Abstract

Tanaman cabai merah keriting (Capsicum annuum L) var lado F1 merupakan komoditi unggulan di Indonesia khususnya di Minangkabau. Masyarakat Minang terbiasa dengan makanan yang dimasak dengan menggunakan cabai. Sementara produksi cabai sering mengalami kegagalan oleh karena beberapa faktor termasuk mahalnya harga pupuk yang dijual di pasaran. Petani sering merugi karena tidak seimbangnya antara pendapatan dan biaya pupuk tanaman cabai. Salah satu inovasi agar bisa membantu petani dalam menghemat biaya pupuk dengan membuat pupuk organik sendiri salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan limbah pasar, limbah yang diproduksi dari pasar tersebut sering tidak dimanfaatkan dan hanya menumpuk pada tempat sampah. Sementara limbah organik bisa dimodifikasi sebagai bahan dasar untuk pembuatan pupuk organik cair (POC) yang bisa dimanfaat untuk semua jenis tanaman termasuk tanaman cabai merah keriting varietas lado F1. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan data dan melihat efektifitas POC dengan bahan dasar limbah organik pasar terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman cabai merah keriting varietas lado F1. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimental rancangan acak kelompok dengan 5 faktor perlakuan dan 5 ulangan sehingga terdapat 25 sampel percobaan dengan dosis POC sebagai berikut : A sebagai kontrol, B dosis 20 %, C dosis 30%, D dosis 40 % dan E dosis 50 %. Dari penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan didapatkan hasil bahwa dosis POC 50 % limbah organik pasar memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel jumlah daun (114,80 helai), jumlah buah dan bobot buah (26,60 buah) cabai merah keriting (105,60 gram).

Abstract

The research aims to develop inquiry-based worksheets which are expected to increase students' curiosity about gas kinetic theory material. The inquiry approach method was developed with steps, giving problems, formulating problems, hypotheses, experiments, collecting data, analyzing data, and making conclusions. The method used is the ADDIE development method, which analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates. Developing inquiry-based worksheets and testing the effectiveness of these worksheets in the learning process. The research subjects were 22 class XI students of SMA N 4 Sijunjung. The instrument used was a student worksheet and a curiosity attitude questionnaire. Assessment of the student worksheet was carried out by validation tests of media experts, material experts, and questionnaires for teachers. The validation results of media experts showed 92.30% (very good), and media experts scored 90.21% (very good), while trials on teachers and students showed scores of 86.13% and 89.16% (very good). The results of the student worksheet effectiveness test used the medium criterion N-Gain test, value 0.32. This shows that inquiry-based worksheets equipped with Phet simulations deserve to be good teaching materials and can increase students' curiosity in high school physics learning on the kinetic theory of gases.

Abstract

Arrangement of Strong Produced using Oil Palm Void Natural product Packs and Rice Husk Charcoal on Creation of Tomato Plants (Solanum lycopersicum L) means to decide the impact of different sorts of Strong (Oil Palm Void Organic product Bundles) and Rice Husk Charcoal on Creation of Tomato Plants (Solanum lycopersicum L). This exploration was led in Sona Town with a level of 18 meters above ocean level Labuhanbatu Regime in Juli 2022 to December 2022. The material utilized was tomato seeds, husk charcoal, strong, water. The hardware utilized was a 35x40 polybag, shaper cutting edge, scientific equilibrium, ruler, scissors, mortar, estimating jar, can, calipers, perfect rope, digger. The examination will be directed with a factorial gathering plan. The main variable is the arrangement of Strong to be specific S0: Without Strong (Control), S1: 0.50 kg/polybag, S2: 0.70 kg/polybag S3: 1kg/polybag. The subsequent component is the organization of rice husk charcoal P0: Without Husk Charcoal (Control), P1: 0.2 kg/polybag, P2: 0.4 kg/polybag. The quantity of treatment mixes is 12 blends. The aftereffects of this study show that the arrangement of Strong and Rice Husk Charcoal Against Tomato Plant Creation (Solanum lycopersicum L) has no huge impact in Stem Diamater (cm), All out Number of Natural products per Plant (g), All out Weight of Organic products per Plant (g) however treatment connection of 1 kg/polybag and 0.2 kg/polybag of Rice Husk Charcoal can expand Stem breadth (cm), Complete Number of Natural products per Plant (g), All out Weight of Natural products per Plant (g).

Abstract

[EXPLORATION OF JENGKOL GERMPLASM’S DIVERSITY IN SIJUNJUNG REGENCY BASED ON MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTERS]. Jengkol is one of the leading commodities in Sijunjung Regency. This research aims to determine the genetic diversity of jengkol accession in Sijunjung Regency based on morphological characters. The exploratory research was conducted in three sub-districts in Sijunjung Regency, West Sumatra from January to May 2021. The observed characters included vegetative and generative characters, which refer to the description of the registered jengkol variety. Data were analyzed using software R.3.5.2 for cluster analysis, and SPSS 17.0 for principal component analysis. The 60 accessions of jengkol from exploration in Sijunjung Regency were grouped into two main groups, namely Group 1 which consisted of two accessions, UGB 2A, and ARS 2B, while the rests belonged to Group 2. The coefficient of dissimilarity between the two groups of jengkol accessions from Sijunjung Regency about 45%, or with a similarity of 55%. The results of PCA analysis of 19 characters in 60 accessions of jengkol indicated a contribution of 79.17% of the total diversity, which was divided into seven main components. This study recommended a necessity to establish further selection from the diversity of jengkol germplasm in Sijunjung. Selected accessions can be registered by the Sijunjung Regency Government in order to increase the number of high-yielding jengkol varieties in West Sumatra, as well as be beneficial for seed breeders and farmers in this area
