Abstract

This research aims to understand the process of instilling nationalist values ​​through nationalism fiqh literacy at the Ma'had Aly Lirboyo, Kediri City. This study employs qualitative research methods. The main data source is interviews with mudir, mustahiq, munawwib, administrators, the graduates, and mahasantri Ma'had Aly Lirboyo. This research had three findings. First, the genealogy of nationalist values ​​in nationalism fiqh literacy in Ma'had Aly Lirboyo is rooted in the nationalism spirit of the kiais (masyayikh) of Pesantren Lirboyo. Second, the internalization methodology was formulated by studying bahtsul masail and Al-Mahalli deliberation and interpreting national verses and hadith using the ushul fiqh and fiqh rules approach. Third, the impact of internalization can be seen from two types of contributions: intellectual contributions in the form of scientific works by mahasantri for each generation (graduate), which are published every year, and practical contributions in the form of mahasantri's work in a society with a tolerant attitude, particularly while coexisting with adherents of different faiths or religions.

Abstract

The era of disruption has significantly transformed the education system, affecting its systemic, administrative, and technical aspects. These changes have altered the role of educators, challenging their centrality in the learning process as digital platforms increasingly shape educational interactions. In response to these challenges, it is essential to revisit foundational perspectives on teacher ethics to maintain the integrity of education. This study aims to analyze the ethical principles of educators as articulated by KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in Adab al-‘Alim wa al-Muta‘allim and examine their relevance in addressing the challenges of the disruptive era. The research employs a qualitative approach with a content analysis method, focusing on KH. Hasyim Asy'ari's ethical framework and its applicability in contemporary education. The findings indicate that KH. Hasyim Asy'ari emphasizes a balance between spiritual and intellectual competencies as fundamental qualities of educators. His ethical principles advocate for the continuous moral, intellectual, and professional development of teachers to ensure the sustainability of education amid rapid technological advancements. This study contributes to the field of Islamic education by providing a contextualized understanding of classical teacher ethics in the modern era. It highlights the enduring relevance of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari’s ethical framework as a foundation for shaping educators who can navigate and adapt to the evolving educational landscape while maintaining pedagogical integrity.

Abstract

Tanah merupakan bagian dari hukum agraria sesuai dengan ketentuan yang tersirat di dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1960 sebagaimana disebutkan dalam pasal 49 ayat 3 yang menyatakan bahwa Perwaqafan tanah milik dilindungi dan diatur dengan Peraturan Pemerintah. Namun di Dusun Gatok Desa Sepawon Kecamatan Plosoklaten, Kabupaten Kediri ini merupakan tanah milik negara eks dari Hak Guna Usaha PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII dan masjid al-hikmah dibangun diatas tanah tersebut. Penelitian ini mengungkap tentang bagaimana pemanfaatan tanah milik Negara, bagaimana status hukum tanah milik negara yang di atasnya dibangun masjid dalam perspektif fikih wakaf. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam laporan ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research). Hasil Penelitian ini tanah di Dusun Gatok Desa Sepawon merupakan tanah milik negara eks HGU milik PTPN XII yang masih dalam proses pengajuan untuk mendapatkan penerbitan sertifikat. Sampai saat ini pula kebijakan pemerintah belum berjalan maksimal walaupun masyarakat Dusun Gatok ini sudah memperjuangkan hak baru mereka atas tanah tersebut. Tanah milik negara yang diatasnya dibangun masjid tidak secara otomatis menjadi tanah wakaf karena tanah tersebut tidak memenuhi rukun wakaf yaitu adanya wakif tanah tersebut. Hal ini selaras seperti status hukum tanah Masjid al Hikmah Dusun Gatok yang dibangun di atas tanah milik negara yang hingga sampai saat ini masih dalam sengketa antara pihak masyarakat dan pihak perkebunan. Akan tetapi tanah tersebut bisa di beri sertifikat wakaf oleh pemerintah melalui proses pemberian hak atas tanah tersebut dengan cara nadzir mengajukan permohonan, tetapi tidak ada akta ikrar wakafnya.

Abstract

It is undeniable that at this time technology has developed very rapidly. Various kinds of electronic media were created to facilitate human affairs such as television, mobile phones, tablets, laptops, computers, and so on. With the development of the times, there is nothing wrong with starting to use electronic media as a learning resource, even though electronic media is seen as having many disadvantages but there are great benefits if electronic media can be used as well as possible. Darussalam Lirboyo Kediri Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools that allows students to use electronic media as a source of media for learning. This study uses a quantitative approach, the number of samples is 50 students using purposive sampling. The research instrument uses a scale, namely the electronic scale media, with a reliability value of = 0.872 and a learning success scale with a reliability value of = 0.926. The results of this study are (1) the level of use of electronic media among students at the Pondok Pesantren Putri Unit Darussalam Lirboyo Kediri has a moderate level of use of electronic media that is 38%, (2) The rate of learning success among students at the Pondok Pesantren Putri Unit Darussalam Lirboyo Kediri Has a level of moderate, namely 42%, (3) There is an influence of the use of electronic media on the success of learning among students at the Pondok Pesantren Putri Darussalam Lirboyo Unit Kediri. which is evidenced by the slight influence between the use of electronic media on learning success that is equal to 18.1%.
