Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze: (1) the influence of the school principal's Visionary Leadership on School Quality, (2) the influence of Teacher Professional Competency on School Quality, (3) the influence of school culture on School Quality, and (4) the influence of the school principal's Visionary Leadership , Teacher Professional Competence and School Culture simultaneously affect School Quality. Population of 519 people, sample of 85 teachers. The instrument test used is the validity and reliability test. The classical assumption test uses the normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests, F test (ANOVA) and t test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded as follows: (1) The Principal's Visionary Leadership has significant effect on School Quality. This is based on the results of the t test, it is proven that the results of tcount ? ttable are 6.811 ? 1.291. The magnitude of the influence of the Principal's Visionary Leadership on the School Quality variable is 35.8%; (2) Teacher Professional Competence has significant effect on School Quality. This is based on the results of the t test, it is proven that tcount is 12.375 ? 1.291. The magnitude of the influence of Teacher Professional Competency on the School Quality variable is 64.9%; (3) School culture has significant effect on school quality. This is based on the results of the t test, it is proven that tcount = 10.006 > t table 1.291. The magnitude of the influence of School Culture on the School Quality variable is 54.7%; (4) The Principal's Visionary Leadership, Teacher Professional Competence and School Culture simultaneously influence the School Quality variable, obtaining lFcount of 62.886 > lFtable (62.886 > l2.71). The magnitude of the influence of the three independent variables is 68.8%. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh Kepemimpinan Visioner kepala sekolah terhadap Mutu Sekolah, (2) pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional Guru terhadap Mutu Sekolah, (3) pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap Mutu Sekolah, dan (4) pengaruh Kepemimpinan Visioner kepala sekolah, Kompetensi Profesional Guru dan Budaya Sekolah secara simultan terhadap Mutu Sekolah. Populasi 519 orang, sampel sebanyak 85 orang guru. Uji instrumen yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, uji F (ANOVA) dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) Kepemimpinan Visioner Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Mutu Sekolah. Hal ini berdasar hasil Uji t, terbukti hasil thitung ? ttabel yaitu 6,811 ? 1,291. Besarnya pengaruh Kepemimpinan Visioner Kepala Sekolah terhadap variabel Mutu Sekolah adalah 35,8%; (2) Kompetensi Profesional Guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Mutu Sekolah. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil uji t terbukti thitung sebesar 12,375 ? 1,291. Besarnya pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional Guru terhadap variabel Mutu Sekolah adalah 64,9% ; (3) Budaya Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Mutu Sekolah. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil uji t terbukti thitung = 10,006 > t table 1,291. Besarnya pengaruh Budaya Sekolah terhadap variabel Mutu Sekolah adalah 54,7% ; (4) Kepemimpinan Visioner Kepala Sekolah, Kompetensi Profesional Guru dan Budaya Sekolah secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel Mutu Sekolah diperoleh lFhitung sebesar 62,886 > lFtabel (62,886 > l2,71). Besarnya pengaruh dari ketiga variabel bebas adalah sebesar 68,8%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of the school principal's leadership style on the job satisfaction of Kindergarten (TK) teachers in Bergas District. The population in this study was 114 Kindergarten (TK) teachers in Bergas District, with a sample of 89 people using proportional random sampling techniques. The data collection method used is the questionnaire method. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests and simple linear regression analysis. Data were analyzed using the SPSS for Window version 25 program. From the research results, it can be seen that the average score for the teacher job satisfaction variable was 123.58, including the satisfied category, and the average score for the principal leadership style variable was 128.42, including the good category. The prerequisite test results from the research data obtained that the data was normally distributed, homogeneous, linear, not multicollinear, and there was no heteroscedasticity. From the hypothesis test, it was found that there was a positive influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher job satisfaction with the equation Y=14.617+0.916X which had a very strong correlation strength of 0.825. Kindergarten (TK) teachers' job satisfaction is influenced by the school principal's leadership style. The democratic leadership style is applied by involving teachers in every activity at school, respecting each other and giving teachers the opportunity to develop their initiative and creative abilities. Meanwhile, the supportive leadership style in providing support in completing teachers' tasks still needs to be improved. Keywords: Leadership style, Job satisfaction, Kindergarten teachers

Abstract

Teacher performance refers to the ability possessed by a teacher to carry out quality teaching activities. Academic supervision, principal managerial skills, and work motivation play a role in improving teacher performance. The aims of this research are (1) to determine the influence of academic supervision on teacher performance, (2) to determine the influence of the principal's managerial skills on teacher performance, (3) to determine the influence of work motivation on teacher performance, (4) to determine the influence of academic supervision and the principal's managerial skills , and work motivation simultaneously on teacher performance. The population in this study were all state elementary school teachers in Bulu District, Temanggung Regency, totaling 174 people with a research sample of 121 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests, hypothesis testing, and regression testing with the help of the SPSS 26 for Windows computer application. The results of the research show (1) there is a positive and significant influence of academic supervision on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Bulu District, Temanggung Regency, which isexpressed by the regression equation Ŷ = a + bX1, namely Ŷ = 46.795 + (0.387)X1, with a contribution of 43.7% ; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of the principal's managerial skills on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Bulu District, Temanggung Regency, which is expressed by the regression equation Ŷ = 59.269 + (0.277)X2 with a contribution of 21.1%; (3) there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on the performance of state elementary school teachers in Bulu District, Temanggung Regency, which is expressed by the regression equation Ŷ = 49.975 + (0.338)X3, with a contribution of 34.2%; (4) there is a positive and significant influence of academic supervision, principal managerial skills, and work motivation simultaneously on teacher performance which is expressed by the regression equation Ŷ = 15.241 + 0.275X1 + 0.121X2 + 0.220X3, with a contribution of 62.5%. Abstract

SD Krista Citra Temanggung carries out academic supervision in the independent curriculum to improve teacher pedagogical competence. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up of the principal's academic supervision in improving pedagogical competence in the independent curriculum at SD Krista Citra Temanggung. The research method is qualitative. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and document study. Data analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/verification. Validity test uses triangulation techniques. The research results show that academic supervision planning is carried out cooperatively, creatively, comprehensively, flexibly and continuously. 2) implementation of academic supervision through a coaching paradigm. 3) evaluation of academic supervision is delivered in general and in accordance with supervision principles. 4) follow-up to academic supervision in the form of providing motivation, coaching and solutions. The conclusion of the research is that the principal's academic supervision including planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up can improve pedagogical competence in the independent curriculum at SD Krista Citra Temanggung.

Abstract

Proper management in the adiwiyata school program will affect the success of the program implemented. This study aims to describe and analyze the activity planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the adiwiyata school program in building the independent character of SD Negeri 2 Kundisari, Temanggung Regency. The research method uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and documetation techniques. Qualitative data analysis includes data collection, data condensation, data display, conclusion drawing / verification. Test the validity of research results using triangulation techniques. The data obtained from the observations were adjusted to interview data or compared data from research subjects consisting of principals, teachers, students, committees, parents, and adiwiyata teams. The results showed that SD Negeri 2 Kundisari has implemented the adiwiyata school management function appropriately so that the program runs efficiently, effectively and the goals are achieved. This is evidenced by the following activities: (1) program planning is carried out by forming an adiwiyata team, compiling environmental studies, compiling and implementing environmental action plans, as well as supervision and evaluation, (2) organizing is carried out by dividing team tasks and communication and coordination systems (3) implementing activities including environmentally sound policies, implementation of environment-based curriculum, participatory based environmental activities, and management of supporting facilities that Environmentally friendly. (4) supervision includes internal supervision by school principals and teachers, external supervision by the Environment Agency (DLH) and school committees.

Abstract

Student welfare applies not only to students at the upper levels/adults but also to early childhood education. Similarly, as a school specializing in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Al Amin Islamic Kindergarten in Tuntang District has one way to achieve the goal of improving student welfare, namely through child-friendly school management. The school environment should create a sense of safety and comfort for students to learn and engage in other educational activities. This study aims to identify and describe child-friendly school management in enhancing student welfare at Al Amin Islamic Kindergarten in Tuntang District. This research is qualitative, with the research subjects being the school principal, teachers, students, parents, committee members, and students at Al Amin Islamic Kindergarten in Tuntang District. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis employs the Miles and Huberman model with steps including data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity is ensured through increased diligence and the use of source and technique triangulation. The research findings indicate that child-friendly school management at Al Amin Islamic Kindergarten in Tuntang District operates very effectively. Supporting factors in the implementation of child-friendly school management at Al Amin Islamic Kindergarten in Tuntang District include cooperation and involvement of relevant stakeholders, while limiting factors include limited school land and insufficient BOSP funds. The impact of child-friendly school management at Al Amin Islamic Kindergarten in Tuntang District is the enhancement of student welfare and an improvement in school achievements in both academic and non-academic realms. Abstract

Desa Wisata Kreatif Perdamaian (DWKP) has the potential to be developed but is constrained by the lack of optimism of tourism actors, tourist attractions that are not attractive to tourists, and the lack of support from the Poncoruso Village community in the development of tourism villages. Community service is aimed at providing solutions related to the problems faced by DWKP. Community service is carried out by providing motivation for managers related to the lack of optimism of tourism actors, encouraging community participation in supporting tourism villages, and strengthening tourism village organizations.

Abstract

SMP Pondok Modern Selamat  Batang merupakan salah satu sekolah swasta yang berlatar belakang pondok pesantren dan mewajibkan semua siswanya untuk tinggal di pesantren. Hal ini mempermudah bagi sekolah untuk menjalankan visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah karena pengawasan terhadap para siswa lebih terkontrol. Pengawasan terhadap perkembangan karakter siswa juga lebih  mudah, dalam rangka terwujudnya profil pelajar Pancasila  yang menjadi ciri khas utama yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa SMP Pondok Modern Selamat  Batang yang menjadi cita-cita pendidikan nasional saat ini.Sub fokus dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) perencanaan  (2) pengorganisasian (3) pelaksanaan dan (4) pengendalian sekolah berbasis pesantren untuk pengembangkan profil pelajar pancasila   di SMP Pondok Modern Selamat  Batang Kabupaten Batang .Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif atau qualitative research. Data dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan pada penelitian kualitatif ini yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian kualitatif meliputi uji, credibility, transferability, dependability, dan confirmability. Teknik untuk menguji keabsahan hasil penelitian menggunakan teknik trianggulasi. Teknik yang menggabungkan data dan sumber data yang telah ada.Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dapat dismpulkan bahwa perencanaan (planning) pengembangan profil pelajar pancasila di SMP Pondok Modern Selamat  Batang tergolong sangat baik. Pengorganisasian (organizing pengembangan profil pelajar pancasila  di SMP Pondok Modern Selamat  Batang sudah cukup baik. Pelaksanaan (actuating) pengembangan profil pelajar pancasila di SMP Pondok Modern Selamat  Batang sangat baik. Pengawasan/Pengendalian (controlling) pengembangan profil pelajar pancasila di SMP Pondok Modern Selamat  Batang sudah sangat baik.Adanya penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi masukan untuk Dinas Pendidikan khususnya di Kabupaten Batang , yayasan, dan sekolah diharapkan terus mempertahankan sistem yang ada dengan terus meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SMP Pondok Modern Selamat berdasarkan pada perkembangan zaman sehingga terwujud sisa siswi yang memiliki  profil pelajar pancasila.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, SMP Pondok Modern Selamat, Profil pelajar pancasila

Abstract

Pengembangan diri peserti menjadi faktor penting untuk mengembangkan bakat dan minat. Oleh sebab itu manajemen pengembangan dalam hal kegiatan ekstrakurikuler harus dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tahapa yang benar. Sehingga manajemen pengembangan diri peserta didik bisa menjadi sarana untuk meningkatkan bakat minat yang dimiliki.Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana perencanaan pengembangan diri peserta didik melalui Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 2 Demak, 2) Bagaimana pengorganisasian pengembangan diri peserta didik melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 2 Demak, 3) Bagaimana pelaksanaan pengembangan diri peserta didik melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 2 Demak, 4) Bagaimana pengawasan pengembangan diri peserta didik melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 2 Demak. Pendekatan dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Tempat penelitian di SMP Negeri 2 Demak, dimulai dari bulan Maret 2022 sampai dengan Juni tahun 2023. Instrumen penelitian: pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi dan lembar ceklist dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data pada penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data/data collection, kondensasi data/data condensation, data display, dan conclusion drawing/ verification.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pengembangan diri peserta didik melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Demak dilakukan melalui; 1) Perencanaan pengembangan diri peserta didik melalui Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 2 Demak meliputi lima langkah diantaranya adalah rapat koordinasi sekolah, perencanaan waktu pelaksanaan dari tiap masing masing kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, pemetaan peserta didik dan pelatih sesuai bakat dan minat, merumuskan program dan tujuan berdasarkan bakat juga minat dan perencanaan sarana dan biaya anggaran, 2) Pengorganisasian pengembangan diri peserta didik melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 2 Demak meliputi aspek sumber daya manusia, program kegiatan, sarana perlengkapan, dan anggaran, 3) Pelaksanaan pengembangan diri peserta didik melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 2 Demak diantaranya adalah Karate; Pramuka; Kegiatan Ilmiah Remaja; Seni Tari; Basket; Paduan suara; volley; Pencak Silat; Palang Merah Remaja, OSN Matematika, OSN IPA dan OSN IPS 4) Pengawasan pengembangan diri peserta didik melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 2 Demak dalam bentuk pengawasan internal dilakukan kepala sekolah, dan waka kurikulum. Kata Kunci :  Pengembangan Diri, Peserta Didik, Ekstrakulikuler

Abstract

Karakter yang kuat dan unggul akan menjadi landasan pemikiran, sikap dan tindakan peserta didik dalam melaksanakan kegiatan di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengembangan karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab melalui ekstrakurikuler pramuka SD Negeri Bejen Temanggung. Jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dengan triangulasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan cara menanamkan: 1) pengetahuan, 2) perasaan, 3) pembiasaan karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Cara penanaman pengetahuan tentang didiplin dan tanggung jawab adalah melalui latihan pramuka dengan pembelajaran teori dan praktik. 2)Cara penanaman perasaan sikap disiplin dan tanggung jawab peserta didik melalui ekstrakurikuler pramuka adalah membiasakan anak berkarakter, melakukanhal-hal baik sedari kecil/ sejak dini melalui permainan dalam pramuka. 3) Pembiasaan sikap disiplin dan tanggung jawab peserta didik melalui pramuka diwujudkan dalam latihan rutin, baikmingguan yang diperuntukkan bagi seluruh peserta didik.Maupun latihankhusus pramuka Garudauntuk persiapan lomba serta pelantikan Tanda Kecakapan Umum dan Tanda Kecakapan Khusus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penanaman pengetahuan karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab dengan ekstrakurikuler pramuka menjadi media yang efektif untuk menanamkan pengetahuan disiplin dan tanggung jawab pada siswa. Penanaman perasaan sikap disiplin dan tanggung jawab peserta didik adalah Ekstrakurikuler pramuka terbukti menjadi media yang efektif untuk menanamkan perasaan sikap disiplin dan tanggung jawab pada peserta didik. Penanaman pembiasaan karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab melalui ekstrakurikuler pramuka diwujudkan dalam latihan rutin.
