Abstract

Learning media is needed in the learning process and also in practicum activities. This research aimed to determine the validity of the learning practicum smart falling ball media in the respiratory system materials of class XI MA Negeri 2 Sinjai. This four-D research and development study consisted of defining, designing, developing, and disseminating stages. The research instrument used was the validation sheet. The results showed that the media was very valid, with an average score of 3.82. It implies that the learning practicum for smart falling ball media can continue in the field trial process.

Abstract

The research aims to Effect of Principal Supervision on Teacher Pedagogic Competencies at Public Elementary School 237 Aletellue in Soppeng Regency.This research use quantitative methodology with correlational ex post facto design to explain the research questions. To understand the issue, this research use methodological approach (quantitative-positivistic) and scientific approach (pedagogic and psychological). The participants of this reseach are 13 teachers at Publich Elementary School 237 Aletellue. The data were gathered using survey and dokumentasi, and then analysed through descriptive statistic with hypothesis testing using correlation and linear regression coefficient. The research reveals some key findings. The first finding shows that the supervision of principals shows a comparison of the competence of pedagogic teachers. This, seen from every activity of the teacher who is able to be effective in improving the competencies possessed. Helps develop science with innovation and creativity.

Abstract

Behaviorism theory is a learning theory that is expressed through experiments on animals and emphasizes behavior, changes in attitudes based on the results of stimulus-response accompanied by reinforcement. The purpose of this study is to analyze more deeply related to how the integration of Islamic education in the application of behaviorism theory so that it can be used in learning, especially Islamic religious education. The type of research used is library research. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Behaviorism theory is in line with the goals of Islamic education in instilling knowledge through the formation of behavior with the repetition of Islamic nuanced habits that can be used in the learning process 2) Complementary components, especially in meeting the biological and spiritual needs of students and 3) The integration of Islamic education with behaviorism theory is said to be equivalent, because it can be linked to the existing explanations in Islamic education, especially the holy verses of the Qur'an, which include Connectionism, Classical, Operant Conditioning, and the theory of Clark Hull and its principles include the principle of consequences, attitude changes and stimulus-response so that it can be used in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the form and meaning of the application of learning theories in the process of Islamic Religious Education (IRE), as well as how the implementation of these theories can improve learning efficiency and character building of students. This study focuses on the combination of various learning methods to achieve comprehensive Islamic education, covering cognitive, affective, and psychomotor dimensions. The approach used is qualitative research through literature study. Information is obtained by reviewing various scientific literature sources, such as books, journals, and articles related to learning theory and Islamic education. The data is then analyzed descriptively to find patterns of integration and their impact in the context of PAI (Islamic Religious Education) learning. The research findings reveal that combining behaviorism, cognitivism, constructivism, and humanism learning theories can improve the effectiveness of Islamic education. Behaviorist theory helps build learning habits and discipline; cognitive theory strengthens understanding and reasoning of Islamic teachings; constructivist theory encourages active student participation in building religious knowledge; while humanistic theory emphasizes the development of Islamic potential and personality as a whole.
