Abstract

Kemampuan manajemen keuangan dalam hal perencanaan keuangan menjadi salah satu kemampuan yang wajib dimiliki oleh para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan perencanaan keuangan mereka. Adanya kemampuan manajemen keuangan yang baik dapat melakukan perencanaan keuangan yang efektif, efisien, dan bermanfaat, sehingga para pelaku usaha diharapkan dapat meningkatkan tingkat kesejahteraan dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan agar para pelaku UMKM memiliki pengetahuan perencanaan keuangan yang baik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode pemaparan materi, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah para pelaku usaha dapat melakukan perencanaan keuangan pada kegiatan bisnisnya. Dengan memiliki pengetahuan perencanaan keuangan yang baik, para pelaku usaha di Desa Tiwulandu, Brebes diharapkan menjadi lebih maju, lancar, dan sejahtera dalam menjalankan usahanya.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the influence of Regional Head Policies and Rural Economic Development on Community Welfare in Pabedilan Subdistrict, Cirebon Regency. The purpose of this research was to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of these two independent variables on community welfare. The analysis was carried out using the SPSS program. The results of the partial correlation analysis revealed a positive and strong influence between regional head policies and community welfare (r = 0.746), as well as a positive and very strong influence between rural economic development and community welfare (r = 0.831). Simultaneously, an R value of 0.859 was obtained, indicating a strong relationship, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.738. This indicates that 73.8% of the variation in community welfare can be explained jointly by regional head policies and rural economic development, with a significant and strong effect.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of good governance, village official competence, and oversight mechanisms on the effectiveness of Village Fund management in Wanasari District, Brebes Regency. A quantitative approach was used, involving a questionnaire survey of 90 respondents from 20 villages. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that all three independent variables have both partial and simultaneous positive and significant effects on Village Fund management effectiveness. These findings suggest that improving governance practices, enhancing human resource capacity, and strengthening transparent and accountable oversight systems are crucial to optimizing the management and impact of Village Funds in rural development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the calculation of production costs using the full costing method as the basis for determining the cost of goods manufactured in the TelangTea business. The full costing method calculates all costs associated with the production process, both fixed and variable costs. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the application of the full costing method produces a higher HPP value than the previous calculation, with a difference of Rp1,725 ​​per cup. Therefore, this method can be a reference for MSMEs such as TelangTea in determining a more appropriate selling price strategy in order to maintain the sustainability and competitiveness of the business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the price main production Tempe Berkah Wasis Susanto per unit if calculated using the method full costing and difference price main production Tempe Berkah Wasis Susanto used so far with the full costing method. This type of research is a case study with the object of research Tempe Berkah Wasis Susanto business. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and direct observation. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the cost of production of Tempe Berkah Wasis Susanto per unit when calculated using the full costing method was Rp7,050 higher than the calculation results made by the business actor of Rp6,400. The cost of production using the full costing method was Rp47,516,250 higher than the calculation results used by the business actor of Rp43,050,000 with a difference of Rp4,466,250. The cost of production per unit using the full costing method was Rp7,050 higher than the calculation results made by the business actor of Rp6,400 with a difference of Rp650.
