Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelatihan karakter building untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penyesuaian social siswa akselerasi. Penelitian ini bersifat quasi eksperimen dengan one group pre test, post test design. Metode sampling yang dilakukan adalah purposive berupa siswa akselerasi kelas X, SMAN 3 MALANG berjumlah 18 orang. Dari uji validitas pearson product moment dan nilai reliability Alpha Cronbach 0.837. Treatmen yang dilakukan adalah 4 tahapan. 1) share work 2) transferring/peer teaching 3) daily journal 4) refleksi. Analisis dilakukan dengan non parametric wilcoxon test, nilai signifikansi 0.022. artinya bahwa pelatihan karakter building efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penyesuaian social siswa akselerasi.Dari hasil penelitian diatas disarankan untuk memperbaiki system perkembangan pendidikan pada anak akselerasi. keterlibatan orang tua, dalam hal ini pendampingan secara sistemik kepada orang tua agar mampu mendukung efektifitas perkembangan social anak sangat perlu dilaksanakan. Model pelatihan ini efektif untuk meningkatkan penyesuaian social anak akselerasi, sehingga bisa secara continue di tindaklanjuti sebagai kegiatan rutin dan terstruktur di sekolah sekolah yang menyelenggarakan program akselerasi. Kata-kata kunci  : penyesuaian sosial, character building, akselerasi, wilcoxon test

Abstract

Siswa/i SMA/sederajat sering kali menemui permasalahan mengenai pemilihan studi lanjutan, terutama mengenai program studi yang akan mereka ambil. Salah satu program studi yang tidak ada dan tidak dipelajari oleh mereka salah satunya ialah psikologi. Data penelitian awal yagn dimiliki peneliti menunjukkan akibat ketidakpahaman mengenai program studi ini, terutama kesesuaian pandangan awal dengan kenyataan perkuliahan dilapangan. Sehingga tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk membantu memberikan pemahaman terkait pilihan jurusan perkuliahan, khususnya psikologi kepada siswa-siswa yang akan mengambil pendidikan lanjutan. Kami melakukan sosialisasi kepada siswa SMA/sederajat menggunakan metode ceramah secara daring dengan melibatkan mitra salah satu platform belajar daring di Indonesia. Jumlah partisipan dalam pengabdian ini ialah 51 orang. Sosialisasi ini bermanfaat bagi peserta, bagi mereka informasi ini menjadi landasan pengetahuan mengenai program studi psikologi itu sendiri. High school students often encounter problems regarding the selection of further studies, especially regarding the study program they will take. One major that was not be studied by them was was psychology. Preliminary research show that majority of high school students lack of understanding what course they take if they choose psychology as their major in undergraduate level. So the purpose of this activity is to provide understanding about psychology as one of the major that they can choose. We conducted socialization to high school students using the online lecture method by involving partners from one of the online learning platforms in Indonesia. The number of participants in this service is 51 people. This socialization is useful for participants, for them this information becomes the basis of knowledge about the psychology study program itself.

Abstract

This study used qualitative methods with case study techniques. Subjects were 2 women and 1 subject male who was of productive age and had survived with lupus for a long time and had been declared remission healed. In this study data collection was carried out with techniques in-depth interviews with the research subjects in order to obtain the information needed. Checking the validity of the data was examined by using significant other re-checks and triangulation with people. As for the location of the research conducted in the city of Malang. The results showed that resilience on Odapus was influenced by the support given by the closest people, especially the nuclear family. The form of social support that seemed more influential was emotional support and appreciation. In addition, it is undeniable that instrumental support is also important for Odapus considering the amount of costs needed for Odapus treatment.

Abstract

Indonesian serial drama or often called sinetron has been dominated television show in Indonesia. Most television viewers spend their most time to watch sinetron. Meanwhile, there is a serious phenomenon that the number of depression has been increased throughout the world, including in Indonesia. Therefore, Adversity Quotient, defined as one's capacity to face and overcome adversity in his/her life, which stated by Stoltz, becomes necessary to discuss. There are three types of AQ: Quitters (the ones who choose to quit and ignoring the opportunity); Campers (the ones who are afraid to take risks and choose to be satisfied with what they have gained); and Climbers (the ones who do not allow anything to stop them to move forward). This was a qualitative descriptive study with non-frequentive content analysis technique to analyze the data. The samples of this study were 15 of Indonesian sinetron and 15 Korean sinetron. The samples were taken by incidental sampling technique. The result of this study demonstrated that most of sinetron's characters (62%) were categorized as Campers, 31% were Quitters, and only 7% were Climbers. Meanwhile, in KOrean sinetron, there were 56% Climbers, 36% Campers, and 8% Quitters. The conclusion was Indonesian sinetron showed less climbers characteristics than Korean sinetron. In sinetron, success was associated with religious efforts, whereas in Koream sinetron success was related with hard work and optimistic attitude.

Abstract

Innovative work behavior is an essential factor for entrepreneurial success. This research aims to examine (1) how emotional intelligence influences innovative work behavior, (2) how flow at work influences innovative work behavior, and (3) how emotional intelligence and flow at work influence innovative work behavior. The population of this research is MSME entrepreneurs in the city of Malang. Through a purposive sampling technique, 124 entrepreneurs were obtained as samples in this research with the criteria of having been in business for two years or more, having a business in the MSME category, and being under the guidance of the Department of Industry and Trade Cooperatives in Malang City. The scales used are the Innovative Work Behavior (IWB), Assessing Emotion Scale (AES), and WOrk-reLated Flow inventory (WOLF). The validity of the items in this research used Pearson correlation, and the reliability of the instruments on the three scales was measured using Cronbach's alpha formula. The results of statistical techniques of multiple regression analysis showed that emotional intelligence and flow at work significantly influence innovative work behavior, both partially and simultaneously. Partially, emotional intelligence contributes 17.4 percent to innovative work behavior. Meanwhile, flow at work can explain innovative work behavior variables by 16%. Simultaneously, these two variables influence 24.9 percent of innovative work behavior.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to investigate the impact of job crafting and resilience on adaptive performance within the context of start-up developers. The research methodology employed in this study is quantitative research. The study subjects consisted of a sample of 37 software developers residing in Malang City, ranging in age from 20 to 40 years old and possessing a minimum of one year of professional experience in the field. The hypothesis is tested using multiple linear regression. Based on statistical research findings, it has been determined that a significant relationship exists between job crafting and adaptive performance at a significance level of 0.05. Additionally, a significant relationship has been observed between resilience and adaptive performance at the same significance level. Furthermore, it has been established that there is a significant relationship between job crafting and resilience and adaptive performance, also at a significance level of 0.05. Based on recommendations for developers in start-up environments, employees can foster personal growth independently or by enrolling in courses focused on resilience and job creation. Employees can proactively modify workplace settings to enhance their performance, increasing their performance levels and overall job satisfaction.

Abstract

Karyawan milenial merupakan kelompok angkatan kerja terbesar di Indonesia yang memiliki karakteristik unik dalam merespons dinamika komunikasi di lingkungan organisasi. Komunikasi dalam organisasi tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat koordinasi, tetapi juga memainkan peran penting dalam membangun keterlibatan karyawan (employee engagement), terutama bagi karyawan milenial yang menghargai transparansi, kecepatan, dan partisipasi aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim komunikasi dan kepuasan komunikasi organisasi terhadap employee engagement pada karyawan milenial di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim komunikasi dan kepuasan komunikasi organisasi secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Temuan ini juga mengungkap bahwa kepuasan komunikasi akan lebih optimal apabila didukung oleh iklim komunikasi yang terbuka dan suportif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya membangun budaya komunikasi yang efektif sebagai strategi kunci dalam meningkatkan employee engagement karyawan milenial di tempat kerja. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan budaya komunikasi yang terbuka dapat menjadi jalur penting dalam mempertahankan keterlibatan karyawan serta mendorong pertumbuhan organisasi yang berkelanjutan.
