Abstract

Motivation is the self-driving power of students to learn on an ongoing basis. Furthermore, motivation has a particular position to achieve goals. Therefore, without motivation, the learning process will not go well. Nowadays, often the social environment and the development of modern life affect student learning motivation. Because of that, the optimal role of the teacher is needed to foster student learning motivation. This study aims to determine 1) The purpose of the teacher as an intrinsic motivator of student learning in Islamic Religious Education Subjects in SD Negeri 05 Timur Pontianak (Elementary Schools). 2) The purpose of the teacher as a motivator for extrinsically learning students in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SD Negeri 05 Timur Pontianak. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques through in-depth interview techniques and participatory observation techniques. Based on the analysis results, the findings of this study are: 1) The role of the teacher as intrinsic learning motivator in students is done by increasing the desire of students to acquire skills in learning, obtaining information about science, hopes of achievement (academic and non-academic achievements) desire to be the best and hope to be accepted by parents.

Abstract

Leadership is a sensitive issue because it involves whether or not an educational institution is being led. Leaders have the power to move and influence the tasks that their duties and responsibilities must carry out. This study aims to describe school principals as leaders of educational institutions in the 5.0 era, internalize the EMASLIM-FM concept for the function of educational leadership in the 5.0 era and describe school principals as visionary education leaders in the 5.0 era. This research is a qualitative type, using a library research approach. Data were obtained through literature studies of books, ebooks, scientific journal articles, dissertations and other sources that pay attention to their relevance. Data analysis using comparative analysis. The analysis results show that in the EMASLIM-FM concept, the school principal has the functions of educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator, figure and mediator. Leadership in the 5.0 era requires school principals to internalize visionary competencies for institutions so that they become plenary educational institutions. Creative leadership is essential and must be realized, considering that vision is a guideline in the wheels of leadership. The principal needs to implement the idea tangible and measurable in the leadership wheel. Concrete action in implementing the vision is the key to achieving the desired educational goals.

Abstract

In the current era of 21st century learning, there are many changes in the context of educational innovation determined by the government. The principal as (educational leadership) has the responsibility to design plans aimed at strengthening the implementation of the four teacher competencies, namely pedagogical, personal, social and professional competencies. Because there is a tendency for teacher performance to decline in the face of contextual and curricular changes. The integration of academic supervision becomes relevant as a strategy to support this performance improvement through providing constructive feedback and focused professional development. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analytical approach, with data collection methods analyzing scientific literature sources that are relevant to the research study. The results of this research show that the principal as an educational leader is someone who plays a big role in improving teacher performance, one of which is academic supervision, which can be a solution for developing teacher performance in the 21st century learning era. Teacher performance in the 21st century learning era requires adjustments to the development of their performance as educational staff. The role of the principal through academic supervision is that it is important to carry out his educational leadership role proactively through academic supervision, the principal can be an agent of change that ensures quality teacher performance in the 21st century learning era. Through the integration of various academic supervision approaches, both individual and group, and careful attention to aspects of planning, implementation and evaluation, school principals can create a learning environment that supports and encourages teacher professional growth. Thus, academic supervision becomes an effective tool for improving teacher performance in the 21st century learning era. Then, effective academic supervision allows teachers to continue to adapt to developments, maintain the relevance of education, and have a positive impact on student learning in the 21st century era.

Abstract

The learning process that occurs in the classroom so far still has many deficiencies that must and need to be addressed in the framework of improvement through quality. Educators are one of the most important factors in the success or failure of the educational goals that have been wanted to be achieved. The success of education lies in the competencies that must be mastered by teachers, one of which is professional competence. Teacher quality also needs to be continuously improved through various teacher professional development programs as a form of effort to improve the quality of learning which has so far not been optimal enough. In this study, researchers used library research which used library sources including literature books, e-book scientific journal articles, and report notes which included undergraduate theses, theses, dissertations, and other relevant documents. Learning quality management is very important to make learning quality/quality in optimizing the professionalism of education staff in schools/madrasas. As a group of professional educational staff, they can be optimized through several components such as planning the quality of learning and implementing the quality of learning to evaluation. In Islam, the attitude of professionalism has been found through His words, and His words as the people must be able to emulate what has been implemented by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Thus, it can also be a solution to solve educational problems in this era.   Abstrak: Proses pembelajaran yang terjadi didalam kelas selama ini masih banyak kekurangan yang harus dan perlu dibenahi dalam rangka penyempurnaan melalui mutu. Tenaga pendidik menjadi salah satu faktor terpenting berhasil atau tidaknya tujuan pendidikan yang selama ini ingin diraih. Keberhasilan pendidikan terletak pada kompetensi yang harus dikuasai guru salah satunya kompetensi profesionalisme. Kualitas guru juga perlu dibenahi berkelanjutan melalui berbagai program pengembangan keprofesionalisme keguruan sebagai bentuk upaya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran yang selama ini belum cukup optimal. penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan penelitian pustaka (library research) yang menggunakan sumber kepustakaan meliputi buku literatur, artikel jurnal ilmiah ebook, catatan laporan yang meliputi skripsi, tesis, disertasi serta dokumen lain yang relevan. Manajemen mutu pembelajaran sangat penting untuk menjadikan pembelajaran bermutu/berkualitas dalam optimalisasi keprofesionalisme tenaga kependidikan di sekolah/madrasah. Sebagai tenaga kependidikan keprofesionalannya dapat dioptimalkan melalui beberapa komponen seperti perencanaan mutu pembelajaran, pelaksanaan mutu pembelajaran hingga evaluasi. Dalam Islam sikap keprofesionalan sudah ditemukan melalui firman-Nya maupun sabda-Nya sebagai umatnya harus dapat meneladani yang sudah diimplementasikan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW. Dengan demikian, dapat juga menjadi solusi untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah pendidikan di era ini. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Mutu, Pembelajaran, Profesionalisme
