Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor terpenting dalam membangun pembentukan karakter seseorang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pendidikan karakter di SDN Anggadita I dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana pendidikan karakter dilaksanakan di sekolah tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) nilai karakter yang diterapkan adalah religius, tanggung jawab, jujur, dan toleransi. 2) Melalui pembiasaan, implementasi dan konsep pendidikan karakter di SDN Anggadita I. 3). Strategi pendidikan karakter guru antara lain selalu mengingatkan siswa akan hal-hal yang baik, memberi peringatan tegas, memberi contoh secara langsung atau menjadi panutan, terlibat dalam kegiatan rutin atau pembiasaan, dan meningkatkan kesadaran siswa. 4) Hambatan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di SDN Anggadita I adalah faktor guru, orang tua, lingkungan, dan siswa..Kata kunci:  implementasi; pendidikan karakter; strategi pendidikan. IMPLEMENTATION OF CHARACTER EDUCATION IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS ABSTRACTEducation is one of the most important factors in building the formation of one's character. The purpose of this study is to find out how character education is implemented at SDN Anggadita I and to describe how character education is implemented at that school. This research method uses a qualitative case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that: 1) the character values applied are religious, responsible, honest and tolerant. 2) Through habituation, implementation and the concept of character education at SDN Anggadita I. 3). Teacher character education strategies include always reminding students of good things, giving strict warnings, giving direct examples or being role models, engaging in routine activities or habituation, and increasing student awareness. 4) Obstacles to the implementation of character education at SDN Anggadita I are the factors of teachers, parents, environment, and students.Keywords: implementation; character building; educational strategy.

Abstract

21st-century learning activities: Students quickly get bored with monotonous learning. The learning media used is still traditional, so it needs to keep up with the times. This research analyzes website-based learning media for elementary school teachers using Weebly water cycle material. The type of research used is survey research with quantitative research methods. The subjects in this research were 100 elementary school teachers. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS) with software using the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The research results show that Facilitating Conditions (FC) positively and significantly influence Behavior Intention (BI) in elementary school teachers' use of website-based learning media. Hedonic motivation (HM) positively and considerably influences elementary school teachers' behavior intention (BI) using website-based learning media. Social Influence (SI) positively and considerably influences behavior Intention (BI) in using website-based learning media for elementary school teachers. The research concludes that website-based learning media, using Weebly, positively influences elementary school teachers. This research implies that website learning media can adapt to different student learning styles because various media types are appropriate for student needs.
