Abstract

Background: To improve the human resources of the hospital, one of nurses to ensure the hospital service is well organized, the hospital management must have good strategy management.This research was conducted at Mufid Aceh General Hospital to get an overview of the factors that affect the performance of nurses at Mufid Aceh General Hospital. Methods: It was a qualitative research focused on employment documents, income documents, monthly staff satisfaction, monthly performance results nursing, patient satisfaction in Mufid Aceh General Hospital. Results: Internal factors that affect the low performance of nurses at Mufid Aceh General Hospital are satisfaction, work-related stress factors, short working period and low work motivation. While External factors that affect the low performance of nurses is work load factor. Conclusions: Based on the result of this research, it is suggested to Mufid Aceh General Hospital to planning of nurse requirement well, to make policy about income, to make job description and authority in accordance with competence of nurse staff and creating a retention program.

Abstract

Komunikasi yang efektif adalah sebuah komunikasi yang apabila pesan diterima dan dimengerti sebagaimana dimaksud oleh pengirim pesan, pesan ditindaklanjuti dengan sebuah perbuatan oleh penerima pesan dan tidak ada hambatan untuk hal tersebut. Kolaborasi dibidang kesehatan merupakan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk mempererat hubungan antar profesi kesehatan yang berbeda. Kolaborasi tim medis meliputi berbagai profesi kesehatan yaitu dokter, perawat, psikiater, ahli gizi, apoteker, dan lain - lain. Tenaga kesehatan di RSIA Cempaka Az – Zahra belum berkomunikasi dengan efektif. Hal ini terlihat dari terdapatnya kesalahan dalam penulisan instruksi, kesalahan pelaksanaan instruksi dan terdapat hal penting tentang kondisi pasien yang tidak tersampaikan dengan baik kepada dokter penanggungjawab. Hal ini berpotensi terjadinya insiden keselamatan pada pasien sehingga berisiko terhadap keberlangsungan rumah sakit. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan kemampuan tenaga kesehatan di RSIA Cempaka Az-Zahra Banda Aceh dalam berkomunikasi efektif. Berdasarkan pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan, terdapat 56,2% tenaga kesehatan yang tidak memahami tentang komunikasi efektif. Hasil dari pelatihan ini terdapat 84,4 % peningkatan pemahaman tentang komunikasi efektif oleh tenaga kesehatan di RSIA Cempaka Az-Zahra Banda Aceh. Pelatihan ini harus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan berbasis keselamatan pasien di Rumah Sakit.

Abstract

Permasalahan pada status gizi merupakan gangguan kesehatan akibat kekurangan atau ketidakseimbangan zat gizi yang diperlukan untuk pertumbuhan, aktivitas berfikir dan semua hal yang berhubungan dengan kehidupan. Asupan gizi yang tidak mencukupi terutama pada 1000 hari pertama kehidupan anak yaitu sejak janin sampai anak usia 2 tahun dapat mengakibatkan gizi kurang. Status gizi anak dipengaruhi oleh faktor langsung yaitu ditentukan oleh asupan makanan dan penyakit infeksi, sedangkan faktor tidak langsung meliputi ketahanan pangan dalam keluarga yang dipengaruhi oleh pola asuh keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan riwayat penyakit infeksi dan pola asuh terhadap status gizi balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kuta Baro Kabupaten Aceh Besar, dengan jenis penelitian analitik berdasarkan data kuantitatif dengan pendekatan case control. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kuta Baro yaitu berjumlah 516 orang dengan jumlah sampel 136 responden. Analisa data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan program statistic SPSS dengan kemaknaan 95% (p˂0,05). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan riwayat penyakit infeksi (p=0,018) dan pola asuh orang tua (p=0,041) dengan status gizi balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kuta Baro Kabupaten Aceh Besar.

Abstract

Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by a new type of coronavirus with the most common symptoms being fever, weakness, coughing, convulsions and diarrhea. The disease caused by this new virus became known after the discovery of an outbreak in Wuhan, China, in December 2019 and now the virus has spread to many countries around the world. According to WHO in March 2022 the number of cases of corona virus infection in the world has reached 441,186,679 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motives and people's work on the success of the Covid-19 Vaccination at the Darussalam Aceh Besar Health Center. This research method is an analytic survey research using a cross sectional approach, the sampling technique was accidental sampling with a total sample of 49 people. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with the SPSS statistical program. Research Results: The statistical test results with the Chi-square test showed a p-value of 0.706 > 0.05, so there was no motive relationship to the success of the Covid-19 vaccination in the community at the Darussalam Aceh Health Center The Great Year is 2022. The results of the statistical test using the Chi-square test show a p-value of 0.020 <0.05, so there is a work relationship with the success of the Covid-19 vaccination in the community at the Darussalam Aceh Besar Health Center. The conclusion is that there is an influence of work on the success of the Covid-19 vaccination, because people who work are usually required to obey orders from their superiors and follow government regulations. Suggestions so that people can understand the dangers of the Covid-19 virus and can comply with vaccines as recommended by the government.

Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) in 2019, determined that 1/5 of the world's population consists of adolescents. The population of Asia Pacific is 60% of the world's population and 1/5 are adolescents. The International Coercion on Population Development (ICPD) defines reproductive health as the end result a state of physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity in all matters related to the reproductive system, functions and processes. Purpose: Determine the relationship between physical activity, stress and menstrual cycle disorders in female students at Dayah Daruzzahidin Islamic boarding school, Aceh Besar Regency. Research Method: Analytical with a Cross Sectional approach. All populations were sampled, namely 60 people. Research Results: Based on the analysis and discussion that has been described previously, a conclusion can be drawn about the results of the study as follows: Based on the p-value of 0.024 <0.05, have relationship between physical activity and menstrual cycle disorders in female students at Dayah Daruzzahidin Islamic boarding school, Aceh Besar Regency. Based on the p-value of 0.000 <0.05, have a relationship between stress and menstrual cycle disorders in female students at Dayah Daruzzahidin Islamic boarding school, Aceh Besar Regency. Conclusion: physical fatigue and stress have a significant relationship with menstrual cycle disorders, some female students tired from studying from morning to night, the higher the stress due to fatigue from studying felt by students, the worse their menstrual cycle will be.

Abstract

Abstract The impact of non-communicable diseases, especially cancer, on human resource resilience is large because in addition to being a cause of death and illness, it also reduces productivity. The morbidity and mortality rates mostly occur in people with lower-middle socioeconomic levels. Cancer is a disease with multifactorial causes that forms over a long period of time and progresses through different stages. RSIA Cempaka Az - Zahra as the only Maternity and Child Hospital in Banda Aceh City, of course always be ready to accept patients with oncology cases. Health workers have an important role in providing care, motivation to cancer patients indirectly they can increase the potential for healing or improve the quality of life of cancer patients. There is still a lot of misunderstanding among health workers about the difference between tumors and cancer, which often leads to errors in providing information to patients which can result in reducing the motivation to recover and the psychology of patients. The socialization was carried out at RSIA Cempaka Az - Zahra Banda Aceh. The target group is all nurses working at RSIA Cempaka Az - Zahra. The implementation began with the provision of a pre-test to participants, followed by the provision of material about tumors and cancer and early cancer screening practices. Based on the evaluation, there was an increase in knowledge after being given material and practice, proven by 80% of participants being able to perform early cancer examinations correctly.

Abstract

Postpartum (puerperium) merupakan masa yang dimulai setelah plasenta keluar dan berakhirketika alat-alat kandungan kembali pulit seperti semula. Masa nifas ini terjadi dalam mingguminggupertam setelah kelahiran (antara 4 sampai 6 Minggu. Tujuan pengabdian ini untukmengetahui berapa banyak ibu yang mengalami gejala baby blues dan faktor penyebab baby bluespada ibu. Jenis kegiatan ini dalam bentuk kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melaluiwawancara dan dianalisis secara mendalam terhadap 6 orang responden di Desa Lagang AcehBesar pada bulan Mei 2024 . Dari Ke enam ibu yang menjadi responden diketahui bahwa belumsemuanya memahami tentang gejala baby blues. Hasil pengukurang didapatkan 50% ibumengalami baby blues berat dan 50% baby blues ringan. Faktor penyebab baby blues berat terjadipada ibu yang usianya di atas 25 tahun, memiliki jumlah lebih dari 2 dengan jarak anak yangterlalu dekat. Mengatur jarak kelahiran anak dengan menggunakan kontrasepsi yang sosokdengan ibu dan membatasi jumlah anak agar tidak terjadi baby blues lagi ke depannya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and see where patient satisfaction lies with the number of patients who have a balance at Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital Banda Aceh. Patient loyalty is an attitude that describes the patient's commitment to healthcare services by repeatedly utilizing them to meet medical needs. This research aims to determine the influence of healthcare service quality on the loyalty of inpatients at Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital, Banda Aceh, in 2024. The research method used is quantitative research with Purposive Sampling, involving 30 inpatient respondents. Data collection was conducted through direct interviews with the respondents. The data analysis was performed using the Chi-Square Test. The results show a significant relationship between service quality aspects, including reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, with a P-value of <0.05, and patient loyalty. However, no significant relationship was found between tangibles and patient loyalty, with a P-value of >0.05, at Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital, Banda Aceh, in 2024. It is recommended that the hospital further improve the quality of its services to create a positive perception among patients and enhance patient loyalty in using healthcare services at Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital, Banda Aceh.
