Abstract

The development of information technology has made many organizations and agencies use computers and web-based information technology to help work more effectively and efficiently. The Housing and Settlement Area Office of Central Lombok district, utilizes several information technology systems, one of which is an employee data information system (SIDAWAI) which is used to manage employee data, this system provides employee data information and can make it easier to get employee data information quickly. Sidawai this is not fully usable because there is still employee data that has not been inputted. Because there is still a lot of data on sidawai which have not been inputted is one of the motivations to carry out mentoring and training activities. The purpose of this training activity is to improve skills, streamline and optimize usage and input sidawai. There are 3 stages or methods carried out in this training activity namely, Preparation, Training and Evaluation and Reporting. The results of the implementation of mentoring and training activities were successfully carried out with an understanding level of 82.45%, and the implementation of this training activity ran smoothly and received good and positive responses from the participants. And judging from the initial test chart, there are still many who don't understand at 42.7% with the application sidawai, after the mentoring and training activities were carried out, seen from the final test graph there was an increase in participants' understanding of the application sidawai of 89.52%.

Abstract

Public services that provide a service to clients is one of the important variables that provide an important commitment to create a good reputation and trust locally. Public protests in the form of long queues, helpless assistance, and actually bad offices do not satisfactorily influence the picture and quality of administrative levels in public areas. the research that I use is descriptive research. This research is called descriptive research with data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires. The population in this study are all people who are customers at the Praya District Office. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling technique. Based on the results of research conducted on 60 respondents regarding community perceptions and satisfaction with the services of the Praya District Office, it is measured based on community satisfaction using the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) in terms of administrative services, the results obtained are Community Satisfaction Index per indicator where there are 14 indicators, namely ( 1) service procedures with a total IKM score of 76.66 included in the good category, (2) service requirements with a total IKM score of 68.33 included in the good category, (3) clarity of service officers with a total IKM score of 63.33 included in the good category, (4) the discipline of service officers with a total IKM score of 63.75 is included in the good category, (5) the responsibility of service officers with a total IKM value of 65.41 is included in the good category, (6) the ability of service officers with the total IKM score of 66.66 is included in the good category, (7) the speed of service with a total IKM score of 61.66 is included in the poor category, (8) the fairness of getting services with a total IKM score of 64.58 is included in the good category, (9) politeness and friendliness of staff with a total IKM score of 63.75 included in the good category, (10) fairness of service fees with a total IKM score of 65.83 included in the good category, (11) certainty of service fees with a total IKM score of 64.16 is included in the good category, (12) the certainty of service schedules with a total IKM value of 56.66 is included in the good category, (13) environmental comfort with a total IKM value of 66.66 is included in the good category and (14) environmental safety with a total IKM value of 66.25 included in the good category.

Abstract

To make it easier to record daily activities at the BKPSDM (Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development) Central Lombok district, the E-Smart application has been implemented, which is a website-based application used by all ASN (State Civil Apparatus) consisting of PNS. This application allows for threats and attacks that pose risks, which can disrupt the process of using the application. Therefore, this article aims to identify the risks in E-Smart application that focuses on the ISO 31000 Method.ISO 31000 is a framework published by the International Organization for Standardization which contains guidelines for implementing risk management.Based on this research, there are 4 possible risks that fall into the High Level of Risk, namely Misuse of Access Rights/Uses ID, Inappropriate Data and Information, Power Outages, Server Down.Next, there are 30 possible risks that fall into the medium level of risk, namely dust and dirt, human error, unscheduled maintenance, new employees who do not really understand the system workflow, hacking, vandalism (damaging facilities such as computer equipment), lack of human resources as a whole. quality and quantity, System Error, Lightning, Cybercrime, Application user interface that is difficult to understand, Corrupt/Damaged Data, Overheat on computer devices, Network Failure, Web service suddenly shuts down, network system failure/network disconnection, Database Overload, Full Memory, Failure to back up data, damage or dysfunction to hardware, Virus Attack, CCTV not functioning properly, Generator not functioning properly, Backup Failure (backup failure), Failed to update, Device theft, Loss Data, Earthquakes, Fires, Hacking of networks. And there is 1 possible risk that falls into the low Level of Risk, namely flooding. Then Risk Prevention is carried out with the aim of reducing the risks that occur. This prevention activity is still considered profitable because it can provide a sense of security. Because it does not completely eliminate risk, it is still possible to reduce the percentage of risk occurring

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan adalah program bantuan sosial yang di selenggarakan oleh pemerintah dengan tujuan memberikan bantuan kepada keluarga miskin agar mereka dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dasar seperti Pendidikan, Kesehatan dan Gizi, PKH juga memberikan bantuan tunai secara berkala kepada keluarga miskin yang sudah terdaftar dalam program tersebut, Untuk dapat mewujudkan tujuan nasional, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan penerima bantuan yang lebih berhak dan menganalisis efektivitas program PKH, Dengan menggunakan metode SPK OCRA dengan melakukan perbandingan metode SPK SMART, Dimana Ocra adalah metode dengan analisis yang dalam serta andal menganalisis dan memanajmen risiko sedangkan SMART Adalah metode pengambilan keputusan yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan informasi tentang semua data yang berkaitan dengan beberapa atribut (multi atribut) dan beberapa kriteria (multi kriteria), Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan hasil dari perbandingan pada setiap alternatif untuk kriteria yang lebih membutuhkan dengan memberikan prangkingan hasil perhitungan dari metode OCRA ada tiga orang yang terpilih sebagai masyarakat yang sangat membutuhkan yaitu, peringkat (1) A1, kemudian peringkat ke-(2) A9, dan peringkat yang ke-(3) A5, Sedangkan hasil perhitungan dari metode SMART ini juga ada tiga orang yang terpilih sebagai masyarakat yang sangat membutuhkan bantuan yaitu, peringkat (1), A1 kemudian peringkat yang ke-(2), A9, dan peringkat yang ke-(3), A5

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital telah menciptakan kebutuhan akan keterampilan desain grafis yang relevan dengan tuntutan industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan desain grafis berbasis web menggunakan Canva dalam meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, efisiensi, dan kreativitas siswa di STMIK Lombok. Program pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung, dengan melibatkan tujuh siswa dalam program Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman dan keterampilan teknis siswa, dengan rata-rata nilai posttest 25 poin lebih tinggi dibandingkan pretest. Peserta juga menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi, di mana waktu pengerjaan desain berkurang hingga 50%. Selain itu, kreativitas siswa dalam menghasilkan desain grafis berbasis web terasah melalui eksplorasi fitur Canva, seperti elemen animasi dan tipografi modern. Pelatihan ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam mendukung integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, mendorong kesiapan kerja siswa, dan meningkatkan daya saing mereka di pasar kerja. Namun, tantangan seperti pemahaman fitur kompleks Canva dan keterbatasan waktu pelatihan perlu menjadi perhatian. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya pelatihan berbasis teknologi modern dan menawarkan rekomendasi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai dampak jangka panjang dari pelatihan serupa terhadap pengembangan profesional siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the Accounting Information System (AIS) on inventory control and the growth of MSMEs in East Lombok Regency. The data analysis technique uses structural equation modeling-partial least squares ( SEM–PLS ) to analyze 53 research samples, namely MSMEs in East Lombok that use SIA in running their business, with a purposive sampling technique in determining the number of research samples. The research results show that SIA has a significant effect on inventory control, while SIA does not have a significant effect on the growth of MSMEs in East Lombok Regency, but SIA will have a significant effect on the growth of MSMEs if through inventory control or inventory control is able to intervene between SIA and the growth of MSMEs in East Lombok . This research can be used as a reference for MSME players to use SIA in running their business and for SIA software developers to pay more attention to the ease of system features created so that they can be used by all groups of MSME players.
