Abstract

As a process of knowledge transformation that will underlie the attitude of life of a Muslim, a qualified strategy is needed to teach the true teachings of Islam to the younger generation. The challenge for the current generation (millennial) is the opening of all channels of information that are very easy to obtain but not accompanied by good assistance from teachers and parents, so they are prone to absorb wrong information or even information that is not suitable for the size of the mind and soul. The next problem that occurs at this time is the reduced role of a teacher in shaping character and providing teaching materials that they should receive. This paper will invite to explore how the process of transformation of Islamic education was exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad and the Archangel Jibril before his companions regarding the methods used and what materials should be taught as the basis of Islamic knowledge. This research will use the literature method through the hadith literature and books that recite the hadith. The author also uses a philosophical and hermeneutic approach in understanding this hadith to get a new understanding but not out of an educational context. The research results from the understanding of this hadith are that a teacher plays a central role in the process of Islamic education so that teachers are expected to be able to appear as role models in front of their students, not display disgrace and personal ugliness, show friendly behavior to their students, have healthy scientific interactions, and teach basic things that are important in Islam according to the capacity of the soul and mind of the student.

Abstract

Based on the quantity of narrators, hadith is divided into two, namely mutawatir and Ahad. Most of the teachings of Islam, be it creed or other problems, rely on the hadith ahad. If the ahad hadith cannot be used as evidence, then the consequence is that many Islamic teachings that are understood and believed by the majority of Muslims so far will be displaced. The discourse categorization of hadiths into mutawatir and Ahad will have an impact on the emergence of doubts and even rejection of the authority of the hadiths as a source of Islamic teachings after the Qur'an, which also means doubting most of the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad. This study aims to see the pros and cons. in practicing the hadith ahad. The method used in this research is a qualitative method through the documentation of data collection techniques, this technique is carried out by examining documents related to the authenticity of the ahad hadith in some hadith literature and other works. The data analysis is descriptive analysis and comparative. The results of the research show that even though these ahad hadiths do not show conviction, he shows them to strong suspicion, and they have become the legal basis before the mutawatir-ahad dichotomy appeared. In fact, the opinion that states that these ahad traditions cannot be used as evidence, even in matters of faith, is the opinion of bid'ah, has no basis in Islamic syari'at. The status of ahad hadith authenticity is consensus accepted through the arguments that have been explained by the scholars to refute some of the scholars who reject it.

Abstract

Para ulama dalam menilai status suatu hadis memiliki perbedaan pemahaman dan cara pengambilan keseimpulan, perbedaan-perbedaan tersebut akan coba dilihat dalam tatanan teori yaitu ilmu hadis. Pemilihan tokoh al-Hâkim al-Naysâbûriy dan Ibnu al-Shalâh sangat beralasan karena keduanya mengarang kitab yang membahas ilmu hadis yang masyhur pada masanya. Kemunculan kitab-kitab ini terjadi pada masa-masa awal pembukuan ilmu hadis, maka diharapkan teori-teori yang dimunculkan bersifat orisinil. Al-Hâkim al-Naysâburiy membahas dalam kitab Ma’rifat‘Ulûm al-Hadîts, teori-teori ilmu hadîts yang berjumlah 52 cabang,  sedangkan teori Ibnu al-Shalâh tentang ilmu hadis dalam kitab Muqaddimah Ibn al-Shalâh berjumlah 65 cabang. Dari jumlah tersebut terdapat lebih kurang 29 teori yang sama-sama dibahas oleh al-Hâkim dan Ibnu al-Shalâh. Khusus kepada al-Hâkim, Ibnu al-Shalâh banyak membahas teori al-Hâkim, ada yang hanya disebutkan sebagai pembanding, namun ada yang dikritisi. Proses pembandingan dan pengkritisan ini membentuk suatu jalur kronologi  sejarah perkembangan ilmu hadis.

Abstract

Al-Quran is a book in which it discusses the problems of the world and the hereafter. And the hadith is the official explanation of the Koran. Understanding worldly concepts in al-Quran also requires a process of reasoning through the guidance of the Prophet's sunnah. One of the worldly problems mentioned in al-Quran is the political and ethical basics that must be adhered to in healthy politics in the style of al-Quran. Al-Quran is the principle of life, there is no single problem that exists in the world and even the hereafter unless it is regulated by the guidance and guidance of al-Quran and the valid sunnah, including in the world of politics, even the political character of al-Quran is not comparable. with it, everything is a benefit and blessing if it is used and understood by the right and proper individual. This research uses the thematic method (maudhu'i) about the siyasah verses. The results show that the political characteristics in al-Quran are 1. Bai'at, 2. Shura, 2. Responsibility, 3. Justice, 4. Silaturrahim. If these characters are applied, they will be safe in their career towards Allah SWT. On the contrary, if they do not disobey, they will be misled and get the wrath of the owner of the universe.

Abstract

Modern life which is characterized by globalization makes the flow of human movement from one place to another easier, more effective, and efficient. The world is becoming smaller and it is easier to enter any area in the corner of the earth. Likewise, the choices that arise for humans to live, work, do business, study, travel and so on. Of all regions on this earth, not all of them are inhabited by Muslim-majority communities, but more non-Muslim-majority communities. So this study aims to see the status and understanding of the prophet's hadith about the prohibition of living in non-Muslim communities in the present context. This paper is the result of a literature study, which is the result of tracking several literatures related to the themes discussed. The method used in this paper is a qualitative research method that is descriptive and interpretive through a historical approach. The results of the study conclude that this hadith is ahad and is valid and can be used as evidence. The understanding of this hadith contains a prohibition for Muslims to live in non-Muslim countries due to war between Muslims and non-Muslim countries, great difficulties that cause a Muslim to be unable to fulfill his obligations, and affect a lifestyle that causes a Muslim to have no difference with other people. non-muslim. This prohibition does not apply if the non-Muslim country is safe, there is no difficulty in worshiping and fulfilling obligations as a Muslim, and can show the identity and lifestyle of a Muslim.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membahas persfektif hadis tentang permasalahan pernikahan sirri, melalui pemahaman kontekstual dengan menggunakan pendekatan fikih, agar dapat menentukan hukum yang pasti dari berbagai variasi pernikahan sirri yang terjadi di masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research) yaitu meneliti dan menelaah berdasarkan sumber-sumber kepustaakan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftif (menguraikan sumber-sumber yang diperoleh dan kemudian dianalisis) dengn menggunakan langkah kerja pemahaman hadis yang terdiri dari takhrij hadis, natijah, dan pemahaman matan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwapernikahan sirri yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah pernikahan yang tidak sesuai sunnah, dalil-dalil yang medukung kesimpulan ini penulis dapat dari pemahaman hadis-hadis Nabi: 1. pernikahan adalah kegiatan yang tidak boleh hanya dihadiri subjek utama (mempelai pria dan wanita saja), namun harus dihadiri minimal oleh satu orang wali dan dua orang saksi, 2. Pernikahan adalah kegiatan yang tidak boleh ditutupi dan harus disebarluaskan kepada masayarakat, 3. Walimah pernikahan adalah kegiatan yang sangat diperintahkan oleh Nabi walaupun dilaksanakan secara sederhana. Walimah dapat juga berfungsi sebagai media penyebarluasan berita pernikahan.

Abstract

One of the efforts of the scholars in sterilizing the hadith from counterfeiting is to criticize the hadith. Because by criticizing a hadith it will be known whether the hadith is authentic, da'eef, or maudhu '. Criticism of the hadith itself is divided into two, namely criticism of matan and sanad. Historically, criticism of Matan was born earlier than criticism of Sanad. Matan criticism was already in the time of the Prophet Muhammad, while sanad criticism only emerged after the slander among Muslims, namely the division between them following the killing of Usman bin Affan in 35 AH To determine whether or not a hadith was accepted, the hadith scholars have establish the rules of the righteousness. Where all of that has been poured out in detail in the discussions of science must al-hadith. But lately, the jurists who have an interest in using hadith as a source of law, do not stop at the testing set by muhadditsin. They added some more testing criteria so that the hadith was truly believed to be something that was sourced from the Prophet and could be used as proof and practiced. Among these tests is confirming the Prophet's hadith with the Qur'an, sunnah masyhûrah and ‘general al-balwa. In this paper the author will try to explore briefly related to this issue which includes: How are the views of scholars (muhaddits and fuqaha ') regarding the confirmation of the hadith with the above three things, the arguments used by scholars related to their opinions, and their practical examples in in confirming the hadith.

Abstract

This study wants to examine the perception of students and their understanding of misogynistic Hadith. Santri are students who pursue Islamic religious knowledge who live in a place called Pondok Pesantren, they are a group of learners led by a kiyai who has their own scientific traditions, such as reciting the Qur'an and hadith, reciting the yellow book and other Islamic sciences. The problems raised in this study are: first, how are the hadiths that talk about women who are considered misogenist hadiths, second is how the students' understanding of misogenic hadiths, and third, how do students perceive these misogenic hadiths.This research explores the speculation that develops in understanding Hadith which is classified as misogynistic, giving rise to many opinions in understanding it, the authors consider that santri have needs and are important in knowing this issue because they are scientific agents in society. This study uses a type of qualitative field research (field research), which includes observation, interviews and documentation. The author analyzed the data using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data analysis in qualitative research conducted during data collection and after data collection was completed. Based on this research, it is known that the students of the Salafiyah Hidayatul Qomariyah Islamic Boarding School Bengkulu do not yet know the term misogynist, but many of them agree that the Hadiths are classified as misogynistic, but there are also those who oppose the existence of this misogynist term. There are some students who understand every misogynistic Hadith that is examined textually, they understand what it is according to the Hadith text, but there are those who understand contextually by including knowledge of asbabul wurud Hadith, by looking at the conditions when the Hadith appears with its use in the present.
