Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk refleksi nilai-nilai kemanusiaan berdasarkan sila ke-2 Pancasila di organisasi Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor, NTB. Masalah difokuskan pada bentuk refleksi nilai kemanusiaan di bidang pendidikan dan sosial. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian dipilih melalui teknik purposive, yakni Pengurus Besar Organisasi Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor, NTB. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Organisasi Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor, NTB. Data penelitian dikumpulkan berdasarkan hasil dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Keabsahan data diperiksa melalui teknik triangulasi, sedangkan data dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman, yang diawali dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk implementasi nilai-nilai kemanusiaan berdasarkan sila ke-2 Pancasila di Organisasi Nahdlatul Wathan (NW) Pancor NTB dalam bidang pendidikan, yakni melalui pendirian sekolah/madrasah dari jenjang Sekolah Dasar hingga Perguruan Tinggi, serta memberikan program bantuan beasiswa. Sedangkan dalam aspek sosial meliputi pendirian panti asuhan, Pusat Kesehatan Pesantren (Poskestren) dan Koperasi Pondok Pesantren (Kopontren).

Development is a continuous improvement process in society and its social system towards a better standard of living. Development is a change in the level of welfare that is measurable and occurs naturally. The changes affect not only one aspect of life but also fundamental aspects. Changes can be seen in the economic status of the people in the area, like the construction of a higher education institution in a place that will impact changes in its surroundings. The changes that occur are not only the hustle and bustle of activities but also changes in the economic field of the surrounding community because other developments around it will also follow the construction of a higher education institution. So that The main objective of this research is to find out how the influence of the development of higher education institutions has on the economy of the surrounding community. The changes brought about by the establishment of a tertiary institution certainly have an impact on the lives of the surrounding community. The impact in question is an impact that can improve the lives of the surrounding community, especially in the economic sector. The most obvious change is that in the area around the campus, many business establishments have been established, such as boarding houses, restaurants, shops, workshops, laundries, photocopiers, and so on. Establishing these businesses will open up many job opportunities for the community so that the community's economy will also improve. This research is expected to contribute to the development of economic development theory and can be helpful suggestions and references for future research.

Lingkungan hidup adalah hal yang menjadi bagian penting untuk dilestarikan oleh manusia. Masalah-masalah yang sering terjadi di negara Indonesia ini adalah lingkungan hidup. Sehingga diperlukan pemanfaatan lingkungan hidup yang lebih efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengimplementasikan konsep Green Economy dengan mengoptimalkan pekarangan kosong di sekitar rumah masyarakat, serta dapat membantu mempertahankan kualitas ekosistem di sekitar lingkungan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), program ini merupakan bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat diambil berdasarkan analisis, temuan apresiatif pertama, pemetaan masyarakat, pemetaan sosial, pemetaan individu, sirkulasi keuangan dan skala prioritas. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan di lingkungan masyarakat, program yang dilaksanakan adalah membudidayakan bibit alpukat dengan pemanfaatan pekarangan di sekitar rumah. Kegiatan ini tersusun atas pembagian bibit alpukat kepada masyarakat serta penanaman bibit alpukat yang dilakukan sebagai edukasi dalam menanam, merawat, dan menjaga bibit alpukat dari mulai tanam sampai kategori pada siap panen. Dengan adanya program kerja ini, diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik dan hasil yang diinginkan dari tujuan program kerja ini dapat terlaksana dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat di Desa Ngadirojo Kabupaten Ponorogo terutama dapat meningkatkan ekonomi bagi masyarakat.

Employee performance is the final result achieved by individuals in the form of goods or services, which must be by the agreed quality or standards in terms of cost, time, quality, and quantity. At the Gunung Harta Ponorogo Branch Office, various performance problems have emerged, such as bus delays, decreased ticket sales, customer complaints regarding unsatisfactory service, unfriendly attitudes, delays in departure, lack of coordination between teams, and lack of responsiveness. This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, job training, and compensation on employee performance partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative, with data collection through questionnaires to 50 Gunung Harta Ponorogo Branch Office employees using saturated samples. Instrument testing includes validity and reliability tests, while data analysis is carried out by descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple regression analysis. The findings show that leadership style positively and significantly influences employee performance. Then job training has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. And finally compensation also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
