The maximization of an asset owned by a village, is a thing that is still rare. This mentoring is therefore done in an attempt to make the existing potential in an area more maximal, from objects considered already unfavourable to more economically valued objects. So that potential could make the surrounding communities more established and economically prosperous. This asset-consistency mentoring is done with the ABCD (Asset Base Community Development) approach with several stages among others: Preparing; Discovery; Dream; Define; Design; and Destiny. As for the measures undertaken in the effort to improve the community economy of the Kranji Paciran Lamongan through industrial Home with Perca fabric assets, namely: socialization and coordination activities; interview activities; form discussion forums; production mentoring; marketing/marketing mentoring; and mentoring of financing. The product results of the Perca fabric material were very manifold. For example: marker boxes; pencil boxes; doormats; miscellaneous ornaments and learning media. With this mentoring program, it is expected that the public will always be moved to further innovate leveraging locally owned opportunities and assets so that there is an economic discord for the community for the sake of a more prosperous future.

Ekonomi Islam mempunyai tugas yang berbeda dengan ekonomi konvensional. Tugasnya selain mempelajari realita perilaku agen-agen ekonomi, baik rumah tangga produsen, rumah tangga konsumen, maupun pemerintah, juga harus merumuskan konsep perilaku ideal menurut ajaran Islam yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh agen- agen ekonomi, sekaligus efek-efeknya yang mungkin bagi perekonomian. Ontologi membahas tentang hakikat apa yang dikaji, atau dengan kata lain, ontologi adalah science of being qua being. Epistemologi membahas tentang bagaimana badan ilmu pengetahuan disusun. Dengan kata lain, membahas tentang ruang lingkup dan batas-batas ilmu pengetahuan. Pertanyaan yang harus dijawab: Dari mana sumber ilmu pengetahuan? Bagaimana sifat dari ilmu pengetahuan itu? Bagaimana memverifikasi kebenarannya? Kebenaran wahyu bersifat dogmatis dan absolut, sehingga peran wahyu dalam pencarian kebenaran sangatlah penting. Tetapi, kita dituntut menempatkan kebenaran rasional dan fakta empiris dalam kerangka Islam secara keseluruhan. Nyatanya, Islam memandang penting kedudukan akal, sampai-sampai Allah murka terhadap orang-orang yang tidak mau menggunakan akalnya. Kajian aksiologis ekonomi Islam ialah membicarakan ekonomi Islam dari segi nilai dan manfaat. Keberadaan ekonomi Islam diharapkan mampu menjadi problem solver. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur atau penelitian kepustakaan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang diperoleh dari studi literatur. Data-data yang sudah diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif.

The background of the research being conducted is to find out how the parenting style given by single parent mothers to the personality development of adolescents, where as a single parent mother is certainly not easy to play a dual role in educating, and earning a living alone without a partner. The existence of factors and pressures that are felt differently between single parent mothers and one another make the parenting pattern applied also varies. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive research method with observation and interview data collection techniques, the research was conducted in Banyutengah Village, Panceng, Gresik with 3 subjects of single parent mothers and 3 subjects of teenage children. From the results obtained: one single parent mother applies authoritarian parenting, one single parent mother applies permissive parenting, and one single parent mother applies democratic parenting. Children who are raised with authoritarian parenting tend to be less confident, and closed. Children with permissive parenting tend to be less confident and have less control. Then children who are cared for with democratic parenting tend to be confident and more communicative.

Bali is one of the provinces in Indonesia with a fairly dense population. Bali is also known for being one of the leading natural tourism centers in Indonesia. Apart from tourism issues, Bali Province has one interesting issue to discuss. Bali is also an example of a place where inter-religious harmony has a fairly high portion. So there is rarely friction between religious communities in Bali. On the other hand, Bali, with its strong tourist charm, turns out to have several interesting problems. One example is the issue of interfaith marriages that are rife in Bali. Interfaith marriages are certainly not compatible with Islamic law or sharia, as well as conventional legal approaches or state law. It is interesting to discuss that many conversions of religious beliefs in Bali were carried out because to fulfill the requirements of the pillars of shah in Islam. Some from Hindus converted to Islam, some from Christians converted to Islam. This is another phenomenon that occurs in Bali besides a strong tourist attraction when discussing the island of the gods. Under these conditions, the authors conducted research on interfaith marriages in Bali, namely in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province. Many religious marriage practices take place in that place. Some are local, some are doing interfaith marriages with foreign tourists visiting Bali.

The activities of students in Islamic boarding schools are not only about matters of worship rituals. Not only carrying out activities that include spiritual aspects such as learning the Koran, praying and others. There are other aspects that also contribute to building activities in Islamic boarding schools, namely economic activities. These economic activities are in the form of community empowerment and assistance that have an impact on the surrounding community, especially empowerment in the economic field. As done by Pondok Pesantren An-Nur Semanding Tuban. Economic empowerment here is in the form of distributing bottled mineral water. Mineral water is packaged in a container which is then labeled 'AINUR' (an acronym for Air Asli Sendang Pancur) which is a spring owned by An-Nur Islamic Boarding School located in Sendang Pancur Village, Semanding District, Tuban Regency, East Java. This is because the environment in the Islamic boarding school has abundant assets and potential water resources. In addition, human resource assistance (students) is also needed. To empower these assets and potentials, assistance is needed starting from the production mechanism to the distribution process that involves the surrounding community. Assistance is carried out using the Asset Based Community Development method or better known as the ABCD mentoring method. By using the ABCD mentoring method which includes: Preparing (preparation); Discovery (find); Dream (future dream); define (map/define assets); Design (designing/connecting and mobilizing assets/action planning) and Destiny (conducting monitoring) can be used as a basis or reference in the process of mentoring and community empowerment in developing the pesantren economy.

Legal Aid Institutions have an important role in providing free legal aid, especially for the poor in undergoing the process in court, because the cost is not cheap when litigation. Therefore, it is necessary to know about the role of Legal Aid Institutions in providing legal aid for the poor, namely to provide justice rights for all communities, including the poor, because in the eyes of the law all are equal, how the poor always get the injustice they deserve. This thesis research on the Implementation of Legal Aid to the Poor by the Pejuang keadilan Legal Aid Institute Tuban uses a qualitative approach and an empirical normative legal approach, namely research that combines normative research and is supported by data or elements of empirical research, methods for data collection through observation,interviews and documentation. The research results obtained are as follows: all people can get free legal aid, there are no special requirements, only an identity card and a certificate of poverty, if any, This aid agency not only provides legitimacy but also non-legitimacy assistance. The obstacles faced in implementing legal aid are as follows: lack of public knowledge about legal aid, limited funds so that alternative routes use personal money, lack of support from the government for legal aid institutions that have not been accredited.

This study aims to clarify and determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction together and partial as well as to determine which variable is dominant influence on customer satisfaction at “Warung Bek Mu 2” Nasi Pecel Khas Lamongan Pantura. The indicators of independent variable used in this study are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy and dependent variable in this study is the customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at “Warung Bek Mu 2” Nasi Pecel Khas Lamongan Pantura. The population sample used is customers at “Warung Bek Mu 2” Nasi Pecel Khas Lamongan Pantura. The sampling technique used Accidental Sampling. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 people respondents. Based on the F test results was showed that F Sig. 0.000<0.005, which means the indicators of Service Quality Variable which consists of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a significant influence on the customer satisfaction. Based on the t results showed that the indicators of Service Quality variable which consists of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy significantly influence on the customer satisfaction. T test results also showed that the responsiveness indicator (X3) variable have had the most powerful effect compared with other indicators variable, so the responsiveness (X3) variable have the dominant influence on the customer satisfaction.

This study aims to: 1) describe the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering students' Akhlakul Karimah; 2) describe the activities carried out by Islamic religious education teachers in fostering students' Akhlakul Karimah; 3) identify the factors that support and hinder the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering students' Akhlakul Karimah. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The techniques used in collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The research instrument is the researcher himself as the main instrument where the researcher uses his logic to be able to verify or draw conclusions about an existing problem. The results showed that: 1) Activities carried out by Islamic religious teachers in fostering students' akhlakul karimah included PHBI activities, dhuha prayers, congregational dhuhur prayers, reading blessings, murajaah, Alms Saturday Movement, istighatsah and tahlil; 2) The strategy of Islamic religion teachers in fostering students' Akhlakul Karimah is implemented in the teaching and learning process using several methods including habituation, exemplary, personal approach, advice and punishment; 3) Factors driving the formation of akhlakul karimah students include the support of all school members, the support of student guardians, being in a boarding school environment and student self-awareness. While the inhibiting factors are different educational, social and economic backgrounds, and the busy activities at Islamic boarding schools.

The leader is one of the essences of management, the main resource and the central point of every activity that occurs in a company. How the creativity and dynamics of a leader in carrying out his leadership authority will greatly determine whether the company's goals can be achieved or not. Leaders who are dynamic and creative, the organization they lead will also be more dynamic and the activities that will be carried out will be more and more. As for in this study the authors used quantitative data. Research starts from theories or hypotheses using a correlational approach. The results of this study are, 1). The leadership style applied by the head of the economic field of the Islamic boarding school Sunan Drajat Lamongan is a situational style. This is evidenced by the results of interviews and research that has been carried out by researchers. 2). The results of the regression test on the leadership style variable on employee performance in the economic field of the Islamic boarding school Sunan Drajat Lamongan obtained the regression equation Y = 21.740 + 0.464 X. And the results of the hypothesis test obtained a t-test result of 3.168 with a significant level of 0.002. The significant value is less than 0.005 (0.002 < 0.005), thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be said that there is a positive and significant influence between the influence of leadership style on employee performance.
