Abstract

The application of the AlgoritmaKopi mobile device is an application that is on the Google is a mobile application that has features “ngulik kopi” in the form of a tool to help application users who are interested in brewing coffee. “kulikan terbaru” in the form of notes from users on the results of steaks that have been done, the latest events which are event-related content from various shops that are currently or will be held, and there are also recognizable features that contain content related to the coffee industry in Indonesia. “The purpose of this study was due to complaints about the application of the Coffee Algorithm that emerged, from these complaints including content that could not be opened, the portion of the image that was too large for the size of an application, content was still messy, and application navigation was still confusing. The purpose of this study is to find out the problems experienced by users whether it is true, and also provide recommendations regarding problems that exist. Based on the initial test found 5 problems, namely the size of the writing is less large, the placement of menus, buttons, icons, the color of the writing is not in contrast, the display is less dynamic, and there are still bugs in the application. Improvements made are improving the initial appearance of the application, replacing better icons, eliminating non-contrasting colors, adding some relevant features related to the application.” From the results of the scenarios done, the value of the number of clicks during task completion is 5.9 clicks, for the time per completed task performance is 74.6 seconds, while the task success rate is 0.92, and for error during task performance is 1.33 of the total steps taken.
