Hasil observasi di sekolah, pembelajaran IPA Terpadu belum dapat diterapkan, karena belum tersedianya perangkat pembelajaran IPA Terpadu. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian pengembangan LKS IPA yang memadukan beberapa kompetensi dasar dalam sebuah tema. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D, akan tetapi hanya sampai pada tahap pengembangan (develop). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan LKS yang dikembangkan yaitu LKS yang tidak menggunakan media cetak, tetapi menggunakan media informatika dengan sistem komputerisasi off line. LKS berbantuan Microsoft Expression Web Tema Pencemaran Lingkungan dan Kesehatan untuk siswa MTs kelas VII. LKS di buat dalam bentuk Microsoft Power Point dan Microsoft Word yang Link (bertautan) dengan Microsoft Expression Web dan beberapa buku penunjang BSE. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata presentasi aspek kelayakan isinya adalah 87,45%, aspek kelayakan penyajian 92,85% dan aspek kelayakan bahasa 90% yang berarti LKS yang dikembangkan layak digunakan. Hal ini juga didukung dengan presentasi hasil tanggapan guru 93,35%, presentasi hasil tanggapan siswa 95% dan peningkatan (gain) sebesar 0,35 dengan kriteria sedang, yang berarti LKS ini berpengaruh baik terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Result on observations at the school, teaching Integrated Science can not be applied, because of the unavailability of the Integrated science teaching. Therefore the development of research that combines science worksheets some basic competence in a theme. This study uses a model of the development of 4-D, but only reached the stage of development (develop). The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the developed worksheets that do not use print media, but using media informatics with a computerized system off line. Worksheet assisted Microsoft Expression Web Themes Pollution and Health for students of class VII MTs. Worksheet is made in the form of Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Word link with Microsoft Expression Web and several books supporting BSE. Based on the results, the average presentation aspects of the feasibility of its content is 87.45%, 92.85% presenting aspects of feasibility and feasibility aspects of the language of 90% which means that developed Worksheet fit for use. It is also supported by the presentation of the results of teachers' responses 93.35%, presenting the results of student responses and 95% increase (gain) of 0.35 with the criterion being, which means Worksheet this contributes to student learning outcomes.

This research aims to determine the impact of the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing independent learning on student learning motivation at Mts Negeri Batang. This research uses a quantitative research design with a case study approach. This design makes it possible to gain an in-depth understanding of the impact of the effectiveness and efficiency of Merdeka Belajar implementation on student learning motivation at MTs Negeri Batang. The population of this study were all students at MTs Negeri Batang. In this research, a simple random sample will be taken consisting of 100 students from various class VII and VIII groups at MTs Negeri Batang. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Based on the analysis of the impact of the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of Merdeka Belajar on student learning motivation at MTs Negeri Batang, several main findings were found 1) The implementation of Merdeka Belajar can increase student learning motivation. Students become more motivated, independent, and actively participate in the learning process. 2) Positive impacts on student learning motivation are produced through learning independence, active student participation, use of appropriate resources, teacher involvement, and use of technology. 3) Implementation of Merdeka Belajar provides efficiency in the use of resources, including the time and effort of students and teachers. The use of technology is also a supporting factor for efficiency in this implementation. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak efektivitas dan efisiensi implementasi merdeka belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di Mts Negeri Batang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Desain ini memungkinkan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang dampak efektivitas dan efisiensi implementasi Merdeka Belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di MTs Negeri Batang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa yang berada di MTs Negeri Batang. Dalam penelitian ini, akan diambil sampel acak sederhana yang terdiri dari 100 siswa dari berbagai rombel kelas VII dan VIII di MTs Negeri Batang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Berdasarkan analisis dampak efektivitas dan efisiensi implementasi Merdeka Belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di MTs Negeri Batang, ditemukan beberapa temuan utama 1) Implementasi Merdeka Belajar dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Siswa menjadi lebih termotivasi, mandiri, dan aktif berpartisipasi dalam proses pembelajaran. 2) Dampak positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dihasilkan melalui kemandirian belajar, partisipasi aktif siswa, penggunaan sumber daya yang tepat, keterlibatan guru, dan pemanfaatan teknologi. 3) Implementasi Merdeka Belajar memberikan efisiensi dalam penggunaan sumber daya, termasuk waktu dan upaya siswa serta guru. Penggunaan teknologi juga menjadi faktor pendukung efisiensi dalam implementasi ini.

The implementation of academic supervision of teachers at MTs in Subah District still faces several obstacles. Initial observations show that academic supervision is still carried out manually, making it less efficient and not well documented. In addition, limited time and resources cause the supervision process to not be carried out optimally. As a result, many teachers do not get constructive feedback to improve the quality of their learning. So the author developed a website-based academic supervision application to improve the effectiveness of academic supervision. The hope of developing this website-based academic supervision application is that it can improve teacher pedagogical competence and improve the quality of academic supervision of MTs teachers in Subah District. This study uses the Research and Development method, with the Borg and Gall model that has been modified by Sugiyono. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires and observations. Data validity testing uses data source triangulation. The development stage involves experts and practitioners. The validity stage is carried out with a validation questionnaire from media experts and material experts, field trials, and effectiveness analysis to determine the effectiveness of developing a website-based academic supervision application. The results of the study on the analysis of the effectiveness of the development of this website-based academic supervision application can be seen in the field trial involving 25 teachers in three MTs in Subah District, obtained a total score of 1,782 with a maximum score of 2,000 so that an effectiveness value of 89.1% was obtained with a very effective category. This shows that the development of a website-based academic supervision application is effective and feasible to be implemented in MTs in Subah District. ABSTRAKPelaksanaan supervisi akademik guru di MTs Kecamatan Subah masih menghadapi beberapa kendala. Observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga kurang efisien dan tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik. Selain itu, keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya menyebabkan proses supervisi tidak dapat dilakukan secara optimal. Akibatnya, banyak guru yang tidak mendapatkan umpan balik yang konstruktif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran mereka. Sehingga penulis mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi supervisi akademik berbasis website untuk meningkatkan efektifitas supervisi akademik. Harapan dari pengembangan aplikasi supervisi akademik berbasis website ini dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dan meningkatkan kualitas supervisi akademik guru MTs di Kecamatan Subah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development, dengan model Borg and Gall yang telah di modifikasi oleh Sugiyono. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, angket dan observasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Tahap pengembangan melibatkan ahli dan praktisi. Tahap validitas dilakukan dengan angket validasi ahli media dan ahli materi, ujicoba lapangan, serta analisis efektifitas untuk mengetahui efektifitas pengembangan aplikasi supervisi akademik berbasis website. Hasil penelitian pada analisis efektifitas pengembangan aplikasi supervisi akademik berbasis website ini, dapat terlihat pada ujicoba lapangan yang melibatkan 25 guru di tiga MTs Kecamatan Subah diperoleh jumlah skor 1.782 dengan skor maksimal 2.000 sehingga diperoleh nilai efektifitas sebesar 89,1% dengan kategori sangat efektif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan aplikasi supervisi akademik berbasis website efektif dan layak diterapkan di MTs Kecamatan Subah.
