Abstract

Pamijahan Village is a village located in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. Pamijahan Village has sufficient natural resources to develop and prosper socially and economically in the community. In community service, access to sharia financing is programmed for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pamijahan Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. This community service activity was preceded by identifying problems with MSME actors, then collecting data. Then process the data and information, and after that a solution plan is prepared. The solution plan is to provide training to increase the knowledge and understanding of MSMEs in sharia financing, and increase MSME insight and trust.

Abstract

This community service was carried out in Karehkel Village, Leuwiliang District, Bogor Regency. This community service aims to develop Human Resources and the potentials that exist in Karehkel Village, especially mothers, adolescents and children. In community service this is done by the method of observation, training, interviews and application implementation. The community is also enthusiastic about this community service activity, because they gain an insightful understanding of human resource development, especially in developing the abilities of mothers, adolescents and children.

Abstract

This community service explores the extent of the human resources of housewives, youth and children in Central Cibitung Village, Tenjolaya District, Bogor Regency. Within the scope of community service, human resource management (MSDI) is designed to increase the effectiveness of human resources in society. The goal is to provide learning to the public about effective MSDI. To achieve these goals includes planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. With the activities carried out on and by housewives, teenagers and children. outreach and training. It is expected to develop creativity, and the quality of society. In this community service, the community plays an active role in activities to advance the community.

Abstract

Strategic risk is the risk that occurs as a result of the determination and implementation of the company's strategy that is not quite right so that the company suffers losses. Minimization must be carried out so that the bank's strategy is achieved and does not experience losses, especially for Islamic Commercial Banks that carry out mergers. Mergers or mergers in Islamic Commercial Banks between Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, and BRISyariah certainly have positive and negative impacts, where this strategic risk can have a negative impact on this bank. To minimize this strategic risk, consolidation and careful planning is needed from every part of the bank so that they can unite their minds in the newly formed bank.

Abstract

In an effort to maintain business stability of Islamic banks is not an easy job because Islamic banks are required to be able to compete with other banking institutions in running their business, especially in the development of products that are traded. In addition, Islamic banks are also required to be able to provide services according to the wishes of customers so that customers remain loyal to buy the services/products offered. The research aims to analyze the marketing mix strategy in marketing products at Bank Syariah Mandiri Bogor Branch and analysis of sharia management on the implementation of the Marketing Mix strategy in marketing products at Bank Syariah Mandiri Bogor Branch. This research is qualitative in nature and its data collection methods use interviews, documentation and observation. Processing and analysis of data using interactive form of qualitative analysis method. The results of the research conducted found that (1) Implementation of the Marketing mix strategy, by combining Product Strategy, Price Strategy, Location Strategy and Lay Out, Promotion Strategy at BSM Bogor Branch in general can run well; (2) Sharia management analysis of the implementation of marketing mix strategies such as product strategy, price strategy, place strategy, and promotion strategy in marketing Bank Syariah Mandiri Bogor Branch products through the functions of planning, organizing , actuating, and controlling found a number of things including BSM Bogor Branch has provided the best service to the community or customers, so that the bank is able to provide excellent service and customer care to the community or customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence customer interest in mobile banking services offered by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bogor Dramaga. In this study using quantitative methods, by collecting data using questionnaires and google forms with Likert scale measurements, with non-probabilistic sampling techniques, and the method used was purposive sampling. The results of this study are; 1) the ease of use factor (X1) has a positive effect at a significance level of 5% partially on customer interest; 2) the safety factor (X2) has no effect on the 5% significance level partially on customer interest; 3) the time efficiency factor (X3) has a positive effect at a significance level of 5% partially on customer interest; 4) the ease of use factor (X1), the safety factor (X2), and the time efficiency factor (X3) have a positive effect at a significance level of 5% simultaneously on customer interest. With this research, it can be concluded that the factors of ease of use and time efficiency affect customer interest in using mobile banking services.

Abstract

The background of this research is the use of virtual accounts and transfers to employees of the Sahid Modern Islamic Boarding School and employees of the Sahid Islamic Institute in Bogor. The aim is to compare the benefits of virtual accounts and transfers. This study used a quantitative method, the subject of research was at the Sahid Modern Islamic Boarding School and the Sahid Islamic Institute, Bogor. The more modern the digital tools, the easier the transactions between the use of virtual accounts and transfers. This study aims to compare the benefits of virtual accounts and transfers. The results of this study indicate that in the use of virtual accounts and transfers at the Sahid Modern Islamic Boarding School, a value of 0.791 is obtained, which means greater than 0.05 and the use of virtual accounts and transfers at the Sahid Islamic Institute of Bogor, a value of 0.586 is greater than 0. 05. So it can be concluded, the significance value (2-tailed) obtained from the results of the independent sample t-test is greater than > 0.05. Then Ho is accepted and Hi is rejected, meaning that there is no difference in comparison of the utilization of Islamic bank facilities in terms of virtual accounts and transfers to employees of the Sahid Modern Islamic Boarding School and the Sahid Bogor Islamic Institute.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze sharia management of financial performance comparisons between Cipanas and Leuwi Sadeng branches at KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar. The data used is secondary data and the method used is descriptive quantitative with the help of SPSS version 25 to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable and another. The sample selected based on the criteria is 1 company with 2 service branches. Sampling was carried out using field research techniques. The results of this study indicate that by calculating the liquidity ratio there is no difference in financial performance between the Cipanas and Leuwisadeng branches, by calculating the profitability ratio there is no difference in financial performance between the Cipanas and Leuwisadeng branches, by calculating the solvency ratio there is no difference in financial performance between the Cipanas and Leuwisadeng branches, based on the calculation of profitability ratios, there is no difference in financial performance between the Cipanas and Leuwisadeng branches.

Abstract

The potential for zakat in Indonesia is very large. This can be seen from the people who are predominantly Muslim. Zakat has become a must for Muslims. This is the main capital in developing zakat in Indonesia. However, this must be supported by collection to distribution so that it is right on target and according to its purpose. One of the supports is the establishment of the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) to manage zakat funds. In addition, the role of the government is also needed as the giver of authority for the formation of the legal entity Amil Zakat Institution. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of the level of knowledge of zakat and various government policies in supporting the development of the legal entity form of the Amil Zakat Institution, especially in the people of Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that if the level of zakat knowledge and policies issued by the government have increased, then it can increase the development of the legal form of the Amil Zakat Institution in the people of Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of the research conducted was to analyze the guidelines and instructions for implementing services at the Leuwiliang Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in Bogor Regency, to analyze sharia management values ​​that can be applied in the services of Leuwiliang Hospital in Bogor Regency. The subjects of this study were the head of human resources and patients who came to RSUD Leuwiliang, Bogor Regency. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. Based on this research, it was found that the management and form of service performed by the Leuwiliang Hospital in Bogor Regency had been adjusted to government standards which were directed directly by hospital leaders to employees to provide services to patients according to the direction of the central government, namely through Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Services Public in order to achieve consumer satisfaction with the services provided. Leaders or superiors of RSUD Leuwiliang Bogor Regency have good performance and management in managing everything, especially employees or nurses to provide good service to patients in accordance with their knowledge and guidance from leaders without losing religious values ​​and norms
