Abstract

Minat berwirausaha dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya kepribadian, peran keluarga, dan lingkungan masyarakat. Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa terdapat masalah pada minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI Bisnis Manajemen SMK Negeri 1 Purbalingga berdasarkan hasil penelusuran lulusan siswa Bisnis Manajemen selama 4 tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepribadian, peran keluarga, dan lingkungan masyarakat dengan minat berwirausaha. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif persentase dan analisis korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepribadian dengan minat berwirausaha, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara peran keluarga dengan minat berwirausaha, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan masyarakat dengan minat berwirausaha. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh kepribadian, peran keluarga, dan lingkungan masyarakat terhadap minat berwirausaha. Disimpulkan, kepribadian, peran keluarga, dan lingkungan masyarakat berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan minat berwirausaha. Business interest is influenced by some factors, including personality, the role of family, dan society’s environment. The result of initial observation shows that there was a problem in business interest of grade XI of business management students SMK Negeri 1 Purbalingga, based on the investigation to alumnus of business management students in the last 4 years. This research aims to find out the correlation of personality, the role of family, and society’s environment with business interest. Analysis data method used satistic descriptive presentation and correlation analysis Product Moment. The result of this research shows that there was positive and significant correlation between personality with business interest, there was positive and significant correlation between the role of family with business interest, there was positive and significant correlation between society’s environment with business interest. There was influence personality, the role of family, and society’s environment toward business interest. It can be concluded that personality, the role of family, and society’s environment positive and significant correlate with business interest.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the phenomenon of the Anti-Eviction Movement in Makassar as a case that represents the formation of civil society in East Indonesian city. Using the case study method, this research focuses on aspects related to the struggle for the right to the city and the right to a safe place to live from the threat of eviction based on primary and secondary data. The primary data comes from interviews with participants of the bara-barayya alliance movement in Makassar City conducted from January 2023 to July 2023. In the interviews, the researcher concentrated on how the bara-barayya alliance movement expressed their struggle to claim the right to the city and a safe home from the threat of eviction. Data analysis was conducted through interview analysis to obtain accurate data and describe and explain the data explicitly. The findings in this study show that the feeling of threat among urban residents who face the threat of eviction creates resistance through the anti-eviction movement to claim their right to shelter and housing and the struggle to reclaim their right to the city. This study argues the crucial and urgent importance of understanding urban anti-eviction social movements in various cities to prevent evictions in Indonesia. Abstract

One of the most sought after information currently is tourist attractions in an area. In the last year, Bandung Regency has had new tourist destinations which are emerging rapidly. To manage this tourist location, Bandung district has an information system, but this system still has limitations. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a tourism information system that is more detailed and can provide convenience for the Bandung Regency Culture and Tourism Office in managing and presenting tourism information. The aim of this research is to design and build a Tourism Geographic Information System in Bandung Regency. The development methodology used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP). The result of this research is a Tourism Geographic Information System which features information on tourist destinations including ticket prices, vehicle access and routes to tourist locations. Apart from that, this system also includes information on accommodation and restaurants around tourist destinations. Thus, this Tourism Geographic Information System can be used as a reference source of information on tourist destinations, especially for tourists in Bandung Regency.

Abstract

Pembiayaan bermasalah merupakan salah satu resiko yang dialami semua lembaga keuangan syariah di daerah sumenep ksususnya BMT NU Jawa Timur Cabang Bluto yaitu kolektibilitas pembiayaan yang kategorinya lancar menjadi kurang lancar (diragukan dan macet), tingginya jumlah pembiayaan yang dialokasikan kepada masyarakat terutama pembiayaan murabahah. Sebelum memberikan pembiayaan pihak BMT melakukan analisis kelayakan pembiayaan yang menggunakan prinsip 6C yang terdiri dari Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition of Economy dan Contrains yang bertujuan untuk memitigasi resiko sehingga akan meminimalkan resiko pembiayaan bermasalah yang terjadi dikemudian hari. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan penilaian 6C yang digunakan dalam meminimalisir pembiayaan bermasalahdanmengetahui bagaimana penyelesaian pembiayaan Murabahah bermasalah di KSPPS BMT NU Jawa Timur Cabang Bluto Sumenep. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif denganjenisdeskriptif, yang dalam hal ini menggunakan tiga teknik pengumpulandatayaitu teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis datayangdigunakan yakni Redukasi data, Penyajian data dan Penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama: Character dapat dinilai dengan mencari informasi melalui lingkungan sekitar ataupunpengakuan calon anggota, Capacity dinilai dengan usaha yang dijalankan, Capital hasilnya masih surplussetelah dihitung pendapatannya dikurangi seluruh pengeluaran disetiapbulannya dan seluruh asset kekayaan calon anggota, Collateral menilai harga jual jaminan, bukti kepemilikan dan status hukumnya, Conditionof Economy kondisi kelanjutan usaha yang dijalankan, Constrain melihat usaha yang berpengaruh terhadap iklim, cuaca dan usahayangmengganggu dan membahayakan masyarakat sekitar. Kedua: Penyelesaian pembiayaan Murabahah bermasalah dilakukan dengan menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi anggota tidak mebayar kemudian melakukan tahap restrukturisasi dan melakukan penjualan bersama barang jaminan apabila anggota tidak memiliki i’tikad baik dalam melunasi angsurannya kepada KSPPS BMT NU Jawa Timur Cabang Bluto Sumenep.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a form of community service activity by students with an cross-scientific and sectoral approach at a certain time and area. The implementation of KKN activities usually lasts between one to two months and takes place in village-level areas. And the purpose of KKN is so that students can develop ideas based on technology and in an effort to grow, accelerate and prepare development cadres, students gain valuable learning experience through involvement in the community which directly discovers, formulates, solves and tackles development problems in a practical and interdisciplinary, to add insight. Students motivate the community in building villages, to provide experience to students about ways of being in society. The existence of Real Work Lectures has a target so that students can become a ready-to-use generation and at the same time potential successors to development, especially in rural areas, both in the present and in the future. And this report aims to show the results of the KKN activities during the Covid-19 pandemic which we carried out in about a month. Webinars for Virtual Communities. This report also contains information about Sindangpalay Village, where we carried out KKN activities.
