Abstract

Pantai Oesapa merupakan salah pantai tujuan wisata yang terletak di Kecamatan Kelapa Lima, Kota Kupang. Letak Pantai Oesapa adalah di pesisir teluk Kupang yang cukup dekat dengan Pantai Selatan (Samudra Hindia). Oleh karena itu Pantai Oesapa juga sangat rentan terhadap bahaya Tsunami, maka perlu adanya upaya penanggulangan terhadap bahaya tsunami sejak dini terhadap Pantai Oesapa, sehingga wisatawan yang datang ke Pantai Oesapa tetap merasa aman dan nyaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi dengan melakukan observasi dan kajian secara langsung di lapangan terhadap berbagai kondisi guna mengetahui seberapa besar dampak dan kerusakan yang mungkin terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: a) Menghitung waktu yang diperlukan oleh gelombang tsunami dari pusat patahannya ke Pantai Oesapa. b) Memperkirakan lokasi atau jarak penempatan alat detector peringatan dini. c) Mengkaji situasi yang ada di lapangan terhadap dampak yang akan ditimbulkan oleh gelombang tsunami. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: waktu datang gelombang tsunami adalah 20,52 menit setelah terjadi dislokasi.; Lokasi pemasangan alat detector peringatan dini pada jarak 67,6 km dari garis pantai, sehingga memberikan waktu sekitar 15 menit bagi wisatawan untuk menyelamatkan diri.; Daerah yang terkena gelombang tsunami secara langsung adalah seluruh daerah pesisir Teluk Kupang, yang memiliki elevasi kurang dari 45.3 m.; Pantai wisata Oesapa juga berpotensi terkena gelombang tsunami secara langsung, karena memiliki elevasi kurang dari 45,3 m.

Abstract

Road pavement is a layer of pavement structure that is located on the subgrade. In determining the thickness of flexible pavement in this research, the 2017 Road Pavement Design Manual method was used. The location of this research is the Baumata - Penfui road section in West Baumata Village, Taebenu District, Kupang Regency with a total road length of 3.5 km and a width of 4.5 m. Existing road pavement in the form of macadam along 2.7 km. The data used in this research are primary data in the form of traffic volume, dynamic cone penetrometer and road geometry, while secondary data is in the form of location maps. Based on the results, it was found that the LHR for commercial vehicles was 110 vehicles per day, for the CESA4 value it was 1221707.63 ESAL, for CESA5 it was 1467536 ESAL, for the land CBR value it was 11%. Using the MKJI 2017 method with a design age of 20 years, the pavement structure was obtained, namely LFB class B 12.5 cm, LFA class A 25 cm, HRS-Base 3.5 cm, HRS-WC 3 cm

Abstract

Labuan Bajo is the city center of West Manggarai Regency, known as a tourist city that has one of the seven wonders of the world, namely the Komodo Island tourist attraction, which makes Labuan Bajo city crowded with local and foreign tourists. There are several road sections in Labuan Bajo that are still ineffective due to certain factors. One of them is the performance of the Soekarno Hatta road section which is still ineffective due to the activities of food places (culinary tourism of the village end), docks, shops, hotels and offices that cause roadside obstacles that cause congestion. The performance of the road section is analyzed based on the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) in 2023. Based on the results of research and field observations, it shows that the large number of vehicles parked and stopped (side obstacles) on the road section is not balanced with parking facilities. This results in the actual speed of the road section becoming lower at 13 km / h. The performance of the road section based on the results of the saturation degree analysis (Q/C ratio) is at service level F with a saturation degree (DS) value of 1.08, with volume above road capacity, long queue, and low speed, because internal resistance is very high and drivers are starting to experience short-duration congestion.
