Abstract

Abstrak Kasus kecelakaan kerja di Divisi UPP dari tahun ke tahun mengalami kenaikan, pada tahun 2017 terjadi 7 kasus, tahun 2018 terjadi 8 kasus, hingga bulan September 2019 telah terjadi 6 kasus kecelakaan kerja. Hasil survei kecelakaan pekerja disebabkan oleh perilaku tidak aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pekerja. Jenis penelitian ini. adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional menggunakan metode simple random sampling yaitu sejumlah 60 pekerja, instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi dan kuesioner. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni-Juli 2020. Hasil uji statistik uji Chi-square menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pekerja adalah usia (p=0,039), pengetahuan (p=0,041), sikap (p=0,006), kelelahan kerja (p=0,028). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara masa kerja (p=0,517), tingkat pendidikan (p=0,438), stres kerja (p=0,896) dan manual material handling (p=0,493) dengan perilaku pekerja. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara usia, pengetahuan, sikap, kelelahan kerja dengan perilaku pekerja, tidak terdapat hubungan antara masa kerja, tingkat pendidikan, stres kerja, manual material handling dengan perilaku pekerja. This type of research is an analytic observational with the approach of cross sectional using the method of simple random sampling namely a number of 60 workers, the instruments used were the observation sheets and questionnaires. The study was conducted in June-July 2020. The results of the test Chi-square showed that the variables related to workers’ behavior were age (p = 0.039), knowledge (p = 0.041), attitude (p = 0.006), work fatigue (p. = 0.028). There is no relationship between tenure (p = 0.517), education level (p = 0.438), work stress (p = 0.896) and manual material handling (p = 0.493) with workers’ behavior. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between age, knowledge, attitudes, work fatigue and workers’ behavior, there is no relationship between tenure, education level, work stress, manual material handling and workers’ behavior.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemuda menjadi perhatian utama dalam masyarakat di berbagai kalangan di setiap bidang.Peran pemuda dalam masyarakat sebagai pembentukan karakter yang baik, harus memiliki nilai-nilai luhur, berjiwa sosial dan membangun serta cinta tanah air. Fenomena yang berkembang di daerah Karang Penang Sampang, banyak pemuda yang sangat antusias mengikuti majelis ini, karena adanya anggota-anggota majelis ini yang keseluruhannya dari kalangan pemuda, dari ketua, vokalis shalawatnya, dan penabuh banjarinya. Dua tahun sebelum adanya majelis shalawat At-Taufiq, kondisi masyarakat yang cukup memprihantinkan. Seperti pemudanya yang suka hiburan malam, nonkrong di malam hari yang tidak jelas, minuman- inuman keras, dan lainnya. Dengan itu Gus Khoiron yang sekarang selaku Ketua Umum membentuk sebuah majelis yakni majelis shalawat At-Taufiq. Metode peneltian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan, prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa perkataan lisan atau urutan kata yang tertulis dari orang-orang yang diamati dan pendekatan ini diarahkan pada latar individu secara holistis (utuh). Dalam penelitian kualitatif, penulis menjadi instrumen kunci (human instrument) yang berfungsi menetapkan fokus penelitian, mencari dan memilih informan sebagai sumber data, mengumpulkan data, menilai kualitas data, analisis data, menafsirkan data dan membuat kesimpulan atas hasil temuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian seorang pemuda banyak yang berubah positif. Segala upaya yang ditempuh majelis At-Taufiq untuk membangun rohani anak-anak muda selalu dilakukan sesuai dengan melibatkan selera mereka, serta tidak dilakukan secara spontan namun bertahap. Membangun komitemen, motivasi, semangat ukhwah dan dzikir yang terus dilakukan serta bermunajat kepada Allah. Tidak hanya kerohanian, tapi juga memberikan dorongan dan dukungan pada anak-anak  muda untuk memperkuat kecintaan pada Rasulullah SAW serta menjalin tali silaturrahim dengan para ulama dan habaib.

Abstract

The impact of Covid-19 Virus is very significant for Indonesia economic, especially for small traders or generally called Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In connection with the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic which is more better, the tourism in Cisarua Bogor has also begun to be visited by visitors so that the SMEs have also begun to actively trade again. Along with this, the community service is carried out with the aim of providing socialization and training to SMEs regarding the financial transaction recording system in their businesses. The methods used are socialization, counseling, discussion, interviews and training to SMEs around Cibereum Village RT.001 / RW.006, Cisarua District, Bogor Regency. This activity lasted for 2 (two) weeks starting from preparation and planning, while the implementation of the activity is 2 (two) days, and the community service Team is 17 lecturers of STIE Ganesha Jakarta were followed by 10 lecturers of Management and 7 lecturers of Accounting. The results obtained from counseling and discussion is SMEs understand if the importance of financial recording in their business. While the results of training and mentoring, the SMEs feel more clearly and on path about the entry and exit of funds from their business results and the application is also quite easy to understand. The advice that can be given is that SME traders who have not yet recorded should immediately start implementing financial records even though with simple record and for SME traders who already have records but not yet neat, should start tidying up the financia lrecord transactions according to what has been explained above.

Abstract

In today's digital era, education requires innovation to enhance students' interest in learning, especially in mathematics, which is often perceived as challenging. This study targets the development of mobile learning-based media for MTs students in Pasuruan Regency, aiming to boost student engagement and participation in mathematics. Nine grade IX students participated as subjects in this study. Employing the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), the research sought to create learning media that is valid, practical, and effective. Instruments included questionnaires to evaluate student effectiveness and interest, alongside expert validation for content and media. The findings revealed that the mobile learning media achieved rigorous standards, with positive feedback from both experts and students. Notably, 78% of students reported that the media facilitated a better understanding of mathematics topics such as algebra and geometry, which were previously difficult. Additionally, 85% of students exhibited increased interest in learning following the use of this media. The data further indicated a 25% improvement in mathematics comprehension post-implementation. These results suggest that the mobile learning media is effective in enhancing both interest and understanding of mathematics, making it a viable tool for educational settings. This study makes a valuable contribution to enriching learning methodologies that are accessible anytime, anywhere, offering students greater learning flexibility.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi di MAN Sidoarjo, proses pembelajaran biologi sudah dilaksanakan cukup baik, dengan memberikan kesempatan pada siswa belajar secara mandiri (student centered) namun siswa belum sepenuhnya belajar secara aktif, dan efektif. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 60% siswa memiliki masalah mengenai kesulitan belajar yang dialami. Masalah-masalah yang disampaikan selalu pada masalah kognitif tingkat tinggi yang ditemukan siswa dari membaca buku yang dimiliki. Siswa juga mengalami kesulitan ketika menghadapi soal cerita (naratif) yang panjang dengan penjelasan suatu fenomena. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa tergolong belum memiliki keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan model inkuiri dapat meningkatkan berpikir tingkat tinggi dan hasil belajar pada siswa kelas X IPA 1 pada MAN Sidoarjo. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang bertujuan untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di kelas, sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, karena data yang dihasilkan berupa deskripsi, sedangkan data kuantitatif diubah menjadi data kua­li­tatif dengan cara dideskripsikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata persentase berpikir tingkat tinggi pada siklus I adalah 44,95% dan mengalami peningkatan menjadi 70,58% pada siklus II. Ketuntasan hasil belajar secara klasikal pada siklus I adalah 47,05% dan pada siklus II diperoleh ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 88,23%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran inkuiri dapat meningkatkan berpikir tingkat tinggi dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The success of education is marked by outputs that lead to the realization of morality and character formation in real life. Religious knowledge is part of the process of internalizing the character of students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Aims to describe, and analyze the planning, implementation, and internationalization model of character values through learning Ta'lim Al Muta'alim at Madrasah Nurul Muttaqin Bojonegoro. As primary data sources are the head of the madrasah, waka curriculum, and teachers, data collection through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis through data collection, condensation, data display, and data verification. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The planning includes; a) material, b) objectives, c) learning methods, and d) needs analysis in learning. (2) The process of internalizing character values through learning the book of Ta'lim Al-Mut'allim uses three stages: 1) Value transformation. At this stage, the focus is on understanding the value material in the Ta'lim Al-Mut'allim book. 2) Value transaction occurs two-way reciprocal interaction between students and teachers actively. 3) Character trans-internalization stage. At this stage, the teacher and students begin to correlate the character values in the Kitab Ta'lim Al-Mut'allim, which can be implemented in real life. (3) The internalization model of character values through learning the book of Ta'lim Al-Mut'allim using the Tadzkiroh model, (2) Istiqomah Model, (3) Iqra-Fikir-Dhikr Model.

Abstract

For humans, carbohydrates are a crucial nutrient that the body uses to produce energy. Additionally, carbohydrates aid in the body's digestion of extra protein. White rice flour (Oryza sativa L.) is a common energy source in the community with a high carbohydrate content. This research was done to find out how different hydrolysis times affected the amount of carbohydrates in white rice flour (Oryza sativa L.). The Schoorl Luff method is used to determine the carbohydrate content of commercial white rice flour. HCl 1 N was used as a catalyst to hydrolyze white rice flour, with different hydrolysis periods of 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes, 150 minutes, and 180 minutes. A schoorl luff, a source of Cu2+, was used to assess the hydrolysis results and titrated iodometrically. With a time of 180 minutes and a weight-to-water ratio of 63.99%, the findings of determining the ideal carbohydrate content in commercial white rice flour were obtained.

Abstract

Introduction to New Student Campus Life (PKKMB) is a crucial component in preparing students to face academic and professional challenges. This activity outlines the implementation of an integrated PKKMB program at the Dwi Farma Pharmacy Academy in Bukittinggi for new students in the D-III Pharmacy program. The main innovation of this program lies in the combination of three key elements: comprehensive academic preparation, guest lectures from experienced pharmacy practitioners, and intensive personal development training.The implementation methods include curriculum orientation sessions, interactive discussions with industry experts, and soft skills workshops. Program evaluation is conducted through pre-tests and post-tests, as well as participant satisfaction surveys. Results show a significant improvement in students' understanding of the D-III Pharmacy curriculum structure, insights into various career prospects in the pharmaceutical field, and mastery of soft skills relevant to industry demands. This integrated PKKMB model proves effective in bridging the gap between academic expectations and professional realities. The success of this program can serve as a reference for other pharmaceutical vocational education institutions in designing orientation programs that are not only informative but also inspirational and industry-oriented. Recommendations for further development include involving alumni as mentors and closer collaboration with industry partners

Abstract

This article aims to review the Supreme Court (MA) decisions in 1986 and 2017 regarding requests for interfaith marriages from the perspective of progressive legal. Law of the Republic of Indonesia no. 1 of 1974 concerning indecisive marriages in regulating interfaith marriages, this has become one of the factors in the number of submissions of interfaith marriages to the District Court. Heterogeneous Indonesian society and the influence of the globalization era have made the increasing submission of interfaith marriages in Indonesia. This study is a normative study and data obtained from copies of Supreme Court decisions and books and scientific articles related to the topic of discussion. The results showed that the 1986 MA ruling considered philosophical, sociological and juridical aspects and the 2017 MA ruling considered juridical aspects.
