Abstract

This research was conducted during the covid-19 pandemic, that students' interest in learning and memorizing was very low, mainly influenced by learning carried out with the online system (online) making students bored and bored more quickly with a monotonous learning system. The goal is to find out how big a teacher's role is in building students' interest in memorizing the Qur'an during a pandemic. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The research subjects were tahfidz teachers and 20 grade 2 students at MIT Sahabat Qur'an Ibnu Mas'ud Yogyakarta. The results of the research are that: The role of the teacher in building interest in memorizing the Qur'an during the pandemic is: tahfidz teachers always provide motivation and support to their students such as praise, advice with an individual chat approach via telephone, tahfidz teachers still give memorization tasks to students to memorized at home according to a predetermined target, and the teacher does whatever is best as a facilitator to support the spirit of memorizing at home by sending children's memorization targets. The obstacles experienced by teachers when building interest in memorizing the Qur'an during the pandemic are: There are students who have not been able to read the Qur'an well, limited interaction between teachers and students, and an environment that is not conducive.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application of the singing method in learning history, and its effectiveness in achieving learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History in class III students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tahassus (MIT) Ma'arif NU Pedan Klaten. While learning is less than optimal, it only views learning history as merely memorizing the years of events, names of figures, and events that occurred without taking lessons from it. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. This type of experimental research, the subjects used were class III students at MIT Ma'arif NU Pedan with a population of 31. Class III A was the control class and class III B was the experimental class. The results showed that by testing the hypothesis using the t test with a significance level of 5%, it was obtained = 0.648, while = 2.05. Because the average learning outcomes of students in learning using the singing method are better than the learning outcomes of students in conventional learning. Based on data obtained from the average final test score of the experimental class of 73.43 and the control group of 69.66. So that the singing method is effective for learning the history of Islamic culture in material on the history of the birth and genealogy of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

Abstract

In the process of learning the Qur'an requires a method that is expected to facilitate the learning process. Learning Tahfizh Al-Qur'an at MIT Ibnu Mas'ud Yogyakarta uses the Ar-Rabith method which makes it easier for students to memorize the Qur'an. The peculiarity of the Ar-Rabith method in learning the Qur'an is a distinct advantage and value in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah because it is still rare for schools to apply the Tahfizh Al-Qur'an method. The problems in this study: (1) how the application of the Ar-Rabith method was carried out at MIT Ibnu Mas'ud Yogyakarta (2) what were the supporting and inhibiting factors in learning the Qur'an (3) what were the results of the application of the Ar-Rabith method in learning Al-Qur'an. While the aim is to describe and analyze the application, process and inhibiting and supporting factors in the application of Tahfizh learning using the Ar-Rabith method at MIT Ibnu Mas'ud Yogyakarta. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research conducted indicate that the Ar-Rabith Method is a method of binding memorization which is expected to continue to assist students in memorizing new memorization with the old. The supporting factors are motivation, a supportive environment, competent teachers and cooperation between schools and parents. The inhibiting factor is the ability of students below the standard, a sense of laziness in students and not all parents can be good motivators. The result is that the Ar-Rabith method was successfully applied according to the results of the researcher's interviews with teachers and students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of accompanying teachers and their effectiveness in helping learning during the pandemic at KB IT Insan Harapan. The subjects of this study were classroom teachers and their accompanying teachers. Informants from the Principal, teachers and employees at KB IT Insan Harapan, using qualitative methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study from several respondents indicated that the role of the accompanying teacher was to help class teachers in planning lessons, preparing learning tools and media and being role models for students. The role of the assistant teacher during the pandemic at KB IT Insan Harapan is very effective for classroom teachers because they can carry out their duties and functions professionally. The effectiveness of this accompanying teacher is felt for classroom teachers, because their responsibilities become lighter with the assistance of the role of the accompanying teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Hat Dance to the children of Group B RA Tunas Bangsa Sidogemah Sayung Demak and to determine the increase in gross motor skills of children with the Hat Dance method in group B children of RA Tunas Bangsa Sidogemah Sayung Demak. Data collection techniques in this study through observation and documentation techniques. This type of research is classroom action research with qualitative descriptive data analysis. The subjects used were students of RA Tunas Bangsa Sidogemah Sayung Demak with a population of 27 children. Sources of data come from educators and education staff. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in children's physical motor skills through the Hat Dance media based on data on the pre-action aspects of flexibility from 48.14% then increased in Cycle I to 74.07% and Cycle II increased to 98.14%. In the pre-action, the agility aspect increased from 42.59%, in Cycle I it became 79.62% and in Cycle II it increased to 99.07%. In the pre-action, the balance aspect increased from 40.74% then increased, Cycle I became 62.96% and Cycle II increased to 97.22%. From these data, it can be concluded that the hat dance activity can improve the gross motor skills of class B children of RA Tunas Bangsa Sidogemah. This is because the hat dance dance activity can stimulate children's motor development in terms of flexibility, agility and balance.

Abstract

This research reveals its importance of holding tight selection in choosing a life partner from the family environment and healthy and good. In choosing a wife, Islam teaches Muslim men to pay attention to two things: first, lineage candidate's wife, and secondly, the environment in which he lived and the extent of this environmental impact on personality. A true benchmark in choosing a wife is a woman's level of faith and loyalty to his religion. As mothers and fathers play a very important role in child development, physical, and mental and mental. Therefore, in choosing a husband, Islam also teaches to pay attention to the descent and the environment in which he lived. The prospective husband should also have properties that commendable because it will become role models of their children and bring down all the qualities and character to them. In addition, the wife will also be affected by some of its properties through daily interaction with her. Therefore, the Prophet Muhammad. encourages women to choose husbands were worth it. Criteria for choosing a mate, both for men and women are "good" for married: that Good moral (Salih/Sholihah), Married With Virgin/Girl, Married Women Independence, Beautiful His face, Fertile Peranakan, Wealth, Come of good descent, not of the immediate family.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine learning through the kinesthetic motion method in increasing learning activities and the ability to memorize letters of Al Kafirun in BA Aisyiyah Kwaren II, Ngawen, Klaten. The method used is the method of action research (action research) and the data collection technique was carried out by observing the activities of students and teachers, tests, partner teacher responses, and monitoring classroom observations. The results showed that learning through the kinesthetic motion method paid more attention and interest to students. Students' activity increased from cycle 1 to cycle 2. This was evidenced by students being more active, more daring to ask questions, starting to increase their ability to memorize letters Al Kafirun, daring to try to memorize letters Al Kafirun either with or without teacher guidance, and more active in learning. The results of the assessment of the performance of the memorizing ability of Al Kafirun's letters increased, namely; Pre-cycle the average value of students is 56, cycle I is 69 and cycle II becomes 82. Furthermore, based on the responses of partner teachers in implementing learning using modeling techniques, it becomes more fun, easier to understand, makes students want to be more active and creative, and not confusing.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the performance paradigm of outstanding RA teachers in Yogyakarta so that they can be measured and become role models for other teachers, in the discussion the authors used the research method used in this study was descriptive qualitative with a psychological approach carried out directly to the subject under study , in order to obtain all data relating to the performance paradigm of outstanding RA teacher teachers so that in their measurement they are able to become role models for fellow teachers. Data collection uses interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis techniques include reducing data, presenting, drawing conclusions and verifying. The validity test of the data is done by triangulation technique.The results revealed that in order to improve the performance of these outstanding RA teachers, there were 6 (six) steps taken by outstanding RA teachers. First, knowing there are still shortcomings in performance, secondly recognizing weaknesses and shortcomings in the seriousness of teaching, thirdly identifying what is the cause of deficiencies, especially relating to the performance itself, fourth developing the presented performance plan, the fifth doing the assessment the problem has been resolved or not (problem solving), the sixth start again, if needed and needed again.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal the exemplary management of RA teachers with the highest achievement in Yogyakarta, so that RA teachers are able to become role models who do earnestly learn their lessons, by always seeking information to keep the lessons out of date (never up to date ), eager to teach, pay attention to students, be fair, have a bright expression, always look good, attractive and fun, responsive and alert, have great attention and extensive experience, and are able to motivate students to learn spirit. These qualities will lead teachers to become figures that are liked and admired by their students. And this will make it easier for teachers to do their job, namely teaching the material or material to students, eventually students are able to understand the matter conveyed to him. The focus of the attention of students on the personal teacher, is necessary in the success of the learning process and teaching. For students who are interested in their teacher, they will be obedient to the teacher. And he will do whatever he is told. Indirectly, they will imitate something that is inside the teacher's person. Allah SWT reminds: "Very much hatred in the sight of Allah that you say anything that you do not do" (QS. As-Shoff, 61: 3).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan mengungkap konsep dasar peristilahan manajemen, tata usaha, administrasi dan kepemimpinan Raudatul Athfal secara mendasar dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan sumber bacaan primer maupun sekunder terkait topic peristilahan tersebut, guna menjelaskan beragam sarana manajemen, hubungan administrasi dan manajemen, ciri-ciri pemimpin yang efektif, serta kepemimpinan yang kharismatik. Penelitian berhasil mengungkap bahwa makna manajemen berarti sebuah proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengkoordinasian, dan pengontrolan sumber daya untuk mencapai sasaran (goals) secara efektif dan efesien. Tata usaha merupakan pengertian yang mengarah kepada pengaturan tulis menulis dan catat mencatat. Administrasi sebagai suatu kegiatan atau usaha untuk membantu, melayani, mengarahkan, atau mengatur semua kegiatan di dalam mencapai suatu tujuan, serta kepemimipinan itu proses mempengaruhi atau memberi contoh oleh pemimpin kepada pengikutnya dalam upaya mencapai tujuan organisasi
