Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor dan faktor paling dominan yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 2 Semarang. Seluruh populasi yaitu kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 2 Semarang dijadikan responden sejumlah 85 siswa. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa sejumlah 32 faktor. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan angket/kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis faktor. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian analisis faktor terdapat 6 kelompok faktor yang terbentuk yaitu:  Kondisi Psikologis,  Lingkungan Belajar di Sekolah, Gangguan Belajar,  Lingkungan Keluarga, Lingkungan Masyarakat dan  Kondisi Fisiologis. Saran untuk penelitian ini hendaknya siswa memaksimalkan faktor-faktor yang berpotensi mempengaruhi peningkatan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa.This research aims to know factors and dominant factor which influenced economics learning outcomes grade XI social at SMA Negeri 2 Semarang. All students of population is being respondent which are student grade XI social are 85 students. Variabel of this research are factors who influenced student’s economic learning outcomes is 32 factors. Data accumulation methode are observation and questionnaire. Data analysis which used are presentation descriptive analysis and factor analysis. Based on result of testing factors analysis, there are 6 groups of factor that are: Psychology, School Environment,  Learning Disturbance, Family Environment, Society Environment; and Physiology. The suggestion is should all students improve factors which influenced increasing economics learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the growth and demand for beef at the household consumer level in the Cirebon Regency Sumber Market, as well as the impact of broiler commercial chicken meat as a substitute item and the variables that influence the amount of beef demand at the homemaker's consumer level in the Cirebon Regency Sumber Market. The Sumber Market was chosen as the research site, with sampling as the primary factor in the decision. Sixty-eight respondents were all housewives and accidental sampling was employed using the Lemeshow formula methodology to sample the respondents. Multiple linear regression is used to analyze the data, and the SPSS 27 program is used for hypothesis testing. Traditional assumption testing includes the autocorrelation test, the normality test, and the F test. A value of F-calculated to 10,388 > F-table 2,350 indicates that the variables of beef price, consumption, chicken meat price, income, and number of family dependents (X1, X2, X3, X4, X5) together have a positive effect and significant to the demand for beef. The results showed that the demand for meat in Cirebon Regency was influenced by income (X4), which obtained a sig value of 0.01 0.05. The number of family dependents.

Abstract

Sapi perah merupakan ternak ruminansia besar yang dipelihara untuk dimanfaatkan susunya. Secara umum sapi perah yang banyak dipelihara di Indonesia adalah sapi perah hasil persilangan atau Frisien Holstein (FH), factor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas susu sapi perah yaitu genetik ternak dan lingkungan. Manajemen merawat pedet merupakan elemen penting dalam pemeliharaan pedet sapi perah. Pemeliharaan yang baik diawal akan menghasilkan produksi yang optimal di masa yang akan mendatang, masalah kecekatan, ketelitian dan ketekunan dalam merawat pedet menjadi sangat vital. Berdasarkan hasil Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) di PT Global Diari Alami, dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen pemeliharaan pedet sapi perah di PT Global Diari Alami sudah baik. Hal itu dikarenakan adanya beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu yang terdiri dari memberikan kolostrum dengan frekuensi 3 kali di 6 jam pertama, 12 jam pertama dan 18 jam pertama salama 3 hari, Frekuensi pemberian milk replacer (Feeding) 3 kali sehari, pedet disapih dari susu pengganti pada usia 3 bulan. Pemberian pakan dengan frekuensi 3 kali sehari dan kandang pedet di PT Global Diari Alami menggunakan kandang berlantai semen dengan menggunakan sistem koloni. Kandang dilengkapi dengan tempat makan dan dumbtank serta pemeriksaan pedet setiap hari melalui petugas kesehatan hewan. Penanganan penyakit yang pernah terjadi di Farm PT Global Dairi Alami juga sudah baik karena setiap hari dilakukan pengecekkan oleh tim kesehatan hewan yang ada disana, sehingga meminimalisir terjadinya penyebaran penyakit di Farm PT Global Dairi Alami. Semua pedet yang ada di PT Globa Dairi Alami berasal dari perkembangbiakan yang dilakukan dengan teknik Inseminasi Buatan (IB) dengan semen yang langsung diimpor dari Australia.

Abstract

Objective: Beef demand has not been met by beef production household customers are among the many types of beef consumers. Household customers are one type of beef consumer among many others.  The objectives of this study are 1. to analyze the factors influencing beef demand, 2. to determine what factors influence beef demand in Cirebon Regency Traditional Source Market, and 3. to analyze income elasticity, beef price demand, and cross elasticity.Methods: The research method is a case study located in Sumber's traditional market. Respondents totaled 68 respondents housewives. Data analysis using multiple linear regression was conducted using SPSS version 25.Results: The results of this study test simultaneously variable X, which has a real influence on variable Y. Factors that affect the demand for beef in the Sumber market are income and family size. The elasticity of demand for beef prices on weekdays is inelastic. While the price elasticity of demand for beef on the five days before Eid al-Adha and Eid fitri is positive if the price increases by 1%, the demand for beef will increase by 0.591 kg and 0.864 kg. The income elasticity is 0.343, which means that if there is a 1% increase in income, beef demand will increase by 0.343 kg. The positive income elasticity value indicates that people's income is directly proportional to beef consumption around the Sumber Sub-district area and beef is a normal good. Cross-elasticity is inelastic where if broiler meat prices increase by 1%, the demand for beef will increase by 0.319 kg.Conclusions: factors influencing beef demand Case study in traditional markets Sources It can be concluded that the factors influencing beef demand are income, number of family members and consumption. The elasticity of the demand for feeding, the price of beef, and the elasticity of the cross are inelastic.
