Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris Pengaruh Kompetensi, motivasi dan kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas 1 Makassar. Hipotesis pertama yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hipotesis kedua yang diajukan adalah motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hipotesis ketiga yang diajukan adalah kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar antara bulan April sampai dengan Juni Tahun 2017 dengan metode sampling mengambil sampel dari Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar sebagai responden untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen baik secara parsial maupun simultan menggunakan regresi berganda. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Motivasi, Kepemimpinan, Kinerja ABSTRACK This study attempts to prove in empirical the influence of competence, motivation, and leadership of the performance of employees at the office District navigation class I Makassar. Hypothesis first filed in this research is competence impact on performance employees. Hypothesis second submitted is motivation impact on performance employees. Hypothesis third proposed is leadership impact on performance employees. This study was conducted in the District Navigation Class I Makassar between April until June 2017 with the methods of sampling her to take samples from civil servants the office navigation District Navigation Class I Makassar as respondents to know the influence of the independent variable againt the dependent variable for both a partial and simultaneous use regression worship of idols. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 80 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) dispilin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. 2) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. 3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. 4) disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar.Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan                                                                             ABSTRACT               This research has been done at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Branch of Panakkukang Makassar. The research method was quantitative approach. Technique of data collection was questionnaire method. The data analysis of this research applied multiple linear regression with 80 employees as a sample. Sampling technique in this research use saturated sampling technique.               Research result shows 1) work discipline has positive and significant influence on employees performance at PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) persepsi pengguna jasa layanan perizinan terhadap inovasi pelayanan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng, (2) kepuasan pengguna jasa terhadap inovasi yang sudah berjalan selama ini di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng, (3) Untuk mengetahui inovasi yang dikembangkan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng mulai bulan Nopember 2017 sampai dengan Januari 2018. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan mengambil sampel 100 pengguna jasa sebagai responden secara aksidental yang datang menggunakan layanan jasa perizinan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk mengetahui persepsi dan kepuasan pengguna jasa, data dianalisis menggunakan alat statistik deskriptif dan regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden memberikan persepsi positif terhadap inovasi Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng. Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan secara simultan, secara parsial 4 variabel yaitu Tangibel (penampilan), responsiveness (tanggap), assurance (jaminan), dan empathy (empati) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa, sedangkan variabel reliability (kehandalan) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa.Kata-kata Kunci :  Persepsi, Kualiatas Jasa, Kepuasan Pengguna Jasa, Inovasi. ABSTRACTThe aims of this study to know: (1) users perception of licensing services to innovation services at Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng; (2) users satisfaction toward current innovation at Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng (3) developed innovation at Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng.This study was conducted at Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng from November 2017 to January 2018. The research was identification survey with sample of 100 the users of as accidental respondents of the licenses user by using questionnaire. To identify the perception and satisfaction of service users, the data were analyzed using descriptive and multiple regression statistical tools.The research results shows that mostly respondent gave positive perception to innovation at Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng. Service Quality variables influence satisfaction simultaneously, partially 4 variables namely tangible, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have significant influence to user satisfaction, while reliability has no significant influence to user satisfaction.Keywords :  Perception, Service Quality, users satisfaction, innovation

Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Rektorat UIN Alauddin Makassar sebanyak 45 orang, Metode penarikan sampel dengan Metode Sensus. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 142 orang pegawai. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 59 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi dan Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, Profesionalisme, Kinerja Pegawai. ABSTRACT This research aims: 1) To determine the effect of leadership on the performance of employees at the Office of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng. 2) To determine the effect of communication on the performance of employees at the Office of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng. 3) To determine the effect of professionalism to the performance of employees in the Office of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng. 4) To determine the effect of leadership, communication and professionalism of the performance of employees in the Office of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng. The research was conducted at the Office of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng with a total population of 142 employees. The research sample was determined by using the formula slovin thus obtained sample of 59 people. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Leadership positive and significant effect partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng. 2) Communication positive and significant effect partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng. 3) Professionalism positive and significant effect partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng. 4) Leadership, Communication and Professionalism positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng. Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are: 1. To analyze the influence of Simultaneous export procedure, Letter of Credit (L/C) andTransportation training toward international trade. 2. To analyze the influence of Partial export training toward international trade access. 3. To analyze the influence of partial L/C training toward international trade access. 4. To analyze the influence of partial Transportation training toward international trade access. This research done at BP3ED Department of commerce and industry of South Sulawesi Province. This research used accidental sampling method with 71 training participant data analyze in this research used validity, reability and multiple linear regression analyze test processed by using SPSS 31. The results of this research, as follow: 1. Export procedure, L/C and transportation training gave positive and significant influence toward international trade access. 2. Export procedure training give positive and significant influence toward influence toward international trade access. 3. L/C training give positive influence, however it did not give significant influence on international trade access. 4. Transportation training give positive influence, however it did not give significant influence on international trade access. Key words: export, L/C, transportation, international trade.

Abstract

ABSTRACT IRWAN. The Influence of Work Discipline, Career Development and Compensation to Employee Performance of Permatabank Makassar ( Supervised by Gunawan Bata Ilyas, and Abdul Razak Munir) This study aims to: (1) analyze the influence of working discipline on employee performance Permatabank Makassar, (2) analyze the influence of career development on employee performance of Permatabank Makassar (3) analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance Permatabank Makassar and (4) analyze working discipline, career development. and compensation effect simultaneously on employee performance og Permatabank Makassar. The research was conducted at Permatabank Makassar and the object of this research were of the bank. Sample were taken from five (5) conventional branches and one (1) sharia branch of Permatabank Makassar. The research was conducted for two months from February until April 2017. The research method used was quantitative approach where data were collected by using questionnaire distribution to the employees. Census sampling methoed was applied during data collection. The data werw then analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis with the amount of sample is 140 employees. The result of the research shows that individually all factors analyzed (working discipline, career development and compensation) positive and significant effect on employee performance of Permatabank Makassar, and therefore when all factors were analyzed together with the performance, the results were also positive and significant. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Permatabank Makassar, (2) menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan Permatabank Makassar.(3) menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Permatabank Makassar dan(4) menganalisis apakah disiplin kerja, pengembangan karir. dan kompensasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan Permatabank Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan kantor Permatabank Makassar dimana terdiri dari lima (5) cabang konvensional dan satu (1) cabang syariah. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama dua bulan yaitu bulan Pebruari sampai dengan bulan April 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode angket/kuisioner. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode sampling jenuh (sensus). Analisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 140 orang karyawan. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengaruh motivasi kerja, komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor dinas perhubungan komunikasi dan informatika kabupaten soppeng”dibimbing oleh Hasmin dan Abdul Rasak Munir. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, Komunikasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) Kabupaten Soppeng. Dan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana Motivasi, Komunikasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) Kabupaten Soppeng.Data dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif yaitu dengan analisis regresi linear berganda yang digunakan untuk mengukur pengaruh Motivasi, Komunikasi, dan Lingkungan kerja, Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) Kabupaten Soppeng. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh yang Positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) Kabupaten Soppeng, Komunikasi memiliki pengaruh yang Positif dan Tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) Kabupaten Soppeng, Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang Positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) Kabupaten Soppeng. Secara Simultan variabel Motivasi, Komunikasi, dan Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) Kabupaten Soppeng. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, communication, and the Working Environment on Employee Performance Department of Communication and Information (KOMINFO) Soppeng. And to analyze the extent of Motivation, Communication and Working Environment influence simultaneously on Employee Performance Department of Communication and Information (KOMINFO) Soppeng. This research was conducted in the Department of Communication and Information (KOMINFO) Soppeng.Data District were analyzed using descriptive and quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis were used to measure the effect of motivation, communication, and the working environment, Employee Performance Department of Communication and Information Technology (KOMINFO ) Soppeng. The results showed that motivation has influence Positive significantly to employee performance Department of Communication and Information (KOMINFO) Soppeng, Communication influence positive and not significantly influence employee performance Department of Communication and Information (KOMINFO) Soppeng, work environment has an influence Positive and significant impact on the performance of an employee Department of Communication and Information (KOMINFO) Soppeng. Abstract

Purpose: This research aimed to analyze the role of perceived risk in the relationship between brand awareness and purchase intention. This research is important because the perceived risk of online purchasing can influence consumer purchasing behavior.Design/methodology/approach: This research used an explanatory study with a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on 112 Shopee users in Makassar City. Data were collected through an online questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the AMOS application and the Sobel Test to test the indirect relationship.Findings: Risk, financial risk, time risk, delivery risk, and privacy risk were essential elements forming perceived risk. Brand awareness had a positive influence on purchase intention. Perceived risk was a variable that mediated the influence of brand awareness on purchase intention.Originality/value: The results of this research indicated that the more aware consumers are of a brand, the negative perceptions of the brand will appear due to the ease with which information was disseminated and accepted by consumers. Perception of risk is a factor that can reduce consumer buying interest. Consumer purchase intention towards a known brand will decrease if the brand is perceived as having a high risk.Research limitation: This research was conducted on most students who did not yet have stable financial capabilities. For further studies, we suggest using respondents who have better financial ability to provide a more tangible measurement of purchasing ability.Practical implication: Results showed that perceived risk could reduce the influence of brand awareness on purchase intention. Thus, minimizing risk, ensuring the absence of perceived negative things before choosing a brand, and ensuring consumer comfort in using a brand were factors encouraging purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the role of AMM is in improving the youth superstructure as well as the role of AMM in improving youth infrastructure in KNPI, South Sulawesi. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The number of informants in this study was the technique of studying the data in this study, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the role of the Muhammadiyah youth (AMM) in the superstructure of development and youth infrastructure in the South Sulawesi KNPI responded to the reality of advocating and promoting action as a forum for struggle, then reviving communication forums through discussion activities such as social dialogue, then youth and nationality and local-based FGDs on an ongoing basis, as well as becoming a cadre laboratory as a process of youth regeneration efforts in South Sulawesi, and increasing harmonization, solidity and synergy as an effort to cement the OKP plurality in KNPI South Sulawesi. Suggestions in this study are the Chairman of KNPI Sulsel to further promote youth values in terms of infrastructure and youth superstructure. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran AMM dalam pembenahan suprastruktur kepemudaan serta bagaimana peran AMM dalam pembenahan infrastruktur kepemudaan di KNPI Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskripsi Kualitatif. Adapun jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran angkatan muda muhammadiyah (AMM) dalam pembangunan suprastruktur dan infrastruktur kepemudaan di KNPI Sulawesi Selatan merespon realitas yakni melakukan advokasi dan menggalakkan aksi sebagai wadah perjuangan, kemudian menghidupkan forum-forum komunikasi melalui kegiatan diskusi seperti dialog social kemasyarakatan, kemudian kepemudaan dan kebangsaan serta FGD yang berbasis local secara berkesinambungan, serta menjadi laboratorium kader sebagai proses upaya regenerasi kepemudaan di Sulawesi selatan, dan meningkatkan harmonisasi, soliditas dan sinergitas sebagai upaya merekatkan kemajemukan OKP yang ada di KNPI Sulawesi Selatan. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah Ketua umum KNPI Sulsel agar lebih menggalakkan lagi nilai-nilai kepemudaan dari segi infrastruktur dan suprastruktur kepemudaaan.
