Abstract

This study aims first, to determine the effect of financial performance and non-financial performance on regional competitiveness in Bungo Regency. Second, to determine the effect of capital expenditure on regional competitiveness in Bungo Regency. Third, to determine the effect of budget management on regional competitiveness in Bungo Regency. Fourth, to determine the effect of financial performance and non-financial performance on regional competitiveness through capital expenditure in Bungo Regency. Fifth, to determine the effect of financial performance and non-financial performance on regional competitiveness through budget management in Bungo Regency. The data used in this study is primary data collected by direct interviews with respondents with predetermined criteria. This research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) Analysis and uses Smart PLS tool. The results of the study are that first, financial performance and non-financial performance have a significant effect on regional competitiveness in Muaro Bungo Regency. Second, capital expenditure has no significant effect on regional competitiveness in Muaro Bungo Regency. Third, budget management has a significant effect on regional competitiveness in Muaro Bungo Regency. Fourth, financial performance and non-financial performance have no significant effect on regional competitiveness through capital expenditure in Muaro Bungo Regency. Fifth, financial performance and non-financial performance have a significant effect on regional competitiveness through budget management in Muaro Bungo Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and teamwork on the performance of human resources (HR) in service at the H. Abdul Manap Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in Jambi City. This study used a quantitative approach with an associative approach. The population consisted of 443 HR personnel, with purposive sampling based on specific criteria. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and F-tests. The results showed that communication and teamwork significantly influenced HR performance, contributing 32%. Partially, communication and teamwork also significantly influenced HR performance. These findings emphasize the importance of effective communication and teamwork in supporting the improvement of healthcare worker performance in hospitals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rating akun driver dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pengguna layanan transportasi online Maxim Bike di Kota Jambi. Latar belakang penelitian ini muncul dari meningkatnya ketergantungan masyarakat terhadap layanan transportasi online, sehingga perusahaan dituntut untuk menjaga kualitas layanan agar konsumen tetap menggunakan dan loyal terhadap layanan tersebut. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode explanatory research, yang bertujuan menjelaskan hubungan sebab-akibat antara variabel. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 96 responden pengguna Maxim Bike yang dipilih melalui teknik Unknown Population. Instrumen penelitian yang diterapkan berformat kuesioner yang menggunakan skala Likert, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi linear berganda dalam menguji pengaruh tiap variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menjabarkan rating akun driver berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, artinya kian tinggi penilaian konsumen terhadap akun driver, semakin tinggi pula loyalitas mereka terhadap layanan. Selanjutnya, kepercayaan konsumen juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas, yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepercayaan konsumen terhadap layanan berdampak langsung pada kesetiaan mereka. Analisis simultan memperlihatkan bahwa kedua variabel independen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Maxim Bike. Temuan ini menjabarkan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas layanan melalui rating akun driver dan pembentukan kepercayaan konsumen sebagai strategi utama dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pengguna layanan transportasi online.
