Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze variables influence attitudes and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT Bosowa Berlian Motors in Makassar.Populasi in this study were all employees of PT Bosowa Berlian Motors in Makassar, amounting to 230 people. While the determination of the number of samples determined by using Slovin approach, in order to obtain a sample of 70 people .. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Attitudes and organizational commitment significantly influence the performance of employees of PT Bosowa Berlian Motors in Makassar. In between these two factors were included as predictors, the attitude factor is the factor most dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT Bosowa Berlian Motors in Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to analysed the impact of using e-commerce and accounting information systems on financial performance in MSMEs in Makassar city. The population used in the study were MSMEs in the Tangerang area by taking a sample of 120 MSMEs with a purposive sampling method with the criteria that MSMEs that sell using e-commerce for at least 1 (one) year and use accounting applications for financial recording. The type of data is primary data sourced from the results of the questionnaire. The data analysis methods used in this study are Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, t test, and f test. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously e-commerce and accounting information systems affect financial performance in MSMEs in Makassar city. Partially e-commerce has a positive effect on financial performance, besides that the financial information system has a positive effect on financial performance in MSMEs in Makassar city.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan Dana Transfer terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan data sekunder runtut waktu periode 2015-2024 yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda setelah transformasi logaritma natural pada variabel PAD dan Dana Transfer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefisien PAD sebesar 0,023 dengan nilai t 0,228 dan signifikansi 0,826, sedangkan Dana Transfer memiliki koefisien 0,020 dengan nilai t 0,228 dan signifikansi 0,826. Dengan demikian, kedua variabel memiliki arah hubungan positif tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Secara simultan, nilai F sebesar 1,378 dengan signifikansi 0,313 menunjukkan bahwa PAD dan Dana Transfer tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,283 menunjukkan bahwa model menjelaskan 28,3% variasi pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan 71,7% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain di luar model.
