Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of attitudes, subjective norms, and knowledge of the intention to use Muamalat bank financial products in Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Data collection and information needed in this study are primarily data where data obtained directly from the research subjects in the form of questionnaires. This study uses the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and linear regression analysis. This study's results indicate the influence simultaneously and partially on the variable attitude, subjective norms, and knowledge of the intention to use Muamalat bank financial products.

Abstract

The management of the Al-Qur’an Education Park in TPQ Jombong hamlet Paten Dukun is a way of managing a non-formal educational institution starting from planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating in order to achieve the goals of TPQ in Hamlet Jombong. The background in this study is that TPQ in Jombong Hamlet aims to educate children who are Qur’anic generations. Therefore, the TPQ in Jombong Hamlet requires management within the institution. This research aims to manage TPQ in Jombong Hamlet to maximize the purpose of an Al-Qur’an Education Park. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. Data regarding the research sources were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation of the implementation of activities at the Al-Qur’an Education Park in Jombong Hamlet. The results showed that the management of TPQ in Jombong Hamlet had not been carried out correctly. Therefore, with the research and service in Jombong Hamlet related to TPQ, it is hoped that it will be able to achieve the goals of TPQ itself and properly manage TPQ

Abstract

Potensi komoditi Sayuran sawi ijo (chaisim) di Dusun Tlogo, Desa Sutopati, Kecamatan Kajoran tidak dibarengi dengan harga jual yang memadai, sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat melalui kreatifitas olahan nugget sawi ijo. Tujuan program kegiatan pendampingan yaitu meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat melalui pelatihan nugget sawi ijo, adapun pendampingan dilakukan pada bulan Agustus-September 2022. Sasaran pendampingan adalah Ibu-ibu yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Wanita Tani Dusun Tlogo, dengan pertimbangan bahwa ibu-ibu adalah pemegang keuangan dan penyedia makanan keluarga sehingga harus paham bagaimana mengelola keuangan keluarga dengan cara mengolah makanan yang murah dan sehat. Metode PAR (Participatory action research) dianggap sesuai dengan pola pendampingan yang dilakukan, dimana peneliti dan masyarakat berkolaborasi untuk memaham masalah sosial dan mengambil tindakan untuk membawa perubahan sosial. Hasil pendampingan adalah masyarakat khususnya Ibu-ibu Dusun Tlogo memiliki kemampuan dalam mengelola sawi ijo menjadi nugget dan bisa menjadi peluang usaha untuk meningkatkan produktifitas dan perekonomian masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari pendampingan dalam  meningkatkan kapasitas Ibu-ibu melalui pelatihan nugget sawi ijo sangat diperlukan dalam mewujudkan kemandirian ekonomi Ibu-ibu di Dusun Tlogo.Potential for vegetable mustard greens (chai sim), commodities in Tlogo Hamlet, Sutopati Village, Kajoran, do not companied by an adequate selling price, so it is necessary to increase community capacity through the creative processing of green mustard nuggets. The objective of the mentoring activity program is to increase community capacity through green mustard greens nugget training, while the assistance is held from August-September 2022. The target of the assistance is mothers who are members of the Tlogo Dusun Women Farmer Group, in line with the consideration that mothers are financial holders and providers of family food, and they must understand how to manage family finances by preparing cheap and healthy food. The PAR method (Participatory action research) is considered by the pattern of assistance carried out, which involves researchers and participants collaborating to understand social issues and take actions to bring about social change.  The result of the assistance is that the community, especially the women of Tlogo Hamlet, can manage green mustard nuggets and become a business opportunity to increase the productivity and economy of the community. The conclusion is that assistance in increasing the capacities of mothers through green mustard nugget training is needed to realize the economic independence of mothers in Tlogo Hamlet.

Abstract

Early childhood character education is crucial for forming both people and society. However, implementing successful character education programs continues to present difficulties. Through Participatory Action Research (PAR), this study seeks to understand these issues better and identify solutions. Teachers, parents, and kids are the major participants in this research process. Role-playing and classroom discussions were part of the research methodology used to understand how youngsters conceptualize moral and ethical principles. The study's findings indicate that interactive discussions and role plays can help kids learn moral and ethical principles and motivate them to live by them. This study demonstrates the value of a participatory approach.
