Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, penulis akan menganalisis tentang perkembangan bisnis Taco Bell di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan oleh Taco Bell di Indonesia. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa pengumpulan data. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Salah satu faktor yang mungkin mempengaruhi pemasaran Taco Bell di Indonesia adalah persaingan yang ketat di pasar restoran cepat saji. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mendapat kesimpulan bahwa Taco Bell masih bisa bersaing di Indonesia dengan berbagai strategi yang diterapkan. kata Kunci : Bisnis, Taco Bell, Persaingan, Strategi

Abstract

The purpose of this research was carried out to find out how effective theapplication of corporate resource planning at PT. Garudafood. This research will beanalyzed by data collection methods. In this study the authors will discuss theimplementation of ERP on PT. Garudafood, the benefits of the ERP system for PT.garuda food, and analysis of the application of the supply chain to PT. Garudafood.The conclusion from the results of the analysis is that PT. Garudafood hassucceeded in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of its supply chainmanagement by implementing an ERP system.Keywords : Efficiency, Effectiveness, ERP, Management, Supply Chain

Abstract

The use of pesticide fertilizers in the community environment causes soil pollution.Our business is to make organic bone fertilizer products, with the aim that thisproduct can help the community enjoy plant products that are free from pests andharmful chemicals. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptiveapproach. By implementing ten project management processes, namely projectintegration, project scope management, project time management, project costmanagement, project quality management, project human resource management,project communication management, project risk management, projectprocurement management, and project stakeholder management, The projectproduces organic bone fertilizer that fertilizes the soil and is low-risk. Theimplementation of project management can assist the team in planning, managing,and executing work to meet project requirements on time.
