Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of competence, independence, and professionalism on the performance of the regional inspectorate apparatus and examine the auditor's compliance with the Professional Standards of Public Accountants (SPAP). The general problem in this study is that the audit findings were not detected by the inspectorate apparatus as internal auditors, but were found by the external auditor, namely the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK). Operationally, research variables are described in several indicators. The variable of apparatus competence is translated into three indicators, namely mastery of accounting and auditing standards, governance insights, and skills improvement programs. The variable of apparatus independence is translated into two indicators, namely personal disturbances and external disturbances. The variable of apparatus professionalism is translated into four indicators, namely: dedication to the profession, social obligation, independence, and confidence in the profession. The audit performance variable is translated into four indicators, namely: process quality, result quality, and audit follow-up.The population of this research is Makassar City Regional Inspectorate apparatus who follow periodic inspections. Data were collected from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The variables in this study are independent variables (X1), independence (X2) and professionalism (X3), while the dependent variable is audit performance (Y). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis (multiplerepression).The results showed that competence and professionalism had a positive and significant effect on audit performance, while the independence variable had no significant effect on audit performance. The coefficient of determination shows that competence, independence, and professionalism together contribute to the dependent variable (audit performance) of 72.2%, while the remaining 27.8% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The implication of the findings of this study on efforts to realize a quality audit is the need for professionalism to auditors regarding the urgency of a quality audit in addition to efforts to increase competence through training.

Abstract

Islamic law is considered as an important part of religious teachings in the view of Muslims, and as such Islamic law is the main space for expression of religious experience and becomes a determinant of historical continuity and identity. In line with the increasing awareness to return to pure and original religion and the emergence of a desire to harmonize contemporary life with the provisions of sharia, Islamic law in modern times has received a lot of attention from both its own supporting community and from other societies which make it an object of study. Islamic law is a law revealed by Allah to humans to ensure the realization of benefit for humans themselves, both in this world and in the hereafter. The deeper a person's knowledge of the essence of Islamic law, the greater the value of goodness and benefit he will get. The aims of this research are: (1) to find out and analyze the effectiveness of the DPRD's supervision of the application of building permits from the perspective of Islamic law; (2) Knowing the factors that influence the effectiveness of DPRD supervision on the application of Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2012 concerning Building Permits from the perspective of Islamic Law. The results of the study show that: The DPRD's supervision of the implementation of the Perda on Building Permits from the perspective of Islamic law in the City of Palopo is not effective, so it is necessary to make efforts to make it effective through efforts to socialize the Perda in order to regulate and control settlement development and increase local revenue. PAD) City of Palopo. Furthermore, the factors that influence the implementation of DPRD supervision of the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2012 concerning Building Permits in the City of Palopo, include: factors of legal structure, legal substance, legal culture, facilities and infrastructure, legal awareness, and community support.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Citra merek, Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian melalui variabel intervening Word of Mouth pada Usaha Percetakan di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan pada seluruh konsumen Usaha Percetakan di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar dan diperoleh total sampel sebanyak 200 orang responden. Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai Agustus sampai dengan Oktober 2022. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Untuk menguji pengaruh variabel intervening digunakan metode analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh Citra Merek dan Promosi terhadap Word of Mouth Konsumen pada Konsumen Usaha Percetakan di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Terdapat Pengaruh Citra Merek dan Promosi terhadap keputusan Pembelian Konsumen pada konsumen dan terdapat pengaruh Citra Merek dan Promosi melalui Word of Mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian Konsumen pada Konsumen Usaha Percetakan di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar.

Abstract

Influencer media sosial seringkali memiliki basis pengikut yang besar, keterlibatan tinggi dengan pengikut, otoritas dalam niche tertentu, dan kemampuan untuk menciptakan konten yang menarik dan relevan. Melihat potensi ini, penting untuk mengkaji peran influencer media sosial dalam meningkatkan brand awareness UKM secara lebih komprehensif. Penggunaan media komunikasi yang tepat dapat menciptakan citra terhadap suatu produk yang dipromosikan menjadi menarik. Tidak dapat dipungkiri dalam hal ini, komunikasi pemasaran juga membutuhkan media komunikasi dalam proses mempromosikan produk tertentu. Kegiatan PKM ini dilakasanakan selama satu hari berbentuk pelatihan/workshop. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah tiga puluh lima orang masing-masing para pelaku UKM yang berdomisili di Jl. Dahlia Lorong 310 No.7, Kecamatan Mariso, Kelurahan Mattoanging, Kota Makassar. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat dengan tema "Peran Influencer Social Media Bagi Brand Awareness UKM", telah dikaji peran penting influencer media sosial dalam membangun brand awareness bagi UKM. Influencer memiliki pengaruh besar dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dan dapat membantu UKM mencapai target pasar yang lebih luas, membangun kepercayaan konsumen, dan meningkatkan interaksi dengan audiens. Melalui kerjasama dengan influencer, UKM dapat meningkatkan eksposur merek mereka dan mencapai pertumbuhan bisnis yang lebih baik.
