Abstract

Objective: This scoping literature review is intended to identify factors that influence Psychological well-being and see the gap synthesis of previous studies. Introduction: Students as the next generation of the nation often face various challenges, both in academic, social, and personal fields. These challenges can affect their psychological well-being, which is an important aspect in supporting the success of studies and life as a whole. Methods and analysis: This study uses 5 main stages, namely the stage of identifying questions, identifying relevant studies, selecting study results, data extraction, data synthesis. Specifically using the PCC framework and paying attention to inclusion and exclusion criteria so that the final results are obtained. Results: The results found from the data selection found a total of 8,401 articles from 1 database and duplication was done twice (in the first check using Rayyan.ai the second work during data selection with Rayyan.ai n = 807 After duplication of data selection based on inclusion exclusion criteria, 63 relevant articles were found. After manual re-detection, the final results were 13 articles that were most relevant to the research topic.

Abstract

Lansia di komunitas “Sehat Selalu” menunjukkan berbagai tantangan psikososial yang berkaitan dengan perubahan peran, keterbatasan fisik, dan minimnya dukungan emosional dari keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dinamika psikologis lansia serta merancang intervensi psikoedukasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Metode yang digunakan meliputi FGD, wawancara, dan home visit yang kemudian dianalisis untuk menyusun intervensi psikoedukasi berbasis komunitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar lansia memiliki kepercayaan diri rendah, merasa kesepian, dan kurang mendapat dukungan emosional, meskipun tetap aktif dalam kegiatan komunitas. Observasi lingkungan juga mengungkap risiko keselamatan seperti pencahayaan kurang optimal dan struktur rumah yang tidak ramah lansia. Pelaksanaan psikoedukasi berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai komunikasi suportif, regulasi emosi, serta pencegahan risiko jatuh sekaligus memperkuat kohesi kelompok dan rasa percaya diri. Intervensi yang diberikan berdampak positif terhadap kesejahteraan psikososial lansia dan menunjukkan bahwa komunitas dapat menjadi sistem dukungan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka.

Abstract

Adolescence is a crucial transition period in human development, where individuals are between childhood and adulthood. During this period, adolescents experience significant changes that can be characterized by various striking changes, both in physical, cognitive, emotional, and psychological aspects, as well as in social relationships. These changes can give rise to negative behavior and violate the law or social norms if not properly addressed, such as aggressive behavior. Aggressive behavior refers to actions intentionally carried out to harm others, such as hitting, kicking, pushing. At High School "X" East Java aggressive behavior among students has become a serious concern that is growing, especially after a complaint from one of the parents revealed an increase in cases of fights between students. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to provide students with a deeper understanding of how to overcome aggressive behavior. The methods used in this study include psychoeducation and role-play. The results of the analysis showed a mean value of the pretest of .00 and a mean value of the posttest of 8.00. The significance value (2-tailed) of the pretest and posttest was 0.001 <0.05, which means there is a significant difference between before and after.
