Abstract

Teachers posses an essential role in advancing schools and students. Therefore, the quality of teachers holds a significant aspect since their main tasks are to educate, teach, guide, direct, train, assess and evaluate students. That being said, having professional teachers and teaching staff is compulsory for schools in order to implement quality education processes. For this reason, schools always encourage improvement of teachers’ work performance and hence improve the quality of the management system of teaching staff by monitoring teachers’ work in implementing their tasks so that they can achieve the predetermined competency standards. Central Lombok Regency is one of the regencies in the Province of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) with a total of 18 state high schools (SMAN) and a large number of honorary teachers. This study aims to develop a decision support system to facilitate the process of teacher performance evaluation using the MOORA method. Previously, the evaluation was performed manually based on direct observations by principals wherein they appointed potential teachers based on the evaluation criteria of honorary teacher performance. Such method is considered ineffective since it could cause internal conflicts among teachers and might cause some parties feel disadvantaged. To prevent this from happening, a system that can help in the process of evaluating teacher performance is necessary where the results can be used as references or recommendations for school principals. The first step taken is finding supporting data as mandated by The Minister of National Education Regulation No. 16 of 2007 on Academic Qualification Standards and Teacher Competency Standards. The criteria used in evaluating work performance of teachers are based on pedagogical, personality, social, and professional competence, with sub criteria. The data is then analyzed using (1) the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weight of each competency, and (2) the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method to determine the highest alternative value or the highest performance value of honorary teachers based on a predetermined weight by processing the ranking. The ranking method is expected to be used as a solution in determining the honorary teacher who has the best performance based on the weight multiplication ranking of each criterion. The implementation of the decision support system using the AHP and MOORA methods can facilitate the process of evaluating the performance of honorary teachers so that the results can be adopted as a reference for school principals in providing recommendations for outstanding teachers who deserve to be promoted.

Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan digunakan sebagai acuan yang dapat membantu Kepala SMA N 1 Praya tengah dalam pemilihan guru berprestasi. Dalam pemilihan guru berprestasi, proses pemilihannya masih menggunakan sistem manual, yaitu berdasarkan pengamatan dari kepala sekolah langsung dengan cara menunjuk guru yang dinilai memiliki potensi berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang sudah ditentukan seperti memiliki prestasi khusus, memiliki sifat kepemimpinan, keaktifan dalam sekolah, absensi, mempunyai ektrakulikuler dan hubungan antar guru. Penerapan metode tersebut dirasa kurang efektif karena akan menimbulkan konflik internal sesama guru dan beberapa pihak akan merasa dirugikan. Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan dalam pemilihan guru berprestasi yaitu Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk pembobotan dan Multi-Objective Optimization on the basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) untuk perangkingan. Perancangan SPK pemilihan Guru berprestasi menggunakan model Prototype. Model prototype terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, perancangan, pembuatan prototype aplikasi. SPK ini dibangun berbasis website yang dirancang menggunakan software Sublime Text (text editor), Database Managament System(DBMS) MySQL XAMPP dan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu kombinasi antara metode AHP dengan MOORA dalam menentukan guru berprestasi dapat diterapkan. SPK dapat menampilkan informasi sesuai dengan apa yang diinputkan pengguna dengan tepat

Abstract

Abstract - SMK Bangun Bangsa is a vocational high school in Lombok Tengah. At SMK Bangun Bangsa the payroll system is still not computerized, which can lead to errors in the process of calculating teachers' net salaries, less quickly and appropriately information on teacher salaries, to calculate teacher salaries must recapture teacher attendance every 3 (three) months or every three semester and it takes a long time, is less efficient and could be a mistake at the time of attendance calculation, so the compensation for the performance of the teachers or the salaries of teachers calculations are sometimes not appropriate, so it takes a computerized payroll information system The design of payroll information system at SMK Bangun Bangsa uses Agile Software Development concept with Extreme Programming (XP) methodology, this model approach systematically and sequence starting from level of planning, design, coding and testing. At the planning level determines the needs of the system by collecting data and analyzing the payroll data, the design level performs system design by describing the data flow and system flow using data flow diagrams (DFD), designing tables, entity relation diagrams (ERD) and designing system interfaces and level testing, the design that has been designed is shaped into a form that can be understood by the machine, that is into the programming language through the process of coding, programming language used is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) with MySQL database. With the design of payroll information system on the computerized SMK Bangun Bangsa will facilitate the Treasurer in the process of calculating teacher attendance, recapitulation of salary calculation and reporting. Keywords: Information System, Payroll, Extreme Programming. Abstrak – SMK Bangun Bangsa adalah suatu sekolah menengah kejuruan yang ada pada Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Pada SMK Bangun Bangsa sistem penggajian masih belum terkomputerisasi,yang dapat menimbulkan kesalahan pada proses penghitungan gaji bersih para guru, kurang cepat dan tepat informasi mengenai gaji guru, untuk menghitung gaji guru harus merekap kembali absensi guru setiap 3 (tiga) bulan sekali atau setiap three semester dan hal tersebut membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, kurang efisien dan bisa saja terjadi kesalahan pada saat penghitungan kehadiran, sehingga konpensasi atas kinerja para guru atau gaji para guru penghitungannya terkadang tidak sesuai, sehingga dibutuhkan sistem informasi penggajian yang terkomputerisasi. Perancangan sistem informasi penggajian pada SMK Bangun Bangsa menggunakan konsep Agile Software Development dengan metodologi Extreme Programming (XP), model ini melakukan pendekatan secara sistematis dan urut mulai dari level perencanaan, desain, coding dan testing. Pada level perencanaan menentukan kebutuhan sistem dengan mengumpulkan data dan menganalisa data penggajian, pada level desain melakukan perancangan sistem dengan menggambarkan alur data dan alur sistem menggunakan data flow diagram (DFD), merancang tabel, entity relasi diagram (ERD) dan merancang interface sistem dan pada level testing, desain yang telah dirancang diubah bentuknya menjadi bentuk yang dapat dimengerti oleh mesin, yaitu kedalam bahasa pemrograman melalui proses coding, bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dengan database MySQL. Dengan perancangan sistem informasi penggajian pada SMK Bangun Bangsa yang terkomputerisasi akan mempermudah Bendahara dalam proses perhitungan kehadiran guru, rekapitulasi perhitungan gaji dan pelaporannya. Abstract

Abstract - Prodi DIII Kebidanan STIKes Qamarul Huda has moral responsibility to form professionalism of DIII Kebidanan graduates who have ability or professional competence of midwifery in applying science and midwifery concept to improve people's life, such competence need to gain experience in theory learning in class, laboratory, clinical and practice areas (clinical practice). Prodi DIII Kebidanan STIKes Qamarul Huda in the implementation of clinical practice activities have not implemented a computerized and well synchronized system, for that in facilitating the implementation of clinical practice activities on Prodi DIII Kebidanan STIKes Qamarul Huda needed a computerized and web-based system. Information System Design of Midwifery Clinical Practice in Prodi DIII Kebidanan STIKes Qamarul Huda using Unified Modeling Language (UML) design method which consists of designing Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Table Design, Table Relation, Menu Structure and Interface, data collection method using observation method, interview and literature study. The design of midwifery practice information system in Prodi DIII Kebidanan will produce a system that can facilitate the operational activity of midwifery clinic, starting from registration of practice location, selection of supervisor lecturer, lecturer supervision, placement of midwifery clinic practice and guidance. Abstrak – Prodi DIII Kebidanan STIKes Qamarul Huda mempunyai tanggung jawab moral terbentuknya profesionalisme lulusan DIII Kebidanan yang memiliki kemampuan atau kompetensi profesional kebidanan dalam menerapakan ilmu dan konsep kebidanan untuk meningkatkan taraf kehidupan masyarakat, kompetensi tersebut perlu mendapatkan pengalaman belajar teori di kelas, laboratorium, klinik dan di lahan praktek (praktek klinik). Prodi DIII Kebidanan STIKes Qamarul Huda dalam pelaksanaan operasional kegiatan praktek klinik belum menerapkan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dan tersingkronisasi dengan baik, untuk itu dalam mempermudah pelaksanaan kegiatan operasional praktek klinik pada Prodi DIII Kebidanan STIKes Qamarul Huda diperlukan sebuah sistem yang terkomputerisasi dan berbasis web. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Praktek Klinik Kebidanan (PKK) pada Prodi DIII Kebidanan STIKes Qamarul Huda menggunakan metode perancangan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang terdiri dari perancangan Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Perancangan Tabel, Relasi Tabel, Struktur Menu dan Interface (antar muka pengguna sistem), metode pengumpulan data menggunkan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Perancangan sistem informasi praktek kebidanan pada Prodi DIII Kebidanan akan menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mempermudah kegiatan operasional praktek klinik kebidanan, mulai dari pendaftran lokasi praktek, pemilihan dosen pembimbing, pengolahan dosen pembimbing, penempatan lokasi praktek klinik kebidanan dan pembimbingan. Abstract

In this study, efforts were made to break the chain of spread of COVID-19 with the main technique of heating to dry the liquid on the surface of the groceries. Built a heating box with a length of width and height of 65cm using the main material of fiber glass with a thickness of 3mm. By using Arduino Uno as a control tool, the MLX temperature sensor is used to measure the temperature in the box and the Proximity sensor is used as a sensor to detect goods. The method used to design the tool is the Research and Development (R&D) method. The test results using an initial temperature of 47º and the desired temperature of 56ºC takes 07 minutes 21 seconds the temperature displayed by the LCD has reached 56ºC, when the surface temperature of the goods is measured using a thermogun, the results are 43.1ºC. Complete trial using an initial temperature of 29ºC and the desired temperature of 56ºC takes 2 minutes 18 seconds, the temperature displayed on the LCD has reached 56ºC. When the surface temperature of the goods is measured using a thermogun, the results are 55.5ºC. The results of the last test show that the temperature is close to 56ºC.

Abstract

Hospitals as health care institutions are always required to provide quality, effective and acute services. PERSI forms a guideline for developing service standards so that it supports more accountable and efficient hospital health services called clinical pathways. Clinical pathways are used to systematically record each intervention given to patients. In its implementation, the clinical pathway does not always work perfectly, this is caused by various things such as the lack of resources (equipment and other health facilities), also caused by the negligence of technical implementers such as doctors, nurses, nutritionists, and pharmaceuticals. The clinical pathway monitoring system is important to know the obstacles that arise. The monitoring system can support the evaluation process to be faster. In this study, the system was developed using the agile method with the scrum model. The study was conducted at Harapan Harapan General Hospital in Tegal City involving those who played a direct role in using the system, Patient Care Management (MPP). The functional test results are divided into three, the first system quality results as much as 76% according to its function. Second, the assessment of the quality of information, the value of the quality of information produced as much as 68% according to its function. The three assessments of service quality obtained results as much as 63% according to its function.

Abstract

The development of information technology increasingly faster, one of the advantages obtained is the easier people in communicating, sending information, or get information. This needs improved performance in terms of effectiveness and efficiency of service providers (Sukmana, 2014). Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Lombok Tengah in the service of customer complaints whether it be leak pipe complaints, meter replacement, inappropriate water usage and water is often jammed, Officer will check customer data on customer information then record customer's complaint and save on book complaint customer. After conducting data collection on the complaint, the officer in the subscriber hubungan langganan (HUBLANG) will make the warrant to be submitted to the transmisi dan distribusi (TRANSDIT) to make improvements made by the maintenance department, because the complaint process is still recorded in the customer complaint book allowing the complaint data is lost or scattered so it can hinder the process of repair or maintenance, so that required a system that can process and store customer complaints data. The method of designing customer complaint information system at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Lombok Tengah uses SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) method with planning, analysis, design, implementation and testing phase. In the planning phase, data collecting using obsevation method, interview and literature study are used in the analysis phase using SWOT method (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats), at design stage, the system design will be proposed using DFD (Data Flow Digram) starting from diagram Context of Customer Complaints Information System and DFD Level 1 Customer Complaints Information System, followed by table design, design of ERD (entity relationship diagram), design of menu structure and design of system interfaces, in the implementation phase of the system made system in accordance with the design phase using php programming language with the mysql database while in the testing phase using the method of balck box system, the results of the design will be easier for customers in the process of complaint submission without having to come again to the PDAM Kabupaten Lombok Tengah and can facilitate the subscriber hubungan langganan (HUBLANG) in recording customer data that conduct customer complaints process

Abstract

Along with the increasingly tight competition of technology and information, making many government parties in Indonesia use technology as a supporter to improve its performance. The development of information technology systems led to changes in the role of information technology systems ranging from the role of efficiency, effectiveness to the strategic role, the existence of computerized data processing information becomes very important. That's because computerized data processing can contribute greatly to a company's performance, when compared to manual data processing. (Imtihan, 2015) Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) dan Energi Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Kota Praya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah do not have a computerized system for data processing promotion of employees, still done manually and data storage is still archive so as to enable the loss of damaged data or archive and also takes longer time in data processing employees. The process can create a continuous error and since the promotion is routinely given to the employee, it is necessary to create an information system that can manage the promotion process automatically in order to avoid mistakes or continuous errors such as errors when data lost or damaged archives and accelerate in time processing data employee who will conduct the promotion process so that required a computerized promotion information system that can regulate the process of promotion of employees. The information system is built using PHP programming language and Mysql database. Data collection method used in this research is the method of observation, interview, and literature study. The method of analysis used is SWOT method, design method used in this research is waterfall method and testing method used is black box testing method. The result of this research is to produce information system of processing process of promotion of employee to facilitate the employee in search process of promotion data and can facilitate officer at the time of data processing increase of employee pangat and also to minimize mistake of data processing promotion of employee rank.

Abstract

Daerah Irigasi (D.I) Batujai secara administratif berada di bawah lingkup Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT). Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Batujai adalah Instansi Pemerintah yang bergerak dibidang Energi Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) dalam bidang Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air (PSDA) Nusa Tenggara 1 Irigasi Pertanian. Pendistribusian air D.I Batujai menggunakan sistem buka tutup pintu pengambilan sadap dan pintu bagi, pendataan laporan debit dengan metode debit sesaat yang dilakukan secara manual oleh Tugas Pembantu Oprasi dan Pemeliharaan (TP-OP) tanpa adanya monitoring oleh Juru Pengairan (Jupeng). Dalam perencanaan kebutuhan air irigasi, jumlah air (Debit) yang tersedia di Bendungan Batujai digunakan sebagai debit untuk realisasi perencanaan Rencana Tata Tanam (RTT) yang diharapkan mampu menyediakan pendistribusian kebutuhan air untuk pertanian Musim Taman Satu, Dua dan Tiga (MT I, II, III) dan keperluan kegiatan manusia lainnya dalam waktu jangka panjang. Pendistribusian air D.I Batujai dilakukan dengan pengukuran debit menggunakan metode debit sesaat yang disesuaikan dengan tabel uraian fase kebutuhan air pada tanaman yang telah ditetapkan oleh PSDA Nusa Tenggara 1 namun, kurangnya monitoring dalam pendistribusian dan pemberian debit ke areal tanam yang dilakukan oleh Tugas Pembantu Oprasi dan Pemeliharaan (TP-OP), Juru Pengairan, Pengamat Irigasi menyebabkan sering terjadinya penggunaan air secara berlebihan yang dilakukan petani D.I Batujai setempat. Pembuatan laporan debit yang masih menggunakan sistem manual (tulis tangan) juga menyebapkan kurang efektif dan efisien alokasi ketersediaan dan pendistribusian air dikarnakan sering terjadinya kesalahan dan manipulasi data debit, sehingga diperlukan sistem yang berbasis komputer untuk memonitoring data debit daerah irigasi Batujai. Metode penghitungan debit menggunakan metode pengukuran debit secara langsung (debit sesaat), untuk perancangan sistem monitoring menggunakan metode SDLC (Sistem Development Life Sysle), tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan menghasilkan sistem informasi monitoring data debit daerah irigasi pada bendungan batujai yang akan mempermudah dalam hal monitoring pendistribusian debit dan laporan debit yang lebih cepat untuk melaporkan debit yang direalisasikan oleh petugas yang disesuaikan denga rencana kebutuhan air.

Dalam mengolah data nilai siswa, saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitu masih ditulis di buku raport dan leger nilai sehingga banyak waktu dan tenaga yang diperlukan untuk memproses tugas tersebut, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang sangat lama dalam pengerjaannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Metode ini mencakup tahapan yaitu Analisis dan definisi, Perancangan sistem dan perangkat lunak, Implementasi dan pengujian unit, Integrasi dan pengujian sistem, serta operasi dan pemeliharaan sistem, di sistem informasi pengolahan data nilai siswa berbasis web ini yang menghubungkan antara komputer dan guru melalui internet. Hasil dari penelitian adalah suatu sistem informasi untuk pengolahan data nilai siswa dengan menggunakan media komputer yang akan mempermudah mencatat data nilai siswa sehinnga menjadi media yang efektif bagi perkembangan pendidikan, khususnya di SMKN 1 PRAYA. Pengolahan data nilai siswa secara otomatis sehingga proses informasi dapat tersaji dengan cepat
