness can be in the form of training such as simulations and outreach. In addition to preparedness, preparation for disaster mitigation is also needed. This disaster mitigation can be in the form of constructing disaster-resistant buildings, installing evacuation signs and also making policies that are carried out when a disaster occurs. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Then proceed with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results shown in this study are that the preparedness of airport officers at Yogyakarta International Airport has been very well prepared, namely by conducting training with related parties and also local residents. In addition, work instructions were also prepared so that they could be used as guidelines in the event of a tsunami disaster. Yogyakarta International Airport has prepared structural and non-structural disaster mitigation. This structural mitigation is in the form of building a building that can withstand an earthquake of 8.8 magnitude and a tsunami of 12 meters, making green belts, installing evacuation route signs, and activating an early warning system. The non-structural mitigation set at this airport is making policies that regulate how to mobilize resources during and after a disaster occurs and data on the amount of available resources. After the disaster, how the airport will be operated will be seen how big the impact is on the airport area.

Abstract

The existence of a web check-in system facility provided by Citilink airline is one of the company's efforts to reduce complaints from passengers during the check-in process. Where many passengers have to stand for a long time to queue at the check-in counter. So that passengers feel tired and inefficient in the use of time. The purpose of this study is to obtain information about the effect of the web check-in system on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport Malang in April - July 2023. In this study using quantitative research methods. In this study, primary data were used in the form of questionnaires distributed to Citilink airline passengers at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport, Malang with a total of 100 respondents. Secondary data was obtained from documentation in the form of data related to thesis preparation and literature study in the form of looking at previous guidelines. In analyzing the data, the instruments used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression test, T test and coefficient of determination test (R2). From the data analysis that has been done, it shows that the web check-in system has a positive and significant effect on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport, Malang. Based on the results of the R square (R2) determination test, it can be concluded that the web check-in system has a 70.6% effect on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport, Malang. While 29.4% of passenger satisfaction is influenced by other variables not examined. The simple linear regression test produces a constant value of 9.296 which is the consistency value of the passenger satisfaction variable (Y). Then the t test (partial) produces a significant value of 0.000 > 0.05 with a t count > t table (15.228 > 1.66055). The value obtained from the results of hypothesis testing shows that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Bukit Kelam adalah sebuah batu monolit terbesar didunia mengalahkan Zuma Rock Afrika Barat. Bukit Kelam menjadi tempat hidup bagi 14 spesies kantong semar dan telah menjadi jalur pendakian Via Ferrata, jalur besi yang telah diresmikan pada Desember 2019. Dengan ada nya wisata Bukit Kelam yang menjadi daya tarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke Sintang, Kalimantan Barat dalam hal ini memerlukan bantuan akses pendukung transportasi, dalam hal ini lokasi Bandar Udara yang dekat dengan tempat wisata sangat penting sebagai sarana pendukung para wisatawan untuk dapat menuju destinasi wisata yang dituju. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara Online dan Offline terhadap para pengunjung Bandar Udara Tebelian dan Pengunjung Wisata Bukit Kelam yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data statistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana, Uji T, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, dan Uji Deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari lokasi Bandar Udara terhadap minat pengunjung wisata Bukit Kelam Sintang, Kalimantan Barat. Dibuktikan dari hasil 1) Uji T hitung sebesar 10,218 dengan nilai signifikansi diperoleh 0,000 0,05. Hal ini menyatakan bahwa persentase yang didapatkan dari pengaruh lokasi Bandar Udara terhadap minat pengunjung wisata Bukit Kelam Sintang, Kalimantan Barat sebesar 51,6% sedangkan 49,4% dipengaruhi oleh moda transportasi darat seperti transportasi umum maupun transportasi pribadi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh service excellent dari petugas ground handling terhadap kepuasan penumpang maskapai Lion Air di Bandar Udara Internasional Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang, mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh service excellent petugas ground handling terhadap kepuasan penumpang maskapai Lion Air di Bandar Udara Internasional Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang, mengetahui hubungan petugas ground handling dalam memberikan service excellent terhadap kepuasan penumpang maskapai Lion Air di Bandar Udara Internasional Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Sumber data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada penumpang maskapai lion air di bandar udara jenderal ahmad yani semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan rumus slovin, jumlah sampel yang diperoleh yaitu 100 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik analisi data yaitu uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi sederhana dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan uji parsial, hasil nilai T hitung 8,826 T table 1,984 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 0,05 maka keputusan yang diambil adalah Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. hasil uji koefisien determinasi didapatkan nilai R sebesar 0,665 dengan perhitungan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 44,3% sisanya yaitu 55,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. hasil uji koefisien korelasi, menunjukan besarnya nilai pearson correlation atau hubungan antara variabel service excellent (X) terhadap kepuasan penumpang (Y) adalah 0,665, kembali ke pedoman derajat hubungan uji korelasi jika pearson correlation 0,61 – 0,80 maka korelasi kuat.

Abstract

Unit Pertolongan Kecelakaan Penerbangan dan Pemadam Kebakaran (PKP-PK) merupakan unit kerja yang wajib ada pada sebuah bandar udara. Pemeliharaan (maintenance) adalah suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan secara sengaja (sadar) terhadap suatu fasilitas unit PKP-PK Bandar Udara Tungul Wulung Cilacap dengan tujuan agar fasilitas tersebut dapat berfungsi, beroperasi dengan lancar, aman, efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi & proses pemeliharaan kendaraan utama PKP-PK dengan tinjauan KP 14 Tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu observasi dan wawancara serta data sekunder yaitu dokumentasi berupa dokumen SOP internal dan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Udara Nomor: KP 14 Tahun 2015. Hasil penelitian ini adalah unit PKP-PK melakukan penerapan 2 (dua) sistem yaitu dilakukan pemeliharaan harian (routine maintenance) dan pemeliharaan berkala (periodic maintenance). Routine maintenance dilakukan setiap hari secara rutin oleh petugas operasional PKP-PK untuk menjaga agar kendaraan/peralatan operasi PKP-PK selalu dalam keadaan siap operasi. Periodic maintenance dilakukan secara berkala seperti pergantian alat/sparepart. Semua perawatan kendaraan yang dilakukan yaitu sesuai dengan SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) internal dan KP 14 Tahun 2015. Untuk proses pengujian kelayakan/keandalan kendaraan dilakukan 2 kali dalam seminggu dan checklist wajib dilakukan setiap hari seperti checklist peralatan pendukung, check pancaran air, pembersihan peralatan pendukung serta test running kendaraan (road test). Jika mengacu pada KP 14 Tahun 2015 Terdapat ketidak sesuaian pada pemeliharaan kendaraan utama PKP-PK karena ditemukan bahwa ganti oli mesin dilakukan satu kali dalam setahun, sedangkan secara aturan seharusnya ganti oli mesin dua kali dalam setahun, hal tersebut juga terjadi pada air accu yaitu Air accu kurang ( sumber listrik tidak ada), Terdapat adanya kendala yaitu radio komunikasi pada kendaraan utama PKP-PK mengalami kerusakan dan upaya yang dilakukan yaitu dengan terus melakukan pengajuan anggaran untuk perbaikan dan/atau menggantikan dengan yang baru.
