Abstract

Posyandu exists today because it has been proven to be a form of community-based health effort, managed and organized for the community, in order to provide convenience to the community in obtaining good basic health services in accelerating the reduction of maternal and infant mortality. The purpose of this study was to influence knowledge and attitudes towards the activity of posyandu kader in the working area of the Puskesmas Sorong Timur. This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. This study involved 49 respondents. Sampling using total sampling technique. The test used is Chi-square with a confidence level (α) 0.05. Statistical test results obtained that there was an influence between knowledge on the activity of posyandu cadres obtained p-value = 0.000, < α = 0.05. and there is an influence between the attitude and the activity of posyandu cadres, the p-value = 0.000, < α = 0.05. In conclusion, there is an influence of knowledge and attitudes on the activity of Kader posyandu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the STAD learning model influences the ability to write readings in 20 grade IV students at SDN 13 Betung, Banyuasin Regency. Through extensive data collection, this qualitative research strategy aims to provide a comprehensive explanation of a phenomenon. The significance of phenomena and the importance of observing them is the main focus of qualitative research methods. In this paragraph, the students' goals for improving their learning of Indonesian are: 1) students can express considerations, presumptions, conjectures, and feelings stored in printed copies in a straightforward manner;(2) Students are able to write about the situation and context in their writing; 3) Students like to write; 4) Students can use linguistic elements in writing literary works. Writing can also be understood as expressing one's feelings, thoughts and intentions to others. Writing is a way to generate ideas and emotions through writing.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan merupakan kepuasan pasien sepenuhnya. Garda terdepan sebuah rumah sakit salah satunya adalah Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) yang memberikan pertolongan kegawatdaruratan kepada setiap pasien tanpa terkecuali. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan Kualitas Pelayanan Tenaga Medis Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) Dengan Kepuasan Pasien. Penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study dengan melibatkan 91 responden. Pengambilan sampel dengan cara accidental sampling menggunakan kuesioner. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji Korelasi Spearman. Hasil uji statistik ada hubungan dimensi bukti fisik (Tangible), daya tanggap (Responsiveness), kehandalan (Reliability), jaminan (Assurance), empati (Emphaty) pelayanan tenaga medis pada Instalasi Gawat darurat (IGD) dengan kepuasan pasien dengan nilai ρ (0,000) ρ < (0,05), untuk dimensi empati (Emphaty) mendapatkan nilai ρ (0,0021) ρ < (0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa seluruh dimensi pelayanan tenaga medis di IGD berhubungan secara signifikan dengan kepuasan pasien. Rumah sakit disarankan meningkatkan responsivitas, empati, dan kualitas sarana prasarana di IGD.
