Abstract

The leader is one of the essences of management, the main resource and the central point of every activity that occurs in a company. How the creativity and dynamics of a leader in carrying out his leadership authority will greatly determine whether the company's goals can be achieved or not. Leaders who are dynamic and creative, the organization they lead will also be more dynamic and the activities that will be carried out will be more and more. As for in this study the authors used quantitative data. Research starts from theories or hypotheses using a correlational approach. The results of this study are, 1). The leadership style applied by the head of the economic field of the Islamic boarding school Sunan Drajat Lamongan is a situational style. This is evidenced by the results of interviews and research that has been carried out by researchers. 2). The results of the regression test on the leadership style variable on employee performance in the economic field of the Islamic boarding school Sunan Drajat Lamongan obtained the regression equation Y = 21.740 + 0.464 X. And the results of the hypothesis test obtained a t-test result of 3.168 with a significant level of 0.002. The significant value is less than 0.005 (0.002 < 0.005), thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be said that there is a positive and significant influence between the influence of leadership style on employee performance.

Abstract

Banking is a very unique type. Its uniqueness lies in so many rules to protect all types of transactions. From the bank's internal side, regulations are made in such a way as to avoid risks that will bring material and immaterial losses. Many people in Indonesia do not yet know how the concept of how Islamic bank products work, especially in current financing products. Therefore, the basic thing for these banks must first be able to understand about financing products, especially murabahah financing and also financing using rahn contracts so that people can get to know them, and know more about products that are in accordance with BMT. With the existence of murabahah financing products and also financing with rahn contracts, people can carry out transactions in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions so that the transaction process can run smoothly. In this study, the authors used a qualitative type of research with a descriptive analysis approach. The method used in this study is the interview method and documentation from the financial institution concerned, which aims to answer the problem formulation raised by the author, namely: 1. What is the procedure for implementing murabahah and rahn contracts? 2. What factors cause the change of murabahah contract to rahn contract? The results of this study are: 1. There are basically two procedures for carrying out financing using murabahah and rahn contracts at BMT Surya Raharja, namely procedures in the field and also procedures in the office. 2. BMT Surya Raharja is a sharia-based financial institution, where in these financial institutions financing using a rahn contract is deemed more appropriate to apply than financing using a murabahah contract because financing using a rahn contract is more in line with financing that has been carried out at BMT Surya Raharja

Abstract

In a company, leaders must have the ability to control their employees. Leaders must provide motivation to employees, motivation can be in the form of attention and appreciation in accordance with what the employees have given, so employees feel the need for fairness and can also encourage high morale to work. Likewise with the work environment, if the working conditions are clean, comfortable and safe. In this way, employees become motivated to work even better, and ultimately employee performance is achieved. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The primary data here is obtained from indirect interviews obtained from the results of questionnaires filled out by employees, secondary data is obtained from the report data of the sharia financial institution of the BMT Mandiri Prosperous Cooperative East Java. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression, the results of the analysis are then analyzed by using the F test and statistical t test. (F-test) at the 95% confidence level. And from the results of the third hypothesis analysis shows that the magnitude of the regression coefficient for the work environment variable is 0.191 and the motivation variable is 0.286, so it can be concluded that motivation is the dominant factor that has an influence in improving employee performance at the BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Cooperative, East Java, Dukun Unit.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Campurejo in buying and selling activities are still difficult to sell various types of fish, vegetables and also fruits in large quantities. On average, each fish seller can only sell 2 or 3 types of fish, as well as vegetable and fruit sellers. Seeing the problems of the development of SMEs that still lack further attention, this development research was carried out. This research is a development research, which aims to develop the development of SMEs after obtaining Qordhul Hasan financing, especially fish, vegetable and fruit traders. The formulation of this research consists of: 1) How is the Management Model of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Campurejo village market. 2) How is the development of small and medium enterprises after getting Qordhul Hasan financing from BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Campurejo. This study uses a qualitative research type using a descriptive approach. The results of this study are to determine: 1. Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) Management Model in the Campurejo village market, which include: a) To trade fish in the small traders market does not require a lot of capital, because most small fish traders only requires market land rent of Rp. 150,000, - per month, and every day there is still another withdrawal of Rp. 2,000, - / day. And money to buy merchandise in the form of the fish. b) To buy vegetables every day it is only around Rp. 90,000, - to Rp. 120,000, -. Meanwhile, to buy fruit, they spend around IDR 1,000,000/purchase.2. The development of small and medium enterprises after obtaining financing from Qordhul Hasan from BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Campurejo, which include: a) Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), selling fish business. This business can continue to run smoothly in trading and buying and selling fish in the market. Before applying for financing, Qordhul Hasan earned a net profit of Rp. 50,000 after doing the financing to Rp. 80,000. b) Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), businesses selling vegetables. These businesses can continue to run smoothly in trading and buying and selling vegetables in the market. Before applying for financing, Qordhul Hasan earned a net profit of Rp. 100,000 after doing the financing to Rp. 150,000.

Abstract

BMT Sunan Drajat Paciran is one of the BMT that was established on 07 November 2018. BMT Sunan Drajat is a Sharia based microfinance institution where the main target is the Paciran community and Sunan Drajat Lamongan Students. And the purpose of establishing BMT Sunan Drajat Paciran is to help the community in increasing their opinion, and also to save the community from the snares of moneylenders. In addition, BMT Sunan Drajat Paciran also has another purpose, namely to accomodate, serve students in financial matters such as lending and borrowing, saving, and others. This study aims to answer, describe, and analyze the formulation of the problem, namely how the preferences of male student at BMT Sunan Drajat. The research is quantitative research. By using the Chi Square test analysis method and the research instrunent used to collect data is by using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study are 1) in the knowledge variable there is a calculated Chi Square value is equal to 10, 967. Because the value of Chi Square < 13,362, it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. Thus it can be interpreted that male students do not have a good preference for BMT Sunan Drajat. 2) in the professionalisme variable there is a calculated Chi Square value of 14,225. In the access variable there is a calculated Chi Square value of 18,909. In the facility variable, the calculated Chi Square value is 14,474. Becauseall Chi Square Values > 13,362, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus it can be interpreted that male students have a good preference for BMT Sunan Drajat.

Abstract

Latar belakang terjadinya penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola asuh yang diberikan ibu single parent terhadap perkembangan kepribadian remaja, dimana sebagai seorang ibu single parent tentu tidak mudah berperan ganda mendidik, dan mencari nafkah sendiri tanpa pasangan. Adanya faktor dan tekanan yang dirasakan berbeda – beda antara ibu single parent satu dengan yang lain membuat pola asuh yang diterapkan juga berbeda – beda. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara, penelitian dilakukan di Desa Banyutengah, Panceng, Gresik dengan 3 subjek ibu single parent dan 3 subjek anak remaja. Dari hasil yang didapatkan : satu ibu single parent menerapkan pola asuh otoriter, satu ibu single parent menerapkan pola asuh permisif, dan satu ibu single parent dengan pola asuh demokratis. Anak yang diasuh dengan pola asuh otoriter cenderung kurang percaya diri, dan tertutup. Anak dengan pola asuh permisif cenderung kurang percaya diri serta kurang mempunyai kontrol. Kemudian anak yang di asuh dengan pola asuh demokratis cenderung percaya diri dan lebih komunikatif.
