Abstract

The role of social media is currently very important in motivating consumers to purchase products, especially in the fashion industry. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of social media on purchasing decisions through motivation at D'fashion Textile & Tailor. The sample used in this study was 97 respondents with a probability sampling technique. Source data were obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis used is partial least squares (PLS). The results of the study show that social media has an effect on purchasing decisions and motivation. In addition, motivation also influences purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat telah memudahkan manusia dalam melakukan aktivitas, baik itu dalam pekerjaan, interaksi sosial, hingga mengakses informasi. Namun, dampak teknologi digital tidak selalu positif bagi kesejahteraan manusia, terutama dalam konteks stres kerja pada karyawan. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi menyimak dan mencatat informasi penting untuk melakukan analisis data melalui reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dilakukan tinjauan psikologi bisnis mengenai dampak teknologi digital terhadap stres kerja pada karyawan, dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang masalah ini dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengurangi stres kerja pada karyawan. Hasil studi menunjukkan teknologi digital memainkan peran yang semakin penting dalam lingkungan kerja saat ini. Namun, penggunaan teknologi digital yang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan tingkat stres kerja yang lebih tinggi pada karyawan. Maka, penting bagi organisasi untuk mempertimbangkan strategi untuk mengatasi stres kerja yang disebabkan oleh teknologi digital seperti memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan tentang cara menggunakan teknologi digital yang efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of payment experience on brand loyalty of ShopeePay digital payments in Makassar City with expectations as a mediating variable. This research is quantitative, namely the sampling method using an accidental sampling technique with 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that experience and expectations significantly affected ShopeePay digital payments brand loyalty in Makassar City. Experience has a significant effect on expectations. Expectations mediate the relationship between experience and ShopeePay digital payments brand loyalty in Makassar City.

Abstract

This purpose of this study is to analyze more deeply the impact of store atmosphere, service quality and promotion on repurchase decisions at Richeese Factory Jatinangor Town Square (Jatos) Sumedang outlets. This research applied quantitative methods and with regression analysis using IBM SPSS version 22. The author uses primary data, which is data collected directly from respondents. The accidental sampling technique was used for sampling and obtained 90 respondents. This study uses several stages of testing, including validity test, reliability tests, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and also coefficient of determination test. The results of this study show that the store atmosphere (X1), service quality (X2) and promotion (X3) have a significant effect on repeat purchase decisions (Y).repurchase decisions are influenced by store atmosphere, service quality and promotion by 62.5% and the remaining 37.5% is influenced by other factors. This study can be a reference material for business people to design and establish effective and efficient marketing policies. The results of this study also contribute to the development of science and input of Richeese Factory Management to focus more on developing product targeting the millennial generation.

Abstract

Human resources are an important element so that a company or business can run well. Without these elements or the quality of these elements is not good, it will have an impact on the development and progress of the company which is difficult to run as expected, increasing the effectiveness of employee performance, there are some employees do not work according to the standards set by the company. Therefore, motivation, work environment and incentives are expected to encourage and direct employees to work better to achieve company goals. This research uses qualitative methods. Qualitative research involves researchers to gain an understanding of the context and natural phenomena being studied. The aim of qualitative research is to gain an understanding of the conditions of the context through a detailed and in-depth explanation of the conditions in the natural environment so as to obtain results in a company. Human resources are a fairly important aspect in achieving the vision. and the company's mission, therefore it is important for companies to pay attention to safety in the work environment, providing motivation and incentives is also very important to improve employee performance. Judging from several previous studies, it is stated that Motivation, Work Environment and Incentives influence employee performance. By providing a proper work environment, providing motivation and incentives, employees will be able to do their work optimally because employees have the opportunity to improve their respective performance

Abstract

This study aims to analysed the impact of using e-commerce and accounting information systems on financial performance in MSMEs in Makassar city. The population used in the study were MSMEs in the Tangerang area by taking a sample of 120 MSMEs with a purposive sampling method with the criteria that MSMEs that sell using e-commerce for at least 1 (one) year and use accounting applications for financial recording. The type of data is primary data sourced from the results of the questionnaire. The data analysis methods used in this study are Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, t test, and f test. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously e-commerce and accounting information systems affect financial performance in MSMEs in Makassar city. Partially e-commerce has a positive effect on financial performance, besides that the financial information system has a positive effect on financial performance in MSMEs in Makassar city.
