Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang meliputi keandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, kepedulian dan bukti nyata terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada pelayanan rawat inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa data sekunder, yang bersumber dari dokumentasi dan laporan tertulis yang dibuat secara berkala dan berhubungan dengan pokok permasalahan yang sedang diteliti dan data primer yang bersumber dari hasil sebaran kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pasien rawat inap sesuai sampel yang dibutuhkan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Keandalan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar; 2) Ketanggapan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar; 3) Kepastian/jaminan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar; 4) Kepedulian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar; 5) Bukti Nyata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar; 6) Kualitas Pelayanan berupa keandalan, ketanggapan, kepastian/jaminan, kepedulian dan bukti nyata secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar. Kata Kunci: Keandalan, Ketanggapan, Kepastian/jaminan, Kepedulian, Bukti Nyata, Kepuasan Pasien. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of service quality dimensions which include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, care and evidence to the satisfaction of patients in Makassar Bhayangkara Hospital. The research was conducted on inpatient care at Makassar Bhayangkara Hospital. The source of the data in this research is secondary data, sourced from the documentation and written reports are made regularly and deals with the subject matter being studied and the primary data sourced from the distribution of questionnaires given to inpatients according the required sample. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis The results showed that; 1) Reliability positive and significant effect partially on patient satisfaction in Makassar Bhayangkara Hospital; 2) Responsiveness positive and significant effect partially on patient satisfaction in Makassar Bhayangkara Hospital; 3) The assurance/guarantee positive and significant effect partially on patient satisfaction in Makassar Bhayangkara Hospital; 4) Concern positive and significant effect partially on patient satisfaction in Makassar Bhayangkara Hospitals; 5) Real Evidence positive and significant effect partially on patient satisfaction in Makassar Bhayangkara Hospital; 6) Quality of Service in the form of reliability, responsiveness, assurance/guarantee, care and evidence together positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction in Makassar Bhayangkara Hospital. Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the effect of implementing review assignment-based literacy learning on reading comprehension learning outcomes for class V students at UPT SDN 1 Enrekang. This type of research is an equation experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The data collection methods used are learning outcomes tests to measure learning outcomes in reading comprehension, questionnaires to measure students' reading interest, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical approaches and inferential analysis. The results of the research on the application of review assignment-based literacy learning with a significance value of reading interest of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 with the decision that there is an influence of the application of review assignment-based literacy learning to increase reading interest in class V students and the significance value of reading comprehension learning outcomes is 0.000 smaller than 0.05 with the decision that there is an influence of implementing review assignment-based literacy learning to improve reading comprehension learning outcomes in fifth grade students
