Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk, fungsi, dan makna dari tindak tutur direktif pada interaksi guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas VII MTs Muhammadiyah Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pedekatan kualitafif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data penelitian berupada tuturan antara guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak, rekam, dan catat. Analisis data dalam penelitian, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat bentuk dan fungsi dari tindak tutur direktif. Bentuk dari tindak tutur direktif yang berlangsung ada 3 (tiga), yaitu modus deklaratif, modus interogatif, dan modus imperatif. Ditemukan 8 (delapan) fungsi tindak tutur direktif, yaitu mengajak, memerintah, menyarankan, meminta, menuntut, melarang, memberi nasihat, dan memberi izin.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the moral values contained in the short story collection Kain Batik Ibu, particularly the short stories Saat Berkemas by Lucia Priandarini S., Kain Batik Ibu by Fanny J. Poyk, and Pohon Rambutan by Dadang Sukandar. This research employs a didactic approach with a descriptive qualitative method based on the moral values theory proposed by Nurgiyantoro (2013). The research data consist of narratives, dialogues, and character actions containing moral values found in the three short stories. The data source is the book Kain Batik Ibu, published by KOEKOESAN in collaboration with AJB Bumiputera 1912 in 2010. Data collection was carried out using reading and note-taking techniques, while data validity was tested through theoretical triangulation. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the moral values are classified into three moral relationships: the relationship between humans and God, the relationship between humans and other people in a social context, and the relationship between humans and themselves. The identified moral values include prayer, perseverance, deliberation, harmony, solidarity, simplicity of life, and wisdom. These moral values are conveyed through character portrayal, dialogue, conflict, and events experienced by the characters in the story. This research is expected to enrich literary studies, especially regarding moral values in short stories, and serve as a source of character education for readers and students.
