Abstract

Numerous students have trouble comprehending concepts relating to Fiqh subject mater, which is why this study was carried out. These learning problems are also exacerbated by the lack of diagnostic testing. In addition, the research intends to describe the design, execution, processing, and reporting of diagnostic assessment results based on earlier diagnoses of the problem. This study approached a qualitative methodology with descriptive methods. The research participant involved 12 students, 1 instructor of Islamic studies, and 2 school administrators. The technique is in the from of document analysis, observation and direct conversation. Data analysis used study were data gathering, condensing, presenting, conclusion and verification. Utilizing member check, source triangulation, time triangulation and engineering triangulation are approaches for validating data. The results of this study are: 1) Diagnostic assessment planning The teacher sets the goals for the assessment, evaluates the material based on the syllabus and lesson plans, uses the previous grid to create the questions, and creates answer keys; be that as it may, do never again look at the inquiries.2) Implementation of the Diagnostic assessment, including setting up the classroom and explaining the rules that students must follow, such as not arriving late, not being honest, participating, sitting together, handing out answer sheets, working on them, and checking them. The learning outcomes of the students improved, learning difficulty was minimized and the learning outcomes enhanced due to the diagnostic assessment performed by the Fiqh subject teachers. The school management ensures that the conduct of the assessment is fraud-free, in fact, free from cheating and that students' learning outcomes improved. The observational results for two classes indicate that some students cheated because the instructor failed to remind them. Questions and answer sheets were collected by the teacher. 3) Processing and communication of the results of the diagnostic evaluation If the results of the evaluation are evaluated correctly, they will be communicated to the students and teachers and various motivational messages will be provided.

Abstract

The current post-Covid-19 pandemic situation requires PAI teachers to re-adapt in the process of teaching and learning activities in class from planning, implementation to the evaluation stage. In fact, from these 3 basic points, is the quality of education from learning management due to the Covid-19 pandemic still holding up like the quality of education before the Covid-19 pandemic. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach with library research. The purpose of this research is to frame and review by describing the planning, implementation and evaluation included in learning management so that the quality of education can be reassessed and improved. The results of the research show that, PAI learning planning with ease of learning objectives, learning materials, learning methods, learning resources and learning evaluation. The implementation of PAI teacher learning carries out several stages starting from the pre-instructional stage (pre-instructional stage), the (instructional stage) and the evaluation stage (evaluation stage). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kampus terhadap kepuasan dosen dalam konteks pendidikan di UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, yang menggabungkan wawancara mendalam dengan dosen, observasi, dan analisis dokumen untuk memahami dampak lingkungan kampus terhadap kepuasan dosen. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana faktor-faktor lingkungan kampus dapat memengaruhi kepuasan dosen, yang pada gilirannya dapat berdampak pada kualitas pendidikan di universitas.

Abstract

In the current era of 21st century learning, there are many changes in the context of educational innovation determined by the government. The principal as (educational leadership) has the responsibility to design plans aimed at strengthening the implementation of the four teacher competencies, namely pedagogical, personal, social and professional competencies. Because there is a tendency for teacher performance to decline in the face of contextual and curricular changes. The integration of academic supervision becomes relevant as a strategy to support this performance improvement through providing constructive feedback and focused professional development. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analytical approach, with data collection methods analyzing scientific literature sources that are relevant to the research study. The results of this research show that the principal as an educational leader is someone who plays a big role in improving teacher performance, one of which is academic supervision, which can be a solution for developing teacher performance in the 21st century learning era. Teacher performance in the 21st century learning era requires adjustments to the development of their performance as educational staff. The role of the principal through academic supervision is that it is important to carry out his educational leadership role proactively through academic supervision, the principal can be an agent of change that ensures quality teacher performance in the 21st century learning era. Through the integration of various academic supervision approaches, both individual and group, and careful attention to aspects of planning, implementation and evaluation, school principals can create a learning environment that supports and encourages teacher professional growth. Thus, academic supervision becomes an effective tool for improving teacher performance in the 21st century learning era. Then, effective academic supervision allows teachers to continue to adapt to developments, maintain the relevance of education, and have a positive impact on student learning in the 21st century era.
