Abstract

As the organizer of government activities, Batu City Government has full responsibility in carrying out activities related to government activities in Batu City. Batu City Government needs a vision, mission and program to form a good and orderly Batu City. However, the implementation of information technology in carrying out the existing programs in the Batu City RPJMD requires an evaluation. Evaluation is needed along with the development of the technology used. In integrating the existing vision and mission with information technology, Batu City needs an evaluation to achieve its objectives. This evaluation uses the COBIT version 5 framework and uses the Align, Plan, and Organize (APO) domain that focuses on the APO08 process, namely Manage Relationship and APO02 processes, namely Manage Strategy. Based on observations of data collection on BAPPELITBANGDA Kota Batu, the APO02 Manage Strategy process has a Capability level at level 0 (zero) worth 42.79%. And in the APO08 process, the Relationship Management has a Capability level at level 0 (zero) worth 40.27%. With a gap to the Targeted level each process is 3 levels of the current Capability level. This evaluation also produced several recommendations to help BAPPELITBANGDA Batu City in achieving Capability Levels of the process assessed in this study according to the targeted level desired by this organization.

Abstract

Agriculture is a very important sector to be considered and developed by all person. The Government through the Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 79 of 2013 concerning Guidelines for Land Conformity in Food Crop Commodities is one form of effort to develop the agricultural sector. In this regulation, the suitability of land of each plant in terms of various physical properties of the environment, one of which is rainfall. This research aims to help realize sustainable food agriculture by developing a geographical rainfall information system utilizing the AccuWheater API. The AccuWheater API is a service that provides information about the weather that can be accessed using Application Programming Interface technology. The system development process is done by Agile Method which is implemented on the website platform. This system has been tested using validation testing, usability testing, compatibility testing, and responsive testing. The results of validation testing with the black-box testing method obtained 100% valid results for 4 functional needs. Then the results of usability testing obtained an average value of 78.5 which means that the system created has a high level of acceptance and is included in grade C. Then for compatibility testing results show that the system can run well in all browsers tested. Finally, for responsive testing, the results show that the system can adjust the display according to the size and orientation of the screen.

Abstract

PT. Indo Dharma Berlian is a company engaged in the field of Convection, General Suppliers, and National scale construction services. PT. Indo Dharma Berlian cooperates with PT. Cardig Aero Service Group (CAS). PT. CAS itself has several business segments, one of which is the CAS Facility. One of the clients who take advantage of the CAS Facility service is Siloam Hospital. In their business processes, the three companies interact with each other. Previously the interaction between the three parties in the company was only based on a pass. Sometimes the amount of linen that comes out is not the same as the incoming linen because there is no support system for linen management. Therefore, researchers conducted research with the aim of developing a mobile-based linen management application and a website that provides services in recording linen transactions using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) based technology. This application will later become a substitute for linen management before there is an application. So that it requires hospital employees to perform an RFID scan on the linen containing the linen id then the laundry employees validate the linens that have been input on the system, and vice versa from the laundry to the hospital. In the requirements analysis stage, there are nineteen functional requirements for web and mobile systems. Mobile Apps are built with Android Studio using the java programming language and using the SDK from the C72 chainway. Web Apps are built with the YII (Yes, it Is) framework using the PHP programming language. In testing, system functionality uses validation testing to users for all system functions, the results are 100% valid.

Abstract

De Tasty is one of the cake shops in Boyolali City that provides various kinds of cake products. In addition, this cake shop also opens a cake ordering service according to customer wishes. But until now cake orders are still done by visiting a cake shop or ordering directly using a cellphone via social media. Ordering cakes through social media is still done conventionally, where customers send photos of payments and store employees will record the transaction data. Ineffective payment and cake ordering mechanisms can cause invalid transaction data, because checking and recording data is done manually. In this study, a cake ordering system that is integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway will be developed to make it easier for store employees to manage orders and record transaction results. In addition, it will also make it easier for customers to pay for orders without having to send photos of proof of payment to store employees. In this research, a cake ordering system will be developed using the Laravel framework and integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway using the concept of Service Oriented Architecture. The test method used is usability testing using the System Usability Scale which obtained a final score of 74.13 which means the cake ordering system on the Acceptability Ranges assessment obtained an acceptable status based on a questionnaire survey of 20 respondents.
