Abstract

Instrumen penilaian merupakan bagian dari suatu proses penilaian dalam pembelajaran, apa yang hendak diukur dalam pembelajaran terkait dengan ketersediaan alat ukur yang dikembangkan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis validitas, reliabilitas, dan keefektifan instrumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D). Tahapan pada R & D yaitu 1) analisis kebutuhan; 2) rancangan produk; 3) desain dan pengembangan; 4) validasi ahli; 5) revisi produk awal; 6) uji coba terbatas; 7) revisi produk; 8) uji coba diperluas; 9) revisi dan analisis hasil uji coba. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment, uji reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan koefisien kappa dari Cohen dan uji keefektifan menggunakan analisis Uji normalized-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pretest nilainya 79 dan posttest nilainya 83 pada uji coba terbatas, sedangkan pada uji coba diperluas didapatkan hasil tidak jauh berbeda dengan uji coba terbatas yaitu pretest 0,3 dan posttest 0,4. Validitas instrumen sebesar 0,878 yang menunjukkan valid, reliabilitas instrumen sebesar 0.721 yang menunjukan ketegori baik dan keefektifan instrumen terdapat skor 0.3 yang memiliki tingkat efektivitas sedang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian praktik rias pengantin Jogja Paes Ageng baku, valid dan efektif digunakan untuk menilai penilaian praktik sesuai dengan kompetensi mata kuliah.Assessment instrument is part of the assessment process in the learning process. What is to be measured in the learning process is related to the availability of the assessment instrument. The aim of the current research is to analyze validity, reliability, and the instrument effectiveness. This current research employed R&D method. The steps of R&D method: 1) needs analysis, 2) product design, 3) design and development, 4) expert validation, 5) preliminary product revision, 6) limited testing, 7) product revision, 8) expanded testing, 9) revision and analysis of the testing product. The data analysis technique in the current research employed product moment correlation, kappa coefficient for instrument reliability and normalized-gain test analysis for the effectiveness of instrument. The results of the pretest was 79, the posttest was 83 on limited testing, while the expanded test showed not difference of limited testing 0.3 for pretest, 0.4 for the posttest. Validity of instrument was 0.878 which indicates the instrument developed is valid, reliability of practice instrument was 0.721 which indicates in the good category and effectiveness of instruments was 0.3 that have moderate levels of effectiveness. This suggests that the assessment instrument of bridal Jogja Paes Ageng practice is standardized, valid and effective.

Abstract

Youtube kids adalah media sosial yang berbasis video yang dikhususkan untuk anak agar anak dapat menonton dan melihat video yang sesuai dengan usianya. Anak dapat belajar membaca dan menulis melalui video pada aplikasi youtube kids. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengupayakan meningkatkan baca tulis pada anak usia 5 - 6 tahun melalui media youtube kids. Diharapkan dengan menggunakan media youtube kids, kemampuan baca tulis anak pada usia 5 - 6 tahun dapat berkembang secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan observasi dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 anak usia 5 -6 tahun di Taman Kanak-kanak Tathmainul Qulub Kebalen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah upaya meningkatkan kemampuan baca tulis anak usia dini melalui media youtube kids

Abstract

Improving Early Childhood Social Emotional Abilities Through the Use of Rewards and Punishments in Kindergarten Persis 451 Al-I'tishom (2024). Thesis. Bekasi: Panca Sakti University Bekasi. 2024. This research aims to improve the social and emotional abilities of early childhood through the use of rewards and punishment in Kindergarten Persis 451 Al-I'tishom. To obtain data by implementing it in group A, the research method used was the classroom action research method. The subjects of this research were 13 group A children consisting of 8 boys and 5 girls. The data used were observations, field notes, observation sheets and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out descriptively, qualitatively and quantitatively. The indicator of success in this research is said to be successful if the emotional abilities of young children in the Very Well Developing category have reached a percentage of 85%. The results of the study showed that children's abilities in the pre-cycle reached 50%, the first cycle reached 60.6%, and the second cycle reached 85%. Thus there was an increase from pre-cycle to cycle I and cycle II. This research can be concluded that the reward and punishment method can be applied to improve social emotional skills in children aged 4-5 years at Kindergarten Persis 451 Al-I'tishom. With the reward and punishment method, children can be interactive and full of hope because with this method children can answer the teacher's questions because of the rewards and punishments that these children will receive. The results of this research provide important meaning for the development of educational policies, especially related to improving the quality of children's learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan bekerja sama anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui media montase di TK Islam Salman Al Farisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang difokuskan pada situasi di kelas. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan melalui dua siklus untuk melihat peningkatan kemampuan bekerja sama melalui media montase yang dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini ialah anak usia 5-6 tahun yang sedang berada kelompok B yang berjumlah 17 anak. penelitian ini dilaksanakan di TK Islam Salman Al Farisi Rawa Lumbu Bekasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil kemampuan siswa dari pra siklus sebesar 39,7% pada siklus I sebesar 59,7% dan siklus II sebesar 87%. Ini berarti dengan media montase dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Bekerja Sama  anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Islam Salman Al Farisi Rawa Lumbu. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan arti penting untuk pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan, khususnya terkait dengan peningkatan kualitas hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the implementation of cooperation between students in waste-free activities (zero waste) in Group B of TK Sahabat Bekasi. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects of this study included teachers, principals, parents, and students. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction, presentation, and verification techniques. The results showed that waste-free activities fostered cooperation among students through task sharing, joint responsibility, mutual help, and positive communication. The teacher’s role as a facilitator and role model was crucial, while parents supported the habit at home. This program not only instilled environmental awareness but also strengthened the socio-emotional aspects of early childhood. The study concludes that environment-based learning can effectively instill cooperation values among children.

Abstract

This study analyzed the implementation of the Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka) in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) at SPS Permata Hati Bekasi. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, the research explored several key aspects, including curriculum planning, implementation strategies, challenges encountered, and the resulting impact on teaching and learning. The findings indicated that the planning stage was carried out thoroughly, with the school successfully developing relevant learning programs and aligning activities with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. Despite this strong planning, the actual implementation did not reach its full potential. Teachers relied heavily on traditional, teacher-centered methods, which limited the effectiveness of student-centered learning approaches. As a result, some students experienced confusion, and the intended learning outcomes of the curriculum were not fully realized. The study highlighted the importance of enhancing pedagogical strategies that prioritized active student engagement, providing continuous professional development and training for teachers, and optimizing the use of diverse learning resources. By addressing these areas, the school could better achieve the objectives of the Independent Curriculum, fostering more meaningful and effective learning experiences for young children.
