Abstract

Caring for beauty for every woman is an activity that is almost certainly done every day. These activities are part of being confident in every appearance. In fact, most of the young women and housewives know about facial care or better known as makeup, which is obtained from experience from friends, or seeing in the mass media. The assistance provided to mothers and adolescents in the village of Terjan Kragan Rembang has provided an understanding and change in the creativity of makeup and self-care for daily life. Understanding makeup is not just taking care of the face, or beautifying yourself but also as part of a creative effort to open a new business in the beauty salon field. Assistance activities in beauty care through training have had a positive effect on a better and more harmonious household life in family life. The use of natural ingredients obtained from the daily environment has been part of traditional beauty treatments since our ancestors were preserved.

Abstract

Manusia untuk mendapatkan barang ataupun jasa untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan yang diinginkannya salah satunya harus melakukan suatu pengorbanan dengan menyerahkan sesuatu yang bernilai dengan sesuatu yang diinginkannya. Kegiatan konsumsi tidak hanya berhubungan dengan kegiatan makan dan minum, akan tetapi merupakan kegiatan dalam menggunakan barang atau jasa secara langsung dapat memenuhi kebutuhan manusia secara individu. Konsumen dalam melakukan kegiatan konsumsi baik berupa barang ataupun jasa pada umumnya memiliki beberapa asumsi diantaranya adalah; barang yang dikonsumsi dapat memenuhi kebutuhan, barang dapat memberikan kepuasan, lebih dari satu macam barang maka akan menentukan kombinasi yang dapat memberikan tingkat kegunaan atau kepuasan yang maksimal. Perilaku konsumen diartikan sebagai perilaku individu untuk menggunakan dan memanfaatkan barang atau jasa untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Prilaku konsumsi setidaknya dikendalikan oleh lima prinsip diantaranya yaitu : Keadilan, kebersihan, kesederhanaan, kemurahan hati dan moralitas. Faktor yang mempengaruhi seseorang dalam melakukan prilaku konsumsi diantaranya : kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, emosional, harga dan biaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur atau penelitian kepustakaan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang diperoleh dari studi literatur. Data-data yang sudah diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Metode analisis deskriptif dilakukan dengan cara mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta yang kemudian disusul dengan analisis, tidak semata-mata menguraikan, melainkan juga memberikan pemahaman dan penjelasan secukupnya.

Abstract

The term consumption is not just eating or drinking, but is any use or use of goods and services that can directly satisfy one's needs. The purpose of consumption in Islam is to achieve happiness and prosperity in the world and the hereafter (Falah), so the way of consuming it must of course be based on Islamic values ​​and sharia in which it is not only concerned with material (worldly) aspects but also pays attention to other aspects of consumption. aspects of ukhrawi (hereafter). The method used in this research is literacy studies or library research. Literacy studies are written summaries of articles from journals, books, and other documents that describe theories and information both past and present, organizing literature into topics and documents needed. The type of data used in the author's research in this study is data obtained from the study of literature. From the data that has been obtained then analyzed by descriptive analysis method. Conclusions from this work include ethics or norms that must be considered in carrying out consumption activities, the purpose of consumption for a Muslim is as a means of help to worship Allah, the Qur'an provides very clear and easy-to-understand instructions.

Abstract

Zaman serba modern ini menuntut kita untuk terus maju dan memanfaatkan media sosial sebaik dan sebijak mungkin. Salah satunya menjalankan bisnis online yang telah marak diperbincangkan di kalangan masyarakat, dengan menggunakan sistem dropshipping. Dimana model dropshipping ini memerlukan tiga elemen yaitu supplier, customer dan dropshipper. Biasannya dropshipper melakukan penjualan barang yang didapatkan dari supplier dengan perkembangan teknologi elektronik, dengan syarat dan rukun dalam fiqih muamalah yang menggunakan akad salam. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini: (1) Bagaimana penerapan jual beli online menggunakan sistem dropshipping? (2) Bagaimana penerapan jual beli online menggunakan sistem dropshipping menurut perspektif fiqih muamalah? (3) Bagaimana kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam sistem dropshipping di Toko Etalase Hijab Sendangagung? Pnelitian ini dengan pendekatan dan fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah toko Etalase Hijab Sendangagung dengan fokus objek yaitu sistem jual beli dropshipping. Adapaun metode pengumpulan data ditempuh dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Kemudian dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan/verisifikasi kesimpulan.

Abstract

The activities of students in Islamic boarding schools are not only about matters of worship rituals. Not only carrying out activities that include spiritual aspects such as learning the Koran, praying and others. There are other aspects that also contribute to building activities in Islamic boarding schools, namely economic activities. These economic activities are in the form of community empowerment and assistance that have an impact on the surrounding community, especially empowerment in the economic field. As done by Pondok Pesantren An-Nur Semanding Tuban. Economic empowerment here is in the form of distributing bottled mineral water. Mineral water is packaged in a container which is then labeled 'AINUR' (an acronym for Air Asli Sendang Pancur) which is a spring owned by An-Nur Islamic Boarding School located in Sendang Pancur Village, Semanding District, Tuban Regency, East Java. This is because the environment in the Islamic boarding school has abundant assets and potential water resources. In addition, human resource assistance (students) is also needed. To empower these assets and potentials, assistance is needed starting from the production mechanism to the distribution process that involves the surrounding community. Assistance is carried out using the Asset Based Community Development method or better known as the ABCD mentoring method. By using the ABCD mentoring method which includes: Preparing (preparation); Discovery (find); Dream (future dream); define (map/define assets); Design (designing/connecting and mobilizing assets/action planning) and Destiny (conducting monitoring) can be used as a basis or reference in the process of mentoring and community empowerment in developing the pesantren economy.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor lambatnya perkembangan dan kemajuan suatu lembaga pendidikan adalah kurangnya kemampuan pengelola lembaga pendidikan dalam melaksanakan perencanaan strategik lembaga secara keseluruhan. Banyak lembaga pendidikan dalam menyusun suatu perencanaan strategik hanya sebatas formalitas belaka, bukan sebagai wujud acuan dalam mengelola lembaga pendidikan. Lembaga pendidikan Islam pada aspek manajemen begitu lemah sehingga perlu perbaikan, baik dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasinya. Artikel ini membahas tentang manajemen strategik keuangan oleh Badan Pelaksana Penyelenggara Pendidikan Ma arif NU (BP3MNU) Mazra atul Ulum Paciran Lamongan serta kendala dan solusi yang ada dari manajemen strategik keuangan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data dan analisis dengan metode deskriptif yang disesuaikan dengan Badan Pelaksana Penyelenggara Pendidikan Ma arif Nahdlatul Ulama (BP3MNU) Mazra atul Ulum Paciran Lamongan Jawa Timur, data dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara secara mendalam, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi. Tekhnik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penyimpulan data. Keabsahan validasi data dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penemuan penelitian menunjukan adanya beberapa kegiatan: 1) Perencanaan strategik keuangan. 2) Pelaksanaan manajemen strategik keuangan 3) Evaluasi manajemen strategik keuangan. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh BP3MNU Mazra atul Ulum dalam manajemen strategik keuangan, diantaranya : 1) Ada pengurus kurang jeli dan kurang matang 2) Pelaksanaan manajemen strategik belum sesuai 3) Pelaksanaan meeting dilaksanakan tanpa melihat agenda yang ada. Dan solusi yang diterapkan untuk mengatasi hal di atas dengan memberikan motivasi dan pemahaman mengenai fungsi dan prefesionalitas pengurus dalam bentuk workshop atau seminar.

Abstract

The Islamic Business Ethics course applied in higher education aims to provide knowledge about ethics in business in accordance with sharia so that students have the ability to run a business in accordance with what is ordered in Islam, so that when students have graduated from their college have the provisions to open a business in sharia. Interest in becoming an entrepreneur includes a person's interest in creating a business by looking at the opportunities that are around and daring to take risks that may occur in running a business. This study aims to answer, describe and analyze the research problem formulation which consists of: 1. How is the Islamic Business Ethics Course in the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School College? How are students interested in becoming entrepreneurs? and Is there any influence between Islamic Business Ethics Course on students' interest in becoming Entrepreneurs? The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with the type of field research. The population in this study were all students of the 2019 Islamic Economics study program who had taken the Islamic Business Ethics course. The research instruments used were: questionnaires or questionnaires and interviews. The results of this study concluded that: (1) Islamic Business Ethics Course had a significant effect on the interest in becoming an entrepreneur. The influence of Islamic Business Ethics Course is 34.8% and the remaining 65.2% is influenced by other variables. (2) Interest in becoming an entrepreneur based on the correlation results stated that the value of interest in being an entrepreneur in students was 0.348 or 34, 8%. (3) There is a significant effect on the variable of Islamic Business Ethics Course (X) on the interest in becoming an Entrepreneur (Y) based on the calculation results obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0.348 indicating the correlation value ranges from -1 to +1 (-1≤ r 1) means the level of correlation shows moderate. So, according to the test criteria, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that the hypothesis shows that there is a significant relationship between the Islamic Business Ethics Course and the interest in becoming an Entrepreneur of the 2019 Islamic Economics Study Program students at the Sunan Drajad Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

The Sunan Drajat Banjarwati Cooperative Paciran Lamongan is one of the growing financial services businesses that requires efforts to develop its business, one of its efforts is through customer loyalty in order to gain the trust of customers, with loyal customers by participating in advancing the Sunan Drajat Cooperative Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan. The formulation of the problem in this scientific paper is how the application of Islamic principles and values ​​in the Sunan Drajat Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan Cooperative in increasing customer loyalty and how the Sunan Drajat Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan Cooperative strategy in increasing customer loyalty. This research is a qualitative research that uses empirical methods. Qualitative research is research that describes a problem by not using quantitative, even if there are numbers, it is used as supporting data to complete. While the empirical method is research that aims to reveal the reality in the field by taking data based on the experience of respondents, where the law is seen as a fact because the law will interact with other social institutions. The purpose of analyzing these two things is to make a description of one object according to the facts so that the Sunan Drajat Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan Cooperative can get loyal customers in accordance with Islamic values. And the instruments of this research are interviews, observations, literature studies and questionnaires.

Abstract

Baitul Mal Wa Tamwil Financial Institution (BMT) has the task of collecting funds and distributing funds to the community. Baitul Mal Wa Tamwil in its management management must be able to arrange a good marketing strategy in achieving the goals of the institution, namely to attract consumers to use the products and services offered by BMT. The murabahah financing product is one of the products offered at BMT Sunan Drajat to people who need capital to open a small business or other businesses. This study aims to answer, describe, and analyze the focus of the problem, namely: (1) How is the marketing strategy in murabahah financing products at BMT Sunan Drajat. (2) What are the factors that hinder the implementation of the marketing of murabahah financing products. (3) What is the solution to overcome the obstacles in carrying out the marketing strategy of murabahah financing products. This research uses a qualitative approach, the data analysis method is carried out using deductive logic, to draw conclusions from general things to specific things that are specific or individual, research instruments use observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study, it can be concluded that: The marketing strategy of murabahah financing products carried out by BMT Sunan Drajat Lamongan, namely by using a strategy to expand marketing by prioritizing affordable product prices, products needed by the community, promotions to attract customers, and an easy place recognized by prospective members (customers). Factors inhibiting marketing strategy Internal and External factors. The solutions carried out provide socialization to the public or prospective customers, promote products and provide understanding through social media, provide training to marketing personnel, select and sort out customers who apply for financing, increase the number of marketers to maximize product marketing.

Abstract

Islam prohibits the practice of usury and the accumulation of wealth only by certain parties unfairly. In practical terms, the form of service products and services, the basic principles of the relationship between financial institutions and customers, as well as lawful ways of doing business in Islamic financial institutions, still need to be widely disseminated to the general public. Islamic financial institutions bridge between parties who need funds and parties who have excess funds through financial products and services in accordance with sharia principles that have different characteristics from conventional financial institutions. Syari'ah financial institutions have different characteristics from conventional banks. These characteristics are universal and qualitative. Syari'ah banks operate which must meet these characteristics. Products in Islamic financial institutions can be divided into three major parts, namely: products for raising funds, channeling funds and providing services. The existing products are adapted to the needs of the existing community.
