Abstract

Caring for beauty for every woman is an activity that is almost certainly done every day. These activities are part of being confident in every appearance. In fact, most of the young women and housewives know about facial care or better known as makeup, which is obtained from experience from friends, or seeing in the mass media. The assistance provided to mothers and adolescents in the village of Terjan Kragan Rembang has provided an understanding and change in the creativity of makeup and self-care for daily life. Understanding makeup is not just taking care of the face, or beautifying yourself but also as part of a creative effort to open a new business in the beauty salon field. Assistance activities in beauty care through training have had a positive effect on a better and more harmonious household life in family life. The use of natural ingredients obtained from the daily environment has been part of traditional beauty treatments since our ancestors were preserved.

Abstract

This devotion aims to obtain results regarding the Development of Arabic and English at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam in the Era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This devotion is expected to be used as a form of attention to the importance of Arabic and English in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. And hopefully this devotion can make santri more enthusiastic in learning Arabic and English in the future. In this devotion use the ABCD strategy. This strategy includes five stages: inculturation, discovery, design, define and reflection. The results of the devotion showed that the development of Arabic and English in Darussalam Dungmas boarding school, kedungrejo, Sumberejo, Bojonegoro using ABCD strategy was very effective and efficient. Where the concept of implementation in the service of Arabic and English development by using ABCD strategy has a good response, especially from caregivers, administrators and also draussalam boarding school students to support their own boarding schools and students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. However, in devotion will not be separated from the inhibitory factors that become obstacles to the language skills of the students of Darussalam Sumberejo Bojonegoro boarding school.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the influence of Counseling Services with Self-Management Techniques in improving the discipline of MTs. Sunan Drajat Lamongan students. Student Discipline is the attitude or behavior of students who obey and obey the rules in the school and carry out their duties with full awareness. This research uses quantitative experimental methods with research designs in the form of Quasi Expermental Design. Sampling technique with Purposive Sampling, with 16 study subjects. The data analysis technique in this study is the Mann Whitney U-Test. The results of the analysis show a significant influence of Counseling Services with Self-Management Techniques in improving student discipline. Data analysis showed that before treatment, the experimental group and the control group had the same level of discipline, namely Z = -,317; Asymp. Sig.= ,751. and after being given treatment, a value of Z = -2.371 was obtained; Asymp. Sig.= ,001. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that Counseling Services with Self-Management Techniques are effective in improving student discipline. Sunan Drajat Lamongan. Kedisiplinan Siswa merupakan sikap atau tingkah laku siswa yang taat dan patuh akan peraturan yang ada di sekolah dan menjalankan kewaibannya dengan penuh kesadaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yang berbentuk Quasi Expermental Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan subjek penelitian yang berjumlah 16 siswa. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Mann Whitney U-Test. Hasil dari analisis menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari Layanan Konseling dengan Teknik Self-Management dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa. Analisis data menunjukan bahwa sebelum diberikan perlakuan, kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol memiliki tinhgkat kedisiplinan yang sama, yaitu Z = -,317; Asymp. Sig.= ,751. dan setelah diberikan perlakuan, diperoleh nilai Z = -2,371; Asymp. Abstract

Teachers or educators have a very strategic and core position in educational activities. They require intelligence, maturity, moral nobility, sincerity of heart and much more. The type of research used in this research is library research which consists of two types of data, namely primary and secondary. Primary data were obtained by researchers from books on Islamic Education, while secondary data were supporting data in this study, namely data from research results related to the problems the authors examined. The research results are as follows : In Islam, educators are those who are responsible for the development of students. In Islam, the most responsible person is the parent of the child. The emergence of teachers with all their roles, because of the fact that parents are no longer possible to be educators for their children. This happens along with the development of science and technology that must be mastered by each generation. In order for each generation to receive good education and teaching that can help the growth and development of children, professional teachers are needed, where professional teachers are required to have many requirements and competencies in order to carry out their duties properly. Once the role and responsibility of a teacher is so great, Islam gives a very high award for the teaching profession, which is equated with the prophets and apostles. The Islamic view of the teacher is so noble that it is promised for a teacher that he will receive prayers from the inhabitants of the sky and the inhabitants of the earth, he is prayed for for safety and happiness.

Abstract

Motivation and learning are two things that influence each other. Learning is a change in behavior that is relatively permanent and potentially occurs as a result of practice or reinforcement based on goals, to achieve certain goals. While motivation can be said as the overall driving force of a person that causes learning activities, which ensures the continuity of learning activities and which gives rise to direction in learning activities.This research is a qualitative research that is field research or field research, namely research with data obtained from field activities. In this case the researchers collected and analyzed data from interviews, observations, and documentation in the Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Paciran Lamongan, East Java.The results of the research conducted are 1). The difference in learning motivation between students with intact families and broken home families is very clear, based on the results of interviews, students with broken home families look more enthusiastic in learning than students who come from intact families, 2). There are several factors that influence students' motivation to learn, including: the condition of the students' family, the role of a teacher, and environmental conditions.

Abstract

Hadirnya ekonomi Islam dapat menjadi alternatif di tengah-tengah sistem ekonomi kapitalisme dan sosialisme. Sistem ini mengupayakan tercapainya pemerataan distribusi pendapatan demi tegaknya keadilan, kesejahteraan, kebaikan dilandaskan pada nilai-nilai dasar Islam. Perbedaan mendasar dari sistem ekonomi Islam dengan sistem ekonomi lainnya terletak pada sistem pertukaran dan transfer satu arah yang terpadu yang mempengaruhi alokasi kekurangan sumber-sumber daya sehingga terjadi proses pertukaran langsung yang relevan dengan kesejahteraan menyeluruh di dasarkan pada empat pilar utama : ekonomi rabbaniyah; ekonomi akhlaki, ekonomi kemanusiaan dan ekonomi pertengahan (tawazzun).

Abstract

Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen, pada pasal 10 ayat (1) menyatakan bahwa Kompetensi guru sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 8 meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi profesional yang diperoleh melalui pendidikan profesi. A. Kompetensi Pedagogik merupakan kemampuan pemahaman terhadap peserta didik, perancangan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi hasil belajar, dan pengembangan peserta didik untuk mengaktualisasikan berbagai potensi yang dimilikinya. B. Kompetensi Kepribadian merupakan kemampuan personal yang mencerminkan kepribadian yang mantap, stabil, dewasa, arif dan berwibawa, menjadi teladan bagi peserta didik, dan berakhlak mulia. C. Kompetensi Profesional adalah penguasaan materi pembelajaran secara luas dan mendalam, yang mencakup penguasaan materi kurikulum mata pelajaran di sekolah dan substansi keilmuan yang menaungi materinya, serta penguasaan terhadap struktur dan metodologi keilmuannya. D. Kompetensi Sosial merupakan kemampuan guru untuk berkomunikasi dan bergaul secara efektif dengan peserta didik, tenaga kependidikan, orang tua/wali peserta didik, dan masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

Karakter merupakan ciri khas yang dimiliki suatu benda atau individu. Ciri khas tersebut adalah asli dan mengakar pada kepribadian benda atau individu tersebut dan merupakan mesin yang mendorong bagaimana seeorang bertindak, bersikap, berucap, dan merespon sesuatu. Orang yang memiliki karakter kuat akan memiliki mementum untuk mencapai tujuan. Disisi lainmereka yang memiliki karakter lemah akan mudah goyah, akan lebih lambat dalam bergerak, dan tidak dapat menarik orang lain untuk bekerjasama dengannya. Dari berbagai pengertian di atas dapat dinyatakan bahwa kualitas atau kekuatan mental dan moral, akhlak atau budi pekerti individu yang merupakan kebribadian khusus yang menjadii pendorong atau penggerak serta membedakan dengan individu yang lain. Seseorang sudah dapat dikatakan berkarakter jika telah berhasil menyerap nilai-nilai dan keyakinan yang dikehendaki masyarakat serta digunakan sebagai kekuatan moral dalam hidupnya.Demikian pula seorang pendidik dikatakan berkarakter jika ia memiliki nilai dan keyakinan yang dilandasi hakekat dan tujuan pendidikan serta digunakan sebagai kekuatan moral dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai pendidik.

Abstract

BMT Sunan Drajat is a sharia financial institution within the pesantren environment. Therefore, the preference of students for participating in saving at BMT Sunan Drajat needs to be taken into account. This study aims to find out how the preferences of students at BMT Sunan Drajat. While the research methodology uses a quantitative approach methodology with testing starting with theories or hypotheses using the chi square approach. The results of this study show that the calculated Chi Square value is 14.474. Because the Chi Square value is > 13.362, based on the basis for making the decision above, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus it can be interpreted in terms of facilities that male students have a good preference for BMT Sunan Drajat
