Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tentang Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah di Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPPKAD) Kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, yaitu menggunakan satu variabel dan tidak mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruhnya variable lainnya. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 24 orang responden. Metode yang digunakan metode probability sampling, yaitu hanya populasi yang memenuhi kreteria dijadikan sampel penelitian untuk ikut diteliti. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji t-one sampel dengan alat bantuan analisis melalui SPSS. Dari hasil analisis selanjutnya dirumuskan dalam pembahasan dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Sistem Akuntannsi Keuangan di BPPKAD Kabupaten Brebes belum optimal dan masih perlu ditingkatkan sebagaimana maksud PP Nomor 71 Tahun 2010. Dapat disimpulkan berdasar output table One-Sample Test diketahui Nilai t hitung (0.39.264) dan t table (2.06390) dengan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, maka (Sig. (0.000) < α (0.05) atau t hitung (39.264) > t table (2.06390), maka sesuai dengan dasar pengambilan keputusan, dapat dikatakan bahwa H0 ditolak artinya hipotesis ditolak, yaitu Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah pada Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPPKAD) Kabupaten Brebes sudah optimal/sesuai standar akuntansi pemerintahan yang berlaku.

Abstract

Dunia usaha adalah dunia yang terus berkembang dari waktu ke waktu. Setiap individu yang menjalankan usaha, senantiasa mencari jalan untuk selalu memperoleh sesuatu yang lebih menguntungkan dari sebelumnya. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Kreatifitas mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha dan Motivasinya terhadap peluang mahasiswa dalam memasuki dunia usaha bagi mahasiswa.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kreatifitas dan motivasi dapat memberikan kontibusi ataupun pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peluang memasuki dunia usaha bagi mahasiswa Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kantitatif, Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan Variabel Kreatifitas (X1) dan Variabel Motivasi (X2) serta Variabel Dunia Usaha (Y) yaitu dengan penyebaran angket atau kuesioner, setelah sebelumnya melakukan wawancara dan observasi, populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Muhadi setiabudi, sedangkan yang dijadikan sampel adalah 57 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis yang sudah mempunyai usaha. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif yaitu menyajikan data masing-masing variabel secara tunggal, dan inferensial ststistik yaitu untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Dengan metode One-Way ANOVA, hipotesis penelitian dilakukan pada tingkat signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden dapat diandalkan pada variabel X1 dengan Cronbach Alpa (Thitung = 0,777> ttabel = 0,244) dan Variabel X2 Cronbach Alpa (Thitung = 0,872> ttabel = 0,244) sedangkan koefisien determinasi sederhana (R Square) = 0,885 dengan nilai probabilitas sig = 0,000. Berarti sig> yaitu 0,000 <0,885 sehingga R Square = 0,885 signifikan, rata-rata variabel peran Kreatifitas dan Motivasi mahasiswa memiliki pengaruh 88,5% terhadap Peluang memasuki dunia usaha bagi mahasiswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and study Company Size, Tangibility and Business Risk on Debt Policy in Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Of the 130 populations, only 90 samples met the criteria. Data processing with multiple linear regression. The results of the partial test are only tangibility which has a positive effect on debt policy, while Company Size has a negative effect on debt policy and Business Risk does not have a positive effect. Simultaneous test results where Company Size, Tangibility and Business Risk affect debt policy with a coefficient of determination of 0.209 which means that 20.9% of variations in debt policy can be explained by variables (company size, tangibility, business risk) where the remaining 79.1% is influenced by factors other.

Abstract

The development of industrial enterprises today is increasingly demanding quality human resources. PT Selim Elektro is a company engaged in the assembly of electronic cables that produce wire harnesses, especially in the Brebes region. The problem that arises today at PT Selim Elektro is about the performance of employees who have not been optimal. Employee performance is the main focus that must be improved immediately so that work targets are achieved and increased. The success of an enterprise cannot be achieved if it relies solely on individual efforts, but requires cooperation between employees and the organization of learners within the company. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence teamwork and learning organizations have on the performance of PT Selim Elektro employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The method of sampling in a random way, as well as the number of samples were established by the Slovin formula, a total of 91 employees. The data analysis tools in this study used the analysis of t-test tests, F tests, and multiple linear regression tests, which were tested by instruments with previous validity and reliability tests. The results of this study show that teamwork and learning organizations can affect the improvement of the performance of PT Sellim Elektro employees. The amount of influence of teamwork variables and learning organization variables on employee performance variables was 54.3%, and the rest by other variables not examined

Abstract

The decision to purchase household products of residents of Songgom, Songgom District, Brebes Regency decreased. The number of components that consumers consider in choosing an item is due to business developments in the trade sector. This makes buyers more specific in determining purchase decisions, for example at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (Alfamart). This research was conducted in Alfamart, Songgom District, Brebes Regency. The existence of business competition makes Alfamart Songgom need to improve promotional procedures in increasing the number of buyers. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Songgom. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to consumers at Alfamart Songgom. The population in this study were visitors or buyers at Alfamart Songgom. The number of samples in this test was 145 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula. The data analysis procedures used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests. The results of the t test obtained a promotion variable sig value of 0.001 < a α value (0.05), a service quality variable of 0.010 < a α value (0.05, so it was declared to have a partial effect. The results of the F test obtained a sig value. of 0.000 < 0.05, explaining that promotion and service quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Songgom.

Abstract

The presence of paylater provides benefits for both the community and e-commerce players. People can meet their needs quickly, easily, and safely without having to worry about their cash flow. This feature can support the country's economic growth because more and more people are transacting more easily with this feature. This research was conducted at UMUS Brebes from March 2023 to July 2023. The population in this study was 1392 and for the sample of this study was 100 respondents. The testing tools and data analysis in this study use SPSS with testing and analysis methods through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heterokedasticity tests, t tests, F tests, Coefficient of Determination tests. The results in this study show that promotion has a significant effect on the decision to use, evidenced by the calculated t value for the variable X1 (7.407) greater than the table t (1.660). Price partially has no significant effect on the decision to use, this is evidenced by the calculated t value for the variable X2 (2.174) greater than the table t (1.660) but the significant value t X2 greater than 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05. Promotion and Price have a significant effect on the decision to use, this result is shown by a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 and a calculated F value of 206.525 greater than F table 3.09. Promotion and Price were able to explain the dependent variable, namely Usage Decision by 81%, the remaining 19% was explained by other variables outside this study. These results show that promotions and prices simultaneously have a significant effect on variables tied to the decision to use Shopee Paylater.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to apply the marketing mix strategy and to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in implementing the marketing mix strategy at PT. Innovative Brebes Synergy. Another goal is also to find out how the strategy at PT. Brebes Innovative Synergy in dealing with competitors with other companies that have the same product. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis using SWOT analysis. The place and its location at PT. The synergy of Innovative Brebes with the speakers, namely the General Manager and the Quality Control division. The results showed that the application of the marketing mix strategy at PT. The synergy of Innovative Brebes in the SWOT matrix is ​​in quadrant I. The strengths of the 4P marketing mix are: product, price, while the weaknesses are: promotion and price. The threat is promotion and place. The strategy in dealing with competitors with other companies that have the same product creates a strong brand image and maintains product quality to be able to differentiate the product from other products.

Abstract

This study aims to test and prove the existence of a partial and simultaneous influence between internal factors, external factors and emotional factors on the interest in youth entrepreneurship in Salem District. This type of research is quantitative research using associative research methods. The sampling technique in this study used propotional random sampling using the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were youths of Salem District. The analytical methods used in this study consist of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests.

Abstract

Research carried out at Rajaswa Coffee, Sitangan Village, Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency. This research aims to determine the influence of digital payment systems, taste and price on purchasing decisions at Rajaswa Coffee. This research is a type of quantitative research. The data collection method used in this research was by interviewing the owner of Rajaswa Coffee and distributing questionnaires. The sample for this research was 90 people who had made purchases at Rajaswa Coffee, using sampling, namely non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS tools. The data obtained is primary data, secondary data is obtained from other media sources such as books and journals related to the focus of this research. The research results show that the digital payment system has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Rajaswa Coffee, taste has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Rajaswa Coffee and price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Rajaswa Coffee. Then, the results of the simultaneous test show that the influence variables of the digital payment system, taste and price influence purchasing decisions at Rajaswa Coffee.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of workload, job insecurity and work environment on turnover intention mediated by work stress in the Cutting section of Building B PT. Daehan Global Brebes. This research is quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The population in this study was all employees in the Cutting Section of Building B PT Daehan Global, Brebes Regency, totaling 83 people. The sampling technique in this research used a non-probability sampling technique with saturated sampling. So 83 respondents were obtained. The data used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire instrument. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the research show that partial workload has a significant effect on turnover intention, partial job insecurity has a significant effect on turnover intention, partial work environment has a significant effect on turnover intention, partial workload has a significant effect on work stress, partial job insecurity has no effect significant influence on work stress, the work environment partially has a significant influence on work stress, work stress partially has a significant influence on turnover intention, workload, job insecurity and the work environment simultaneously there is a significant influence on turnover intention, workload, job insecurity and the environment Simultaneous work has a significant influence on work stress. Workload has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, mediated by work stress. Job insecurity has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, mediated by job stress. The work environment has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, mediated by employee work stress in the Cutting section of Building B PT. Daehan Global Brebes Regency.
