Abstract

Purpose The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of social media marketing and fanaticism on purchasing decisions through consumptive behavior as an intervening variable in purchasing NCT albums. Methodology The population in this study is NCTzens in the Greater Jakarta area. Purposive sampling technique with the characteristics of NCTzens who have bought NCT albums, obtained a total of 100 respondents. Data processing uses the SEM model with SmartPLS version 3.0 software. Findings The results showed that social media marketing and fanaticism had a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, social media marketing had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while fanaticism was not significant on purchasing decisions. Consumptive behavior positively mediates the relationship between social media marketing and fanaticism towards purchasing decisions. Suggestion The fanatical nature of a fan does not necessarily lead to a change in the decision to buy an album. Further research is needed for these two variables.

Abstract

In the face of increasingly fierce competition, retail companies need to implement innovative and adaptive marketing strategies to maintain and expand their market share. This research aims to examine effective marketing strategies in increasing market share in the retail industry. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research results show that market share in the retail business is crucial for company dominance and competitiveness. Companies with a large market share can attract more consumers, increase sales, and gain an advantage in price negotiations with suppliers. The increase in market share reflects success in attracting customers, increasing operational efficiency, and strengthening the image and interest of investors. As a market leader, a company can control prices, lead market trends, and innovate for sustainable growth. Factors such as competitive pricing strategies, strategic store locations, quality products, superior customer service, and innovation influence market share. By integrating these strategies, companies can maintain strong market share in a competitive retail environment, increase customer loyalty, and create long-term growth.

Data is collected through observation directly at the Cisoka Village location and interview with parties related like manager and supervisor of Cisoka Village . Research result show that empowerment source Power human resources (HR) in Cisoka Village , Citengah Village , District South Sumedang , via training and practice straight away , have succeed increase capacity public in manage destination tour . previous society not enough realize potency tourism in the village they now more understand and engage active in management tourist .
