Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar konsumsi dengan menggunakan kooperatif tipe co-op co-op siswa kelas X BB 2 SMK NU 01 Kendal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK NU 01, Kota Kendal. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X BB 2. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 74,11 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 71,63%. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siklus II sebesar 83,04 dengan ketuntasan  klasikal 87,84%. Hasil pengamatan aktivitas siswa menunjukkan adanya peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa, siklus I diperoleh hasil sebesar 65% meningkat menjadi 87,49% pada siklus II, sedangkan aktivitas guru siklus I sebesar 62,5% meningkat menjadi 84,37% pada siklus II. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan kooperatif tipe co-op co-op pada materi mengelola konflik. Saran yang berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian adalah perlu adanya kesiapan guru sebelum memulai pelajaran, guru hendaknya mampu menguasai kelas dengan baik agar siswa lebih aktif, dan memilih metode yang tepat untuk diterapkan dalam proses belajar mengajar. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in activity and learning outcomes with the content managing conflict of cooperative learning type co-op co-op students of class X BB 2 SMK NU 01 Kendal. This research is a class act. Location of the study conducted a SMK NU 01 Kendal, Kendal. The subjects in this study were class X BB 2. The result showed the average value of student learning outcomes in the first cycle of 74,11 to 71,63% classical completeness. While the average value of the second cycle of learning outcomes by 83,04 to 87,84% classical completeness. Observations of student activity showed an increase students' learning activities, cycle I obtained a yield of 65% increased to 87,49% in the second cycle, while the activity of the first cycle of teachers increased by 62,5% to 84,37% in the second cycle. This indicates an increase in student learning outcomes using the cooperative learning type co-op co-op on content managing conflict. Suggestions related to the research is the need for teacher preparation before starting the lesson, the teacher should be able to master classes with well so that students are more active, and selecting the appropriate method to be applied in teaching and learning.

Abstract

This study examines leadership styles in financial management at the Attarbiyatul Wathoniyah Islamic Boarding School (PATWA) Mertapada, Cirebon Regency. The main focus is how the leadership style of the boarding school leaders influences the financial management of the boarding school which includes budget planning, transaction recording, and business unit management. The method used is a case study with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership style combined with charismatic leadership is the key to success in creating emotional involvement and high commitment of administrators in managing finances in a trustworthy and responsible manner. This leadership builds an organizational culture that upholds the values ​​of sincerity, responsibility, and transparency, although the financial recording system is still manual and minimally digitized. Elements of transactional leadership are also present through the provision of incentives to business unit administrators who succeed in achieving targets, which increases motivation and efficiency. However, high dependence on the main leadership figure is a challenge for the sustainability of the boarding school's financial management. Therefore, strengthening the documentation system and leadership cadreship are important recommendations so that the boarding school's financial management can run professionally and sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Induction Program for New Teachers (PIGP) implemented in Bandar District, Batang Regency, Central Java. A qualitative research approach with a case study design was employed. The research subjects consisted of civil servant teachers participating in the PIGP program. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that implementing the PIGP program in Bandar District aligns with existing regulations, specifically the Regulation of the Minister of National Education No. 27 of 2010 and the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Education No. 5792 of 2019. The program has proven effective in supporting novice teachers in adapting to their professional environment and enhancing their pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies. This effectiveness is evident in the increased self-confidence and preparedness of teachers in fulfilling their professional responsibilities. Nevertheless, several challenges were identified, including insufficient training for mentors, the unavailability of comprehensive technical implementation guidelines, and limited outreach efforts by the local education authorities. To address these issues, it is recommended that the implementation quality be improved through ongoing professional development for mentors and the provision of detailed technical manuals.
