Abstract

The plurality of society, which consists of races, ethnicity, tribes, and religions, often generates a number of complex social problems such as harassment behavior against other different groups, including religious defamation. There have been Qur’anic verses which tell us how to deal with other groups who slandered Islam. Al-Qur’ān uses the terms al-istihzā’ and al-sukhrīyah most, when it discusses the issue. This article deliberates to discuss the issue of religious defamation focusing on Wahbah al-Zuḥaylī’s al-Tafsīr al-Munīr. To do so, the author will classify the relevant verses on the issue based on their asbāb al-nuzūl. The author will also find the relevant Ḥadīth to confirm the discussed matter. Al-Qur’ān has clearly informed us how to respond to those who commit religious defamation against Islam. It tells Muslims to not appoint them as leaders, not to support them when they are committing defamation with any means, and to advise them for their despicable deed.

Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran, guru Fiqih MTs Negeri 1 Mojokerto dan MTs Mamba?ul Ulum menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang bermacam-macam. Hasil wawancara awal peneliti, diketahui bahwa guru sama-sama menggunakan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori dan strategi pembelajaran kontekstual. Permasalahan yang kemudian muncul adalah walaupun menggunakan strategi yang sama, namun kadar sikap kritis yang ditunjukkan siswa berbeda antar kedua situs. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan : Pertama, Mengetahui Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Fiqih di MTs Negeri 1 Mojokerto dan MTs Mamba?ul Ulum. Kedua, Mengetahui Implikasi Strategi Pembelajaran Fiqih Terhadap Sikap Kritis Siswa. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus multi situs. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisa data yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga alur, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Setelah dilakukan penelitian lapangan, hasilnya : pertama, pada MTs Negeri 1 Mojokerto, guru menerapkan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori, kontekstual, dan active learning. Di MTs Mamba?ul Ulum, guru menerapkan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori dan kontekstual. Kedua, Implikasi tiga strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan guru MTs Negeri 1 Mojokerto membuat siswa kritis dengan bertanya, berpendapat, dan diskusi. Sementara dua strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan guru MTs Mamba?ul Ulum membuat siswa kritis dengan bertanya dan sharing.

Abstract

This research aimed at developing a buffer solution textbook based chemical representation; describe the characteristics of a buffer solution textbook based chemical representation; describe the teachers’ feedback and students’ response to a buffer solution textbook based chemical representation; and knowing the obstacles encountered when developing a buffer solution textbook based chemical representation. The research method used is the Research and Development. From the results of limited test data showed that compliance with the chemical content of the textbook curriculum is very high at 82,5%, the aspect graph/the attractiveness is very high at 95% and levels of legibility is very high at 89,55%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku ajar larutan penyangga berbasis representasi kimia; mendeskripsikan karakteristik buku ajar larutan penyangga berbasis representasi kimia; mendeskripsikan tanggapan guru dan siswa terhadap buku ajar larutan penyangga berbasis representasi kimia; dan mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi ketika mengembangkan buku ajar larutan penyangga berbasis representasi kimia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan. Dari hasil uji coba terbatas diperoleh data bahwa pada aspek kesesuaian isi buku ajar kimia dengan kurikulum sangat tinggi sebesar 82,5%, aspek grafika/kemenarikan sangat tinggi sebesar 95% dan tingkat keterbacaan sangat tinggi sebesar 89,55%.Kata kunci: buku ajar, larutan penyangga, representasi kimia

Abstract

تعليم القواعد (النحو والصرف) يعاملها غالبا في المعاهد والمدارس أكثرها العلوم اللغة العربية ولانها النحوي اللغوية فيها قليلة العناية. القواعد تجعل مقاصدها تعليما وليست مقاصد القواعد تعليم علم الالة التي تقصد تباعد عن اللحن والخطاء عن الكتابة و مفهوم النص اللغة العربية. النظر اللغوي في تعليم اللغة العربية أهم بمقاصد التعليم المهارات اللغوية . لذالك تعليم القواعد بنظرية الاتية: (1) تعليم القواعد (النحو والصرف) أساسيا بالنظرية الوحدة (2) النظرية الوحدة أتم المقاصد للتعليم المهارات اللغوية : مهارة الكلام ومهارة القراءة ومهارة الاستماع و مهارة الكتابة (3) طريقة التعليم تختار بمناسبة النظرية الوحدة : احداها الطريقة المباشرة و الطريقة السمعية الشفوية (4) تقنية التعليم مناسبة الطريقة المختارة بالتمارن الجمل والفقرة والنصوص والنماذج.

Abstract

Islamic fundamentalism is not only a problem for non-Muslims but also for Muslims, as evidenced by the emergence of many pros and cons against this phenomenon. Islamic fundamentalism is just one type of a new global phenomenon in world politics. This movement represents a political ideology, not a religion as a culture, and even trapped in the trap of clash between civilizations in a socio-political context. Therefore, for Bassam it is important to distinguish between Islam as a religion and civilization and Islam as a political ideology ( Fundamentalism). Then Bassam Tibi insists that fundamentalism is not a spiritual belief but as a political ideology based on religious politicization for socio-political and economic purposes. There are several teachings of Islamic fundamentalism more a manifestation of a collection of political theories than religious theology and practice. They have made Islam a political ideology. As the religion of Islam is drawn into the political area by formulating the legality of Islam (syari'at Islam), realizing it, and building an Islamic system and then maintaining it in such a way in the life of the nation and state. According to Bassam Tibi, Islam as a political ideology is actually something new in Islam. For him, there is no legal basis in the Qur'an and al-Hadith which expressly enjoined the politicization of Islam developed by the fundamentalist movement. Bassam Tibi added that the word hukumah (government) or daulah (state) does not exist in the Qur'an and Hadith. Thus, this is a new interpretation of Islam, or a new phenomenon recently discovered in modern times.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the meaning of inclusive education in QS. Al-Hujurat Verses 10-13. This research is qualitative with the type of library research. This research uses a semantic scientific approach. Research data is in the form of QS. Al-Hujurāt Verses 10-13 with Al-Qur'an data sources. Data collection techniques are carried out using documentation. The author documented every word and verse that refers to the meaning of inclusive education in the two letters and then presented them systematically for analysis. The data analysis for this research uses content analysis. The research results show seven pronunciations or sentences in the QS. Al-Hujurāt Verses 10-13 which have the main meaning of field of meaning, namely; Brotherhood; Faaṣliḥū baina akhawaikum; Lā Yaskhar; Walā Talmizū Anfusakum; Walā Tanābazū bil Alqāb; Lita’ārafū; and Atqākum. These seven pronunciations or sentences have a field of meaning according to the grouping of lexical domains, which are structural, associative, and collocative.

Abstract

This research discusses the importance of time written in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith as well as the views of ulama. This research is descriptive qualitative research that explores literature sources that are related to the research problem. This research uses a lexical semantic perspective. The research data is in the form of the term "time" with sources from the Al-Qur'an, Hadith, the book Al-Ḥayyāh fī al-Muslīm by Yusuf Qardhawi, and several literature. Data collection techniques are carried out using documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses content analysis. The results of the research show that there are four concepts related to the importance of time, namely: time terminology in the Al-Qur'an, characteristics of time, highlighting the importance of time in the Al-Qur'an, the Hadith of the Prophet, and among ulama, as well as explaining the obligations of Muslims towards time.

Abstract

This research aims to know and explain the factors that influence the income of traders in Los Batu Market. The approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Total population: 307 people. This study took a sample of 38 people born using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Questionnaires and interviews were used for data collection techniques. The variables in this study are business capital (X1), education (X2), length of business (X3), working hours (X4), and traders' income (Y). Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression (OLS), with a significance level of 5%. The results show that the variable that partially affects the income of Los Batu Market traders is venture capital (X1). In contrast, the variable level of education (X2), length of business (X3), and working hours (X4) do not significantly affect the income of market traders. Los Batu. Furthermore, the variables of business capital, education, length of business, and working hours greatly influence the income of Los Batu Market traders.

Abstract

Learning Islamic history at the school level is important, because learning Islamic history, students can take lessons from past events. Learning Islamic history at this time has not gone well, so students feel bored and bored. This is inseparable from the strategy of religion teachers in teaching. This research is intended to examine the strategy of religion teachers to overcome students' difficulties in learning Islamic history. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, with surveys and in-depth interviews. The research concluded that many religion teachers, especially in teaching Islamic history, cannot control the conditions in the classroom so that many of the students feel bored. There have been efforts made by religious teachers. The efforts made are varying learning methods according to students' learning styles in the classroom and providing interesting teaching materials. The limitation in this study is that researchers only conducted research in one place, researchers hope that future researchers can conduct research on religious teacher strategies to overcome student difficulties in learning Islamic history and develop other strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the phonological errors of students at the Yogyakarta Fathul Huda Islamic Boarding School in the pronunciation of hijaiyyah letters (halqi letters). This qualitative descriptive research uses data collection techniques such as structured interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis used reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data through source triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that student’s phonological errors are in three aspects, such as the phonetic change in the letters غ-خ-ع-ه. Meanwhile, the phonological errors in the aspect of phoneme reduction are in the pronunciation of the words ضَارٌّ - ضَرٌّ, صَارُوْخٌ - صَرُوْخٌ, عَالَمٌ - عَلَمٌ, غَابَةٌ - غَبَةٌ, حَاسُوْبٌ - حَاسُبٌ, رَحِيْمٌ - رَحِم. And the phonological errors in the element of phonemes addition are in the words يَضْحَكُ – يَضْحَاكُ. Deviations occur due to several factors, including ignorance of the pronunciation of Arabic letters, interference from different dialects of the mother tongue, and the lack of communicative Arabic teaching. To overcome phonological errors of students or speakers, some of the researchers' suggestions include practicing the pronunciation of Arabic letters and letters according to the meaning of the letters and the lengths of vowels and intonation.
