Abstract

A healthy lifestyle is a growing trend in society, the embodiment of a healthy lifestyle is through eating and drinking with organic products so that it becomes an opportunity for organic farmers. The research objectives: (1) to determine the income of organic rice farming, and (2) to determine the factors that affect the income of organic rice farming. The research was conducted in Pajaresuk Village, Pringsewu District, Pringsewu Regency in January 2022 with 30 organic rice farmers as respondents. The analytical method used is income analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study: (1) organic rice farming income in Pajaresuk Village, Pringsewu District, Pringsewu Regency of Rp. 3,810,040 per 0.33 ha with an R/C Ratio of 2.01, and (2) land area (X1), business experience (X2), education level (X3), age (X4), and commodity prices (X7) significantly affect organic rice income.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of photography training as a medium for developing soft skills in the context of secondary education, especially at SMA Ibrahimy 1 Sukorejo. Photography was chosen because it is a form of visual communication that is able to convey messages in an explorative, creative, and contextual manner. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, this study observed the training process which includes four main stages, namely interactive lectures, technical photography training, field practice, and reflective discussions. These four stages are designed to build technical skills while instilling the values ​​of cooperation, interpersonal communication, critical thinking, and a sense of responsibility in the participants. The results of the observations showed that students experienced significant improvements in their ability to express ideas visually and work in groups collaboratively. Reflective discussions proved to be an effective space to train the courage to express opinions and the ability to receive feedback constructively. Field practice also built social sensitivity and the ability to see reality from various perspectives. This photography training succeeded in becoming an alternative learning medium that was both fun and meaningful. Not only did it improve visual competence, this activity also strengthened students' character and life skills. These findings indicate that the integration of creative activities such as photography is very relevant to be applied in character-based education efforts in the digital era.

Abstract

Sosialisasi olahraga Woodball di SMPN 1 Wajak berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap cabang olahraga baru ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Media sosialisasi berbasis Google Site divalidasi oleh ahli media (90%) dan ahli Woodball (93,1%), menunjukkan kelayakan tinggi sebagai alat pembelajaran. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan 80% siswa memahami materi dengan baik, dan 70% berminat menjadikan Woodball sebagai ekstrakurikuler. Observasi pasca-sosialisasi terhadap 60 responden menghasilkan nilai rata-rata 87,8% (kategori "Sangat Efektif"), membuktikan efektivitas sosialisasi ini dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap olahraga Woodball. Temuan ini membuka peluang pengembangan Woodball sebagai ekstrakurikuler di SMPN 1 Wajak dan sekolah lain kedepan-nya. Kata Kunci: ADDIE; Woodball; Sosialisai; Olahraga
