Abstract

Folklore is a testimony passed down from generation to generation which can be in the form of a folklore. Folklore that develops in the Tlogomas community is in the form of the story of Bango Samparan and his companions the form of the legacy is the Karuman Site. This study aims to answer the origins of suggestion folklore site of Karuman, describes folklore site Karuman can become source history of Tlogomas, and to describe the social value of the Karuman Site in the Tlogomas community. Type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection technique used is interview. Source of the data used in this study is the result of interviews with stakeholders of the Karuman Site and some responses from the local community. Results research shows that around the area of the Karuman Site was formerly a princess area and flower gardens. Site of Karuman in the form of punden is Mbah Karuman's meal which was indicated as Bango Sampan, stepfather of Ken Arok. Folklore gets number of response from public around which form response of positive or negative.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 berpengaruh kepada semua sektor kehidupan, termasuk sektor kesenian dan kebudayaan. Dengan adanya pandemi membuat para pekerja seni terhambat kreatifitasnya untuk berkarya dan menghibur masyarakat. Pada era digital seperti saat ini semua informasi dapat disebarkan dengan mudah menggunakan teknologi digital dengan menggunakan saluran internet. Untuk mengatasi masalah pelestarian budaya di Jawa Timur maka melalui channel Youtube yang dimiliki, Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Jawa Timur mengadakan pertunjukan seni secara virtual. Pada tahun 2020 dan 2021 Disbudpar Jawa Timur tercatat telah mengadakan pertunjukan virtual berupa dagelan online, ludruk virtual, pertunjukan tari virtual, parade dalang bocah, festival budaya, film dokumenter budaya, dan uyon-uyon yang ditujukan kepada para penikmat seni dimanapun berada. Dengan adanya kegiatan berkesenian secara virtual ini, masyarakat dapat diharapkan melestarikan kebudayaan Jawa Timur serta dapat membangkitkan semangat para seniman untuk terus beradaptasi dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk berkarya.

Abstract

The COVID-19 epidemic has spurred Indonesian filmmakers to produce films depicting the pandemic's consequences. Positif, a short film on the COVID-19 pandemic directed by Jeihan Angga and Hanung Bramantyo and posted on YouTube on January 1, 2021, has surpassed over two million views. The goal of this film is to raise public knowledge about how to protect themselves from the coronavirus. This article examines how Positif portrays a man who does not believe in the coronavirus and how he eventually must be isolated since he has become infected. I argue that the filmmaker of Positif focuses on delineating the man's unbelief in the coronavirus because it is a problem that Indonesia has had to deal with during the COVID-19 pandemic. This analysis of the film takes a sociological approach, viewing it as a representation of social realities. This article will unpack Positif through textual and contextual analysis. The result shows that the main character in this film, Tegar, does not believe in the coronavirus, and hence refuses to heed his family's and friends' advice. This film emphasizes the repercussions that Tegar must face. He was finally discovered to be positive and was quarantined. Tegar's obstinate refusal to believe in Covid-19 was eventually broken when several Covid-19 positive patients died. As a result, the film's goal is to raise awareness about Covid-19 among Indonesians who disbelieve in it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan Zhuge Liang dan Feng Shui yang digambarkan dalam novel “Langit Manusia Bumi” karya Suhana Lim, serta relevansinya dalam konteks bisnis modern. Zhuge Liang, seorang ahli strategi militer dari era Tiga Kerajaan, dikenal karena kemampuannya menggabungkan kecerdasan taktis dengan pemahaman mendalam tentang elemen alam melalui Feng Shui. Feng Shui, sebagai filosofi keseimbangan antara manusia dan lingkungan, menjadi landasan penting dalam strategi kepemimpinan Zhuge Liang, mulai dari pemilihan lokasi pertempuran hingga pengambilan keputusan strategis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan analisis teks dan studi kasus untuk menggali bagaimana konsep Feng Shui diterapkan oleh Zhuge Liang dan bagaimana konsep-konsep tersebut dapat diadaptasi dalam konteks bisnis modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip Feng Shui, yang menekankan keseimbangan, dapat menjadi alat strategis dalam manajemen risiko, pengambilan keputusan, serta pengelolaan sumber daya. Zhuge Liang berhasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan tidak hanya memerlukan kecerdasan emosional dan taktis, tetapi juga pemahaman tentang bagaimana harmonisasi dengan kekuatan alam dapat meningkatkan peluang keberhasilan. Dalam dunia bisnis modern, prinsip-prinsip ini relevan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan efektivitas, terutama dalam manajemen yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam literatur kepemimpinan dan manajemen, serta mengusulkan integrasi prinsip Feng Shui ke dalam strategi bisnis modern.
