Abstract

Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kota Yogyakarta merupakan salah satuorganisasi pengelola zakat yang sedang mengalami perkembangan pesat,akan tetapi hal tersebut belum cukup dijadikan ukuran bahwa kinerjaorganisasi ini sudah optimal. Six Sigma muncul sebagai metode perbaikanyang populer karena berfokus pada output organisasi yang penting bagipelanggan sekaligus menjustifikasi perbaikan dengan menunjukkanpeningkatan produktivitas dan kualitas yang jelas bagi organisasi. Jenis penelitian ini disebut dengan mixed methods research, populasipenelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan (muzakki dan mustahiq) BAZNASKota Yogyakarta yang aktif pada tahun 2013 berjumlah 1300, sedangkansampel yang diambil adalah 130 responden. Data kuantitatif penelitiandiperoleh melalui kuesioner servperf, sedangkan data kualitatif diperolehdengan wawancara kepada pihak pengelola (amil) BAZNAS KotaYogyakarta disertai dengan observasi dan dokumen dari lembaga.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan tingkatkepuasan muzakki dan mustahiq terhadap kinerja layanan zakat padapengukuran servperf rata-ratanya adalah 3,82 artinya secara keseluruhankinerja layanan zakat BAZNAS Kota Yogyakarta sebesar 76,44% danmasih memberikan peluang munculnya ketidakpuasan muzakki danmustahiq terhadap kinerja layanan tersebut sebesar 23,56%. Pada fasemeasure menunjukkan bahwa kinerja layanan zakat di BAZNAS KotaYogyakarta berada pada level 2,22 sigma, artinyakualitas organisasi inidikategorikan kurang baik dan masih belum menunjukkan kinerja layananyang maksimal.Kata Kunci:six sigma, kinerja layanan, BAZNAS Kota Yogyakarta

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial teman sebaya terhadap student well-being pada siswa SMPN X di Bekasi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 119 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. skala dukungan sosial dan skala student well-being digunakan dalam prosesn pengumpulan data. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear sederhana. temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial teman sebaya memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap student well-being (R = 0,827; R2 = 0,683; p < 0,05). Hal ini berarti student well-being meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya dukungan sosial dari teman sebaya. sumbangan efektif dukungan sosial teman sebaya terhadap student well-being sebesar 68,3%. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi betapa pentingnya meningkatkan dukungan sosial teman sebaya untuk memaksimalkan student well-being pada siswa SMP.

Abstract

komunikasi perubahan yakni sebuah konsep yang menggambarkan tiga tahapan perubahan organisasi: unfreeze (membekukan), change (merubah), dan refreeze (membekukan kembali) teory ini di populerkan Kurt Lewin. Model ini juga menggambarkan cara panda komunikasi dapat memainkan intruksi penting dalam kesuksesan atau kegagalan perubahan dalam sebuah organisasi. Unfreeze tahap pertama dimana pada tahap ini, organisasi mengakui kebutuhan untuk perubahan, Change merupakan tahap kedua dimana organisasi mulai menerapkan perubahan yang diperlukan, Refreeze merupakan tahap ketiga dimana organisasi telah mencapai tujuannya dan perubahan telah terjadi, itu sebuah kontruksi model komunikasi perubahan Kurt Lewin. omunikasi yang berfaedah pada setiap fase nya dapat membantu organisasi menjangkau haluannya dan menjaga guru tetap terlibat dalam proses perubahan. Kata perubahan bersifat situasional, sementara kata transisi bersifat psikologis. Hingga menjadikan kata transisi adalah sebuah proses. ketika seseorang keluar dari situasi lama kepada situasi baru, memulai dengan mengakhiri yang telah terjadi, dan mengakhiri dengan memulai yang baru berarti transisi telah terjadi. Model Lewin lebih menekankan perubahan sebagai proses transisi, transformasi organisasi Proses implementasi model Lewin. Peran penting intervenis pemimpin terhadap perubahan sebuah organisasi merupakan bentuk dukungan positif dalam manajemen perubah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of understanding children's language development as an indicator of their cognitive and social abilities. The study aims to analyze language acquisition in a 6-year-1-month-old child through Mean Length of Utterance (MLU) measurement, focusing on phonological, morphological, and syntactic aspects. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques including observation, recording, and conversation transcripts. The results show that the research subject has MLU values appropriate to their age development stage. They have good phonological ability in pronouncing almost all Indonesian phonemes, morphological mastery including basic affixes usage, and syntactic ability in forming compound sentences. This study concludes that MLU is an effective measurement tool for children's language acquisition and recommends using this method for monitoring language development in preschool-aged children.

Abstract

Abstract Religious modernization refers to the life of humanity where religious practices are influenced by political, economic, psychological, scientific, technological, and informational advancements. The current generation, shaped by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is skeptical and highly dependent on technology while valuing privacy. This generation requires a unique educational approach. The study aims to explore the roles of teachers, school principals, and supervisors in fostering a moderate religious attitude among students through effective educational systems. Using a qualitative approach and literature review as the primary method, the research analyzed data through descriptive analysis. The results highlight the importance of collaborative efforts between educators and institutions to promote inclusive and tolerant religious practices. This includes leveraging technology as a medium to instill moderation values effectively. Abstrak                                                                Modernisasi keberagamaan adalah kehidupan umat manusia yang terkait dengan perilaku dalam menjalankan ajaran agamanya yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan politik, ekonomi, psikologi, ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan informasi. Generasi masa kini, yang terbentuk oleh Revolusi Industri 4.0, cenderung skeptis dan sangat bergantung pada teknologi serta menjunjung tinggi privasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran guru, kepala madrasah, dan pengawas dalam menanamkan sikap keberagamaan moderat melalui sistem pendidikan yang efektif. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi pustaka, penelitian ini menganalisis data secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya kolaborasi antara pendidik dan institusi untuk mendorong praktik keberagamaan yang inklusif dan toleran. Pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai media untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi menjadi salah satu strategi efektif.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the strategies used by English teachers in Class Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Belitang II Vocational School Ogan Komering Ulu Timur. This research investigates the strategies teachers use in their teaching activities. This is caused by the use of old and traditional strategies that teachers usually apply in their daily activities. A qualitative approach was used in this research. The sample for this research was two English teachers. This research uses two data collection techniques: classroom observation and interviews. The findings show that the strategies used by teacher 1 to teach reading comprehension are Identifying the purpose of reading, reading aloud, Skimming, Scanning, Taking Notes, Highlighting, getting the main idea, Translating, Repeating, Analyzing Vocabulary and Summarizing. Meanwhile, the strategy used by teacher 2 is also similar to teacher 1, the difference lies in silent reading. Then the research question concerns students' responses to the strategies used by the teacher. The findings were that students responded positively to the English teacher's strategies even though they had several obstacles. Students participate in discussions and answer questions. Because the teacher points to the students one by one.

Abstract

This study aimed to enhance the speaking proficiency of students through the implementation of the role-play technique, employing Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research targeted the X-Ph grade students at SMK Jagakarsa during the 2023 academic year, comprising 38 students. The investigation unfolded over two cycles, each encompassing planning, action, observation, and reflection phases. Quantitative data, derived from pre-test and post-test results, were employed for analysis. The findings revealed a notable improvement in students' speaking abilities through the utilization of the role-play technique. The mean score for the pre-test was 67.21, which increased to 72.21 in post-test I and further to 78.52 in post-test II. This upward trend in scores indicated enhanced performance in the second cycle compared to the first. The percentage of students scoring above 75 points also exhibited growth, with 5 students (13.16%) surpassing this threshold in the pre-test, 16 students (42.11%) in post-test I, and 30 students (78.95%) in post-test II. Overall, the students demonstrated significant improvement in speaking ability, progressing from the initial meeting to subsequent sessions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically prove and examine the effect of financial ratios of volume of capital, investment returns, premium income, risk-based capital, underwriting results and operating costs on the profitability of general insurance companies of sharia business units registered with the financial services authority for the period 2019-2024. Profitability is measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and the method used in this study is quantitative with panel data types obtained from third parties (secondary). This study uses eleven samples of general insurance companies of sharia business units and uses panel data regression analysis techniques with the help of Eviews 10 software. The results show that volume of capital, investment returns, risk-based capital, underwriting results have a significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, premium income and operating costs do not have a significant effect on profitability. This study provides implications that general sharia insurance companies need to pay attention to aspects of volume of capital, investment returns, risk-based capital and underwriting results and can consider the value of premium income and operating costs in supporting increased company profitability so that the performance of general sharia insurance becomes better.

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of differentiated learning in PAUD driving schools in Pringsewu Regency using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The background of the research is that the application of differentiated learning in local PAUD institutions has not been evenly distributed. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with interview, documentation, and observation instruments. The results of the study show that the implementation of differentiated learning has been effective, as seen from the suitability of the school environment and children's characteristics. Input factors include relevant curriculum, resources, and learning materials. The learning process uses various strategies according to students' readiness, interests, and learning profiles. Student learning outcomes include improved material comprehension, critical thinking skills, motivation, confidence, and active participation. The research recommends teacher competency training, the formation of learning communities, and periodic monitoring and evaluation. The implication is the need for curriculum adjustments and the commitment of all stakeholders to create a meaningful learning environment and support differentiated learning.
