Abstract

Kulit buah nanas (Ananas comosus L.) mengandung bahan kimia yang salah satunya adalah flavonoid dantannin. Adanya kandungan flavonoid dan tannin dapat dijadikan acuan untuk menetapkan potensi antiiritasinya,karena senyawa flavonoid dan tannin memiliki gugus benzen aromatis terkonjugasi yang mampu menyerap sinarUV-A atau UV-B yang dapat efek buruk terhadap kulit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar ekstrakkulit Buah Nanas (Ananas comosus L.) dalam sediaan krim tabir surya yang efektif tidak menyebabkan iritasi padakulit kelinci (Ocyctagus caniculus). Uji iritasi menggunakan metode draize dengan teknik patch test yangdilakukan pada tiga ekor kelinci , pengamatan eritema dan edema pada jam ke 24 dan 72. Sampel yang digunakanadalah krim ekstrak kulit buah nanas 2% dan 5% serta basis formula krim.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa krim ekstrak kulit buah nanas konsentrasi 2% menunjukkaniritasi sedang, pada krim esktrak kulit buah nanas konsentrasi 5% menunjukkan sangat sedikit iritasi dan pada basisformula krim menunjukkan iritasi parah.Kata kunci : kulit buah nanas, krim esktrak kulit buah nanas, formula krim, iritasi, patch test.

Abstract

A study was conducted on "Patients' Knowledge Level of Covid-19 Vaccination at the Bajeng Health Center, Gowa Regency in July 2021". The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the patient's level of knowledge about the Covid-19 vaccination at the Puskesmas in July 2021. This type of research was a descriptive study using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sample in this study was all people who wanted to vaccinate against Covid-19 and did not want to vaccinate against Covid-19 at the Bajeng Health Center, Gowa Regency, as many as 50 people. The results of the respondents' answers to the questionnaire given were then tabulated and scored and then presented. For the assessment category, the Guttman scale is used, namely the category of good knowledge with a range: 51 - 100% and low knowledge with a range: 0 – 50%. The results of this study can be concluded that 79% of patients know about the Covid-19 vaccination.

Abstract

Has conducted research in the Village District of Kahu Sanrego Bone district in August 2015 about the dangers of using a whitening cream that aims to measure the level of public knowledge Sanrego Village District of Kahu Bone regency against the dangers of using a whitening cream. This research is a descriptive study with data collection using a questionnaire with 90 respondents were found for ± 1 month by accidental sampling technique. Data obtained dipersentase and categorized, ie when 0% -33% lower mean knowledge,> 33% -66% means knowledge being and> 66% -100% means higher knowledge. The result showed the level of public knowledge Sanrego Village District of Kahu Bone regency against the dangers of using a whitening cream in medium category with a percentage score of 44.37%.
